One of the employees took our vehicle for an excessive joy ride while they were only supposed to be working on it; we are looking into it and will update. High quality? Very doubtful, what else are they doing wrong?

Took 1 month to repair a back bumper on a new camaro, was never called and update as promised (I had to call them,) was promised they would blend our paint job because the paint matching they did was so terrible even if our insurance refused to pay for blending but then was informed when we were told the job was finally done that they would not be blending and was forced to take as is. Will never use again!!!

They did a great a great job on my truck. Got it back in three days like promised. Ashley and the guys were awesome. Thanks Owasso Collison Works.

Horrible communication! I was told they would have my car a little over a week, they had my car 38 days in total. The first time I was told by the insurance company that my car was ready. Went to pick it up & it wasnt, even though they confirmed. They did take care of what was to be completed free of charge. It was the car rental place that called me to say my car was ready 2 days ago & wanted their car back. Called shoo & they confirmed car had been ready for 2 days. Picked up car but wheel had not been replaced. They told me zero was due when I picked up my car (not completely repaired) and then wanted the payment the insurance company had sent me. It is their money agreed & I forgot payment had been made to me. I agree payment will be made once the repair has been completed. They have now called multiple times (when I didnt receive any calls updating me while they had my car). Final repair was taken from them & I will have another shop put the wheel on. Payment has been mailed. I do not recommend them at all!

I gotten Referral to use this collision shop from a lot of my family and friends. My Advisor there I can never get a hold of her. I left her messages after messages, take her 3 days to respond sometimes never call me back so I keep having to chase after her all the time. then I ask her to do something and it never get done. very bad communications and customer service

After all having a teenage driver often leads to such a place. 😬 I would recommend this business to anyone who needs body repair work done to their vehicle. I had 3 doors that were having issues opening 2 of which didn’t open at all and 1 that you had to work with to open. It was a very stressful ordeal especially with a toddler, they were very nice and professional. They kept me in the loop about everything and they got it done pretty quick. I was very satisfied. I will forever trust this shop and those amazing gentlemen with my vehicles issues. That is hard to find these days.

Very awesome company. I have a car that had hail damage on every panel. Even during this pandemic and recent hail storms they made the process of getting my car back to me easy and pain free. Some things might take longer because of the pandemic and shipping from some place like California. My car looks beautiful again and these local business owners will do everything in their power to make it a good experience!

Great customer service! I recently bought a newer car and it needed clips on the bumper. They were fast and effective with my repair and very reasonably priced. When I picked up my car they even informed me I was missing a shield under my car and I was able to order it and prepay right there. My car was clean when I got it! I would most definitely recommend them and will use their services again if need arises.

Had to take truck back three times didnt follow through on the repair like originally told. Instead of repainting they tried buffing out scratches and burnt clear coat had to take back plus did not hook up back up camera so the dont check their work

The most professional and kind staff from the minute I walked in the door. They did a beautiful job on my car. It looked amazing when I picked it up, and they went over every detail of the repair answering any question I might have. The car looked better than when I brought it in. So much so, that when my mom had a fender bender, we brought it straight to Owasso Collision Specialists. I can’t imagine taking my car anywhere else.

Great work, great quality, and excellent customer service! Insurance wanted to use after market parts for repairs, but Tommy helped ensure that insurance used only quality factory parts! They kept me updated thoughout the entire process and even detailed my car before I picked it up! I wouldnt bring my car to any other shop!

My service advisor Chris Scott was on point from the beginning. Fender benders never happen at a convenient time. Nevertheless, my experience with Owasso Collision Specialists was excellent. Hopefully Ill never need a vehicle repaired, however, if I do... Ill be using them!

We have had several of our vehicle repaired here. They do great work. They work very well with the insurance companies to make sure you are satisfied. They do Not us after market parts, they are honest and open with all of their dealings. They keep you updated on the process, when you pick up your vehicle it looks showroom ready, inside and out. I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else!

I stopped by and got an estimate on my new truck and it was very fair so we talked about scheduling the work to be done. They offered to take it in the next day and try to fit it in. I let them know that I would need it back ASAP and he recommended I bring it in the following Monday. I took it in Monday and picked it up Friday. The job is flawless!!! I cant find any sign of the damage. Its hard to beat Fast service, Great price, and extremely high quality! Thanks guys for a great job on my truck.

Stopped by here after work one day (5:20pm when they close at 5:30) to get a quick estimate to buff a scratch out. The staff was SO friendly and not the least put-out that I showed up 10 minutes before they close. I just wanted a quick rough estimate, but they did better than that. They let me pull my car in and took care of it right then and there, they wouldnt have even really charged me for it, but I insisted on paying something. I watched the shop guy buff it out, and he treated it like any real scratch and did all the steps of a full buffing process, not just a quickie. He even put wax back on after. I sure hope I dont need auto body or collision work anytime soon, but if (and when) I do, I know where I will be going. Good, honest, auto body shops DO still exist.

Turned my car in three days early. I have been trying to keep in contact with them they kept telling me they would call back but never did check up my car and they have not been working on it. now they’re saying it’s going to be two weeks before I get my car. I wouldn’t recommend this body shop

I am so very glad I chose Owasso Collision Specialists to repair my drivers side car door. The staff is very professional and accommodating. I shopped around and out of four other body shops this was the best estimate I received. The gratitude continues, once my part came in they promptly called me and let me know when I could come in to have this done. I was able to bring in my car the following week and I decided to wait on my repair. While they were working on my vehicle they noticed another problem and even took me back to look at what the issue was. Then right then and there Jeremy got on the phone and called around for the additional part they needed to get the best price and ordered it once I gave permission. Just got my car back from OCS, and it looks great! Had a fender bender and had to replace the rear bumper and a taillight. Like anything vehicle-related, once they got the broken pieces off they found something else broken that they needed to order, so it took longer. But they said “it should be done by Thurs” and it was, so that impressed me. And they cleaned my car, inside and out as well. I’d recommend them from my experience.

OCS really impressed me. Of the 5 different repair estimates I got from various body shops, theirs was one of the most thorough and well-explained. Chris Scott worked with me from start to finish and went the extra mile, first in helping me make the damaged car more driveable before we started repairs (and before I had decided even decided upon a repair shop) and then in helping me navigate through the difficulty I had with the insurance company totaling out the vehicle and then me buying it back for salvage and getting it repaired. He worked with me to make sure my repairs stayed under the amount we got from the insurance companys total loss settlement, even when we added an unrelated repair request to the work being done. Chris maintained excellent communication throughout the whole process, and the repairs were finished ahead of schedule! The finished work looked better than we expected, and we received a written warranty on their work. Highly recommend!

This was the best experience that Ive ever had with a collision repair shop. Super helpful and went out of the way to make sure we were back on the road before their estimated date.

When they finally finished the job, taking more than 30 days to REPLACE (NOT REPAIR) the left rear fender wheel & tire and the rear bumper, it looked OEM.

I had a terrifying accident where someone ran over a metal bar causing it to fly up, skidding across my hood empaling my dashboard, & shattering my windshield. The guys at owasso collision were absolutely amazing. They were compassionate, showed concern, knowledgeable, and very personable. They contacted me on any surprise issues even though insurance was paying. They were very prompt & effecient, as well as effective. They were patient with my quesrions, explained everything thoroughly, and everyone had a great attitude. I pray I never have to take my vehicle back, but we all know accidents happen in the blink of an eye & when they do, Ill go to these guys everytime & recommend them to everyone, even from out of town, the service is worth the drive. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Came in with paint all over the side of my truck that I had driven through on the road. In less than 3 hours they had it cleaned off for me, very friendly and professional.
