They hired cooper a flooring company to come out and install vinyl plank flooring . cooper is beyond incompetent tbey tore the floor and left me with the original slab while damaging the ceramic tile in another room. they said the floor was not perfectly even so they could not install . another flooring company came out said the floor was fine. home depot hires incompetent floor installer the cheapest available

Went in for Halloween decorations and boy was it slim pickings! But what I did get broke at the register so she gave me a good discount and was fixable at home! Thanks for the friendly service!

Sorry bunch of people in the tool rental department! You should tell people you have a cleaning charge. Never shop there ever again.BTW the cleaning fee they neglecte to tell you about is 200 bucks. Same as the rental. Ive rental equipment for years from rental companies and never heard of a cleaning fee. Especially on earth moving equipment. Crooked if you ask me

Busy but understandable. Garden needs to figure out what they are gonna do for spring.Your best bet is to go back inside to checkout because outside is not staffed well today. Dont get me wrong, they are trying.Make sure you park way to the west by the garden wall. The main entrance is crazy jammed. Go behind Lowes to park around the west side.

Let me say, this is a great Home Depot. Staff is nice and helpful. And this is of course different for all of you, guys, but this is 3 minutes away from my house and when I do projects and need something, I can just swing by really quick.The only drawback is, when I go there I leave a hundred dollar bill minimum. I know its not a fault of the store, everything is expensive these days.

This is one of the better Home Depot store but overall I would give it a 3 star. Trying to get help with big items is a hassel. Had to navigate around the store to find help on multiple occasions.

They are not helpful in any way me and my wife went here and was doing our shopping i went to the garden area to see what the had on the clearance i left my cart in side i had an call on my phone it was a problem at the house so we had to go as i was walking to the car the said am i going to put the stuff back i said that i was going to be back and to take care of it the Home Depot worker said tgat he was calling the joplin police we i said do what you do and now i am not coming back well a couple of days later they came and got me and put me on a 24 hour hold for atemting shoplifting i had my credit cards as well as the cash to pay for it well i shop only at lowes now they cost me 5500 dollars so far and it just started so dont go to this home depot it will cost you if you dont get anything at all

Bought a few PVC fittings and ended up not using all of them. Came to return them, the younger girl at the counter said I couldnt return them because they were used, she had an attitude as if I was doing something wrong because I was returning ths items.I told her they are not used. She said well they are dirty. I went outside grabbed a whipe.removed very little dirt and came back and they returned them finallyFYI the PVC fittings are only used when they have primer or glue, but a little dirt doesnt mean they are used.Im not mad just very disappointed

The Owasso Home Depot is the most amazing place!!!! The staff is the most friendly hardware staff Ive ever come across. That is saying alot, because we are building out a home and have been for a couple years! The staff is so amazing! They are very helpful, the store is always clean, and you can do pretty much any thing to figure out what you need!They always have grace on my kiddos, and have even helped with them while we crunch through tough project details! They always help me load up my car, no matter how crazy and awkward the material is!

This is your average Home Depot. Ive never really had any reason to complain about it. They keep it clean and stocked.

I was happy to find landscape timbers...finally. none of the workers really knew where they were since they had me INSIDE! and they were outside by the stones.

They stop honoring the Veteran discount. You have a ID that issued by the military or VA. I have it on my Drive License. I had to take my DD214 into the tag agency to prove I was a Veteran to get that on my license by the way. But I was told that is not good enough anymore. So I guess since I dont used the VA for anything Home Depot has decided I am not a Veteran. Again my DD214 and the rest of the world does honor my service.

I am a City of Tulsa employee and recently I visited the Owasso Oklahoma store to purchase bags of sand for the upcoming winter weather. A couple of guys by the names of Christain and Jim assisted as well as a young lady at the front desk by the name of Hailey. They were all very friendly and professional. Curbside pickup chosen but no one brought out the order. Asst manager says the service isn’t offered but no one has taken it down. 30 minutes wasted. Main manager claims service is active but doesn’t know why no one is not taking orders out and why asst manager is telling people it isn’t offered. Giant waste of time

It seems like the home depots prices are much better than any other Big box hardware store and I love their selection of Ryobi and Milwaukee tools

Every time I go into this store the people working there go above and beyond to greet me, help me find things, etc... This is the only Home Depot I go to now. They really make their customers a priority at this location.

I was highly impressed with the lumber selection compared to Lowes Home Improvement. I will definitely go to Home Depot for my lumber for now on. I do wish that they gave a veterans discount for the customers. They will tell you that they dont offer it because of their outside of store generosity to the veterans. So, that has nothing to do with the store itself. That is a company decision. Help your actual customers too, I say!

Refuses to give military discount!!! We just moved here from AZ and have been to home depot about 5 times in 2 weeks and we unfortunately forgot at check out to get my husbands military discount.when this happened in az we just brought our recipe in and they refunded the money and put it back on our card. This store says they dont give military discounts! Which is funny when I purchased items online with our home depot card two weeks ago we went in and they credited our card no problem, but even though it shows it on our statement, it didnt happen and they dont do that! way to treat your veterans ! Horrible customer service! Very rude! we will now be going to Lowes!

This was a great visit at the store. I had 4 store team member walk by me and ask if I needed help, or did I fine what I was looking for. And I was thank . they have come a long way. One could say it was C-19 . I think they are finely understanding they have to change the way Business is being done

I was there to exchange a part for the right one. The girl a the counter did not listen to what I was saying, she just gave me a refund did not call to get any one to assist me. So I was trying find the part I needed and employees walked right by me and not one offered to help. I will go to Lowes next time

Horrible experience in OWASSO yesterday guy wouldnt even look up from his phone to answer me. Said the guy in doors was sick. That no one was at service or pro desk that they were short handed looking at his phone and other home depot employee. Left went to Lowes in OWASSO had excellent help bought $1000 in doors. I say dont go to home depot in OWASSO

Very nice people shop here. Two different men helped me with my 50 lb bag of dirt loading it in my truck and putting the big cart back.

The people at the service desk (Ethan is the only name I remember,) were fantastic and got me taken care of painlessly. Excellent job!

Employees able and willing to go out of there way to help. Very busy on a Monday which was Labor Day. Great bargains if your willing to look.

Everyone I ran into even an employee who wasnt in uniform (no apron) asked if we needed help. It feels like its just second nature of them to be helpful. The store is clean and stocked up. Got what we needed headed to the friendly checkout and were done quickly. Bought a great Xmas tree cant wait to put it up

Employees were not helpful and I felt like we were inconveniencing them.

I drove 40 min to Home Depot on a Saturday and Rented a sod cutter. When I got home the sod cutter belt was up in the machine. So I took the sod cutter back to the store. Because it was Now later in the day, I waited till Sunday morning to go back and rent the other sod cutter they had. When I got home that sod cutter didn’t work as well. So I drove it back up to the store. I said “Hey I’m driving 40 minutes four ways, Would you be willing to give me a free equipment rental”. I was told that they’re not responsible if the equipment works or not. I had both pieces of equipment for 5min. Spent the other time on the road. That’s cold-blooded

Does the Corp actually read these? Do they care?Very disappointed. Ordered a dishwasher and the installers showed up without the installation kit. No apology. They claimed someone at the warehouse was responsible for putting in the truck and forgot. So no apology, no accountability. Even though They could have gone to get it And come back..,but they said they had to schedule another service call and I would have to wait another week. I called manager and his hands are tied cuz he has no control over the contractors. They only use one contractor so we had no choice. He did offer to refund the installation cost. Probably to get me off his back. I called a local co To do the installation who charged half the price. Home Depot charged extra for haul- off but the local contractors include in price.

This is my home away from home. Home Depot is always getting me in with great deals and awesome quality of tools and products. The staff is awesome too. Its very easy to joke around and get helpful information. Im never disappointed. I wish they had a company discount on in store products. Id love to work there and help people that come into the store. And then get a discount on all the things I want to purchase!
