Super friendly workers. They are very knowledgeable.They have a lot more selection lately. Prices are reasonable. Great store!

This is the only Sally’s that has a problem keeping stock. Every time I go, the manager is always on the phone explaining that they are out of something and to just order online. There is no reason I should have to take a drive to Tulsa for supplies. Its called Sally’s Beauty Supply. No other Sally’s in the Tulsa Metro seems to have a problem keeping stock of everything.

Really rude customer service, two older ladies working there were both inexperienced with hair coloring and hair products, and were quite judgmental and behaved immaturely toward me and my friend. Hire friendlier and more experienced people please.

This Sallys is the only one Ive been to that had the most options. I understand they pretty much all get the same thing but they had the most options that didnt have empty holes.

The lady there was a very helpful and sweet person.

Went to Sallys yesterday, on Wednesday, the lady that was working there was rude! Then she got my last name wrong, when I wrote a check she said it decline, because, I bank at prosperity bank so I went over there with the check and asked them what was the deal, they told me it had to be on her end and cashed my check. And all she said when I went back to get my products was Mmm thats strange. This store is so bad From now on Ill only order my products online at Amazon.

Each time Ive been in, the staff is extremely helpful! I dont know hair products, but they do and are happy to help me get the salon-like results I want at a very reasonable price!

They carry all the good products that you cant find anywhere else. The ladies behind the counter are extremely helpful!

They were out of almost everything I needed

****I never edited this but the Store Manager called me and we resolved the issue completely. She was very kind and understanding.****Just had the WORST expierence at Sallys in Owasso. I am legitimately upset, and it takes a lot to do that. The manager, Michelle, there is ALWAYS rude to me, everytime Im there. Had the nerve to insinuate that I stole the hair color I was EXCHANGING for bleach as it was for my friend and we actually bought a different toner like a few days later and didnt need the extra hair color. Michele gave me the 3rd degree. She was there when I bought the original dye with my friend.I have very rarely returned anything from that place without a receipt and it was always to exchange for the right shade. I wasnt even wanting money back nor did I expect any. I Just wanted to exchange the product for one we could use! I stated that to her when I first walked in and even handed it to her to hold on to and 2 seconds later shes chasing me down and telling me I can only exchange, not get money (and in a really rude tone)... MAAM, I JUST TOLD YOU THATS WHAT I WANTED TO DO!!!! I wouldnt even care that Im owed 1$ in store credit at all had it not been for her attitude. I do, however, care about being treated like a liar and like trash. I am almost positive Im going to take the other products I have WITH MY RECEIPT, and return every single one. I bought stuff for both my friend and myself to color our hair and treat it. Its too late to return hers as I completed it this weekend and will just order mine through my stylist and a shadow root color for my friend. Im also going to look into cancelling my membership there too. Shes been equally unpleasent to my friend and my niece and other than today I have not gotten snippy back towards her and still did not cause a scene nor use foul language.She refused to give me the exchange receipt(In case it could have been defective), refused to give me the store credit that I honestly didnt even care about until she started in on me, and then smiled real big and told me I could talk to the store manager (Neilly?) On monday and to go ahead and call corporate. Im LIVID right now. I dont know that I will come back to this location although there is a very kind and helpful long haired blonde woman that I enjoy talking to when I do go buy product. I wish I could remember her name! I do thank that young lady for going above and beyond with us. If I were to come back it will be, because of her.

Prices are great and staff is usually very helpful except one older woman. My friend and I came in about 10 minutes before closing and, as we walk in the door, she tells us we have about 5 minutes because she would be leaving at 6 and then she tried to rush us back out the door when we had made our purchase.
