Staff was very helpful and friendly store very organized and easy to find what you want I will definitely be going back there.

Expensive, Most shoes were 55 or more. There is a decent clearance area. People are nice and helpful but they seam to be busy doing other things. All sizes are on the floor. They can order.

This place has a nice selection of kids and toddler shoes.. Recommended, with shoes under $30!

Make sure to check shoe sizes in the boxes, I found two different sizes in one box.

Super cute selection for kids shoes. Ive got two littles one obsessed with Dinosaurs the other obsessed with Unicorns. Found them both a cute pair with what they love on them.

No service and selection was not good

We waited to long to do the survey, Im making a review to show my appreciation. Last week 9-18-20 at around 4 pm the lady at the front helped us out so much. My mom needed some shoes she knew she wanted but they didnt have the size. I finally found a pair of Nikes that I like the fit of but I hated the color and we couldnt find any other color. We were just about to walk out when the woman asked what they missed. She ended up finding the style I liked in the black color and said we could order them in my size with free shipping. She reminded us that it was BOGO and my mom told her they didnt have her size, but the woman said we could order those too. So not only did we both get the shoes we wanted in our size but we got them BOGO and they were able to use my $10 off coupon too! I dont remember the ladys name or our cashiers name but I am very grateful for their effort to help us. 10/10 experience. Thanks to both you ladies! P.S. we got our shoes in today and they fit and look great!

Sadly, this is the 3rd trip in a row that they have been out of the size I need in at least 5 to 8 different styles and have left empty-handed each time. 😞 For it being such a popular size it would be nice if more of them were stocked.

Went in like we do every year before Christmas to get my kids shoes. It was the bogo sale like normal. Went checked out she said the price I thought its seemed high just to come home an check my email to find out we didnt get the bogo oh an the girl hit for not hand receipt I guess she forgot I am a member! But hey way to screw your loyal customer cause I come about 3 times a year an spend over 300 bucks when I go in Ill take my money elsewhere. An I hate writing bad reviews but you definitely deserve it tis the season to get screwed by companies!

Employees were so friendly and helped my kids pick out school shoes, and even measured their feet for them so they would be in the right size. Wasnt expecting that considering it was the first day of the back to school tax free weekend sale. Wish there was more of a selection for kids that werent little kid light up badazzled sneakers but yet not white and plain. Also needs more places to sit and try on shoes. Great prices!!!

I just left the store without the shoes for my grandson because they spilled something and had EVERY employee picking it up and one employee walked up to the register helped a customer and then walked away and said I need to help them first. Okie dokie, I will gladly take my business elsewhere then. No customer service!

Yesterday my family and I came in to buy some boots for my little one. We literally got followed through the aisle the girl pretended she was fixing shoes while staring at us VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! Wish this place had better and friendly staff.

Went in Friday evening. Two of my 3 boys needed shoes. I was exhausted since I am currently in the middle of working 2 weeks straight and my boys were full of energy. One of my children needed to use the restroom so my 14 year old went to take him. A fellow customer felt my kids were out of control and decided to make comments to my husband about our 14 year old taking our 5 year old to the bathroom while we tried to look for shoes in our other sons size. She began to raise her voice and speak very derragotory towards us. My husband and I tried to keep our cool as the lady stomped off and proceeded to rattle on us to an employee as they left. We finally thought we were done shopping and went to check out only to discover one of the shoes was not the correct size like we thought. Ashlynn was the employee and immediately jumped in to help. She spent about 20 minutes helping us since there werent a lot in the size our son needed. Ive never had such great customer service at shoe carnival before and she definitely made it a lot easier and smoother. Will definitely be back to this location.

Im a shoe addict so having a Shoe Carnival close is like turning a kid lose in a candy store. The store is always clean and the staff is very friendly & helpful. They have great sales and a wide variety of styles for men, women & children. Their prices can be a little steep even on shoes that are on sale so for this Im giving it 4 stars.

Hate this store. I have a medical condition that causes my feet to be two different sizes. They do not accommodate people with medical issues with their feet. Very disrespectful staff. Will never spend money here again due to disrespectful staff. I will spend my money elsewhere. They also humiliated me by making me try the shoes on in front of the cash register in front of everyone.
