I have been waiting for over two months now to get a window replaced - finally called them back - the window has been in their office for THREE WEEKS AND NO ONE HAS COME OUT TO INSTALL IT. After my call to check on the status ... they are miraculously coming out today (that still remains to be seen). Needless to say, they came recommended to be by a colleague and I would be hard pressed to recommend them to another considering their lack of interest in my home.
