Below you will find a picture of my engine grease covered 2018 Mercedes C 300. Also, greasy sun glasses and gloves were left on the vehicle seat which also had grease on it. I purchased 4 new run flats for this car and day two one is losing pressure. They correct this but had to schedule it out a few days when I already paid $1300 for their service. This was repaired but today another tire is going flat. I wake up and it has 12 psi of air in it. I took it back to Hibdon in Owasso and they put it back to 40 psi and tell me I must come back for the repair because they’re too busy to fix it. Apparently the customers who haven’t paid are more important than the ones who have already given them their money. My tire is down to 25 psi and I’m on my way back there now. This is twice today I’ll have stopped everything in my day to take cate of this. My vehicle is my only source of income this is causing me a great of stress. This visit has been a nightmare from day one. I will happily drive to Tulsa moving forward in order to avoid this place and it’s incompetence.

If I could put more stars I would. These people were absolutely. Mike I think his name was, was very polite and professional. I went in for a coolant flush due to truck overheating and he went over what it could and could not be. They did the flush and truck stays normal temperature thanks to the flush. It was in and out same day which was awesome, Will be going here again for other things

Celia Thompson and the mechanic (who has had to do all the work by himself) were honest, professional and amazing. My husband had our vehicle towed there for a replacement tire. They got the job done that day. We were very satisfied with the whole experience.

It is with great disappointment that I write this review..I recently took my vehicle to this location for an alignment considering that my family has always used their services & have been satisfied with the quality of work... I took my vehicle for the first time and the car came out just about the same, it seemed like... I was not satisfied so i took it a second time, and i kid you not, the car came out worse than how I brought it in initially. After the second time, they began to list a number of things that my car needed and until I got them fixed, my alignment would be off. Total of suggested repairs was well over $1,000.. Today, i was recommended a mom&pop shop out in north tulsa and was charged only $40 for an alignment... & they actually fixed my initial problem. I had them check so called problems i was told my car had and the mechanic there cleared them and said the vehicle was just fine. I want to believe that the techs are new at hibdon and just told me some lies because they couldnt really fix the problem.. or they tried to upsell me to get my money? who knows, & i dont think i will ever know because i will no longer be taking my vehicle there and i will make sure that my family doesnt take theirs either.

This has always been a go to place for brakes and tires. Went to them to get brakes put on and was charged $570 for rotors and brake pads on just the rear and was quoted $680 for front. Will never return. Manager was nice but prices are unreasonable. Took my truck to Tate boys and was charged half the price.

My daughter had bought new tires in Broken Arrow a couple days before. One of the tires was bad and went flat on her way to Owasso. Adam at the Owasso location went above and beyond to get her taken care of!

Adam was great to work with! He helped me find the best tire for my 1962 Chevy C10 restoration that would closely match the original tires in a modern size. If you want to go to a location that overcharges you and doesnt have a real mechanic on duty just a part replacer. Then you need to go to this Hibdon. For example I took their parts list after quote and went to OReillys as a walk-in customer and could buy the parts for $200 less then what Hibdon was charging me. I pulled the truck at that time and took it to a mechanic that I trust. Total job quote from Hibdons is $1,500 and I perceive that my trusted mechanic bill will be 25% of what they quoted me. So if you want to be overcharged go to this location

I needed 4 new tires for my fleet vehicle. This place is one of the companies that was recommended by my fleet company. So I stop in and ask how long it would take to get the tires done. They tell me it would be all day and I should book an appointment because they only had one guy doing tires that day. So I call the next Monday, give them all my fleet information and book an appointment for 9am on Wednesday. I show up early to my appointment and the first thing the lady tells me is, unless I have an appointment then there is no way they can help me. I told her my name and that I had an appointment. She looks it up and acts perturbed that I had an appointment. She finds it and tells me I will need to leave the vehicle with them because it will be all day to get that done. I explained that it is a work vehicle and I didnt mind waiting but couldnt leave it with them all day. I then asked how long it would take. She said that the guy I spoke with didnt even use the information I gave him on the phone so they would have to call the fleet company and it would definitely take all day. I said thank you for your time and walked out while she said some things under her breath to me, but I let it go. I ended up going to Discount Tire down the road and they had 4 new tires on within an hour and fifteen minutes of me walking in the door WITHOUT an appointment.I hate writing bad reviews because I dont like being that guy but hopefully this will save someone the time I wasted on this place.

Went in yesterday to have my oil changed. I asked the lady up front if I they could air up my tires too because I knew they were low. She assured me that they check all tires and a whole list of stuff with every oil change, it’s part of the package. So after I picked up my car I noticed they wrote all the tires had the right amount of air. So when I got home I checked and sure enough every tire was 5psi lower than what they wrote. So I know they didn’t check, or probably even check anything else they said they did. Won’t be using them again.

My regular tire store where I get my tires for all our cars. If I want a tire they dont carry they still go out and get it for me. Taking care of me the Customer !

I made a 9am appointment for my truck to get an alignment and the guy on the phone said we will get it in immediately when I made the appointment. I got her 5 mins early and my truck is still not in the shop, its still sitting in the parking lot and its been almost 30 mins. They told me it would take less then an hour when I made the appointment which is why I made an appointment, and the bald guy and girl at the desk have been extremely rude when I asked when their going to get my truck in. The bald guy said they only 2 tech working. Why would you only have 2 techs working when you have multiple appointments? I should have taken my truck somewhere else. Never again will I come here!!! Bad customer service!!!

This was my second time to try Hibdon tire in Owasso. I won’t go into detail on the first experience. This is my second attempt. I came to the faculty on 11/11/20 to get a flat repaired and a valve stem put in another tire. The attendant told me they were to busy and to make an appointment. So she made me an appointment for the next day at 3:15. I left work early (using 2 hrs of vacation). Got there at 2:55 and the attendant told me I didn’t have an appointment and I could not get the repairs I needed done. He said he was sorry. Lol. I tried explaining to him that I had been there the day before and setup an appointment with a young lady. He said it didn’t matter that I had to have an appointment. Long story short-go to Robertson Tire in Owasso. They have always been very professional and down home atmosphere. I WILL NEVER USE HIBDON TIRE AGAIN!!

So about back in October I had replaced BRAND NEW, 2 lower control arms, 2 outer tie rods, 2 new lower ball joint, 4 brand new struts, 2 front calipers, and 2 front rotors all at home. Made appointment with hibdon in owasso for 4 new tires, a sensor and alignment. After the alignment the mechanic told me the camber was off, and I needed cam bolts to pull the camber back, I asked if everything I installed was good and the mechanic confirmed all is new parts and all is good... 2 days of driving and sensor wouldnt turn off, called them and took the car back, and was told they couldnt get the car computer to connect to tire sensor and I would have to pay TOYOTA to do it, argued with the manager and mechanic that I bought parts that they was confirmed would be able to use in my car, after about 20 mins of telling them they broke they fix out of their pocket, and they refused to, I told the I wanted a refund on all the stuff I paid for and put my old tires back on I would pay TOYOTA to do it. Hibdon employees got scared and order parts and say they would install for free... they had one smart mechanic that finaly did a master rest on the computer and it fixed the problem, no parts needed....Well I was broke for along time but after 3 months I saved some money and bought cam bolts. I had my WIFE call them set up appointment for another alignment 1/18/2021 at 4pm.Alignment got finished, I waited in my car, while my wife entered the store, after about 15 min wife exited hibdon, and came out to tell me mechanic told her all my struts were dead, and my lower control arm was bad, but he manged to get it in to place, gave a quote of 2k to my wife to replace my brand new parts with less than 5k miles on all of it...So about in December or November i was talking to one of my elderly 90 years young women neighbor, and she proceeded to tell me that she went to hibdon to get a oil change on a 2018 honda civic with less than 45k miles on it and they told her that she needs all new struts and all brand new ball joints. I checked it out and seems all good but advised her to get professional opinion so she did from a real mechanic shop and they told her all was good and hibdon just trying to burn her for $1500.... NEVER WILL I EVER GO BACK, OR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THESE SCAMERS, SCANDALUS A$$ SHOP!!!

Usually this place takes forever. This time they were quick and I left feeling optimistic about using their services again.

They DESTROYED my ENGINE COVER, then proceeded to CALLED ME A LIER to my face and COST ME 120 DOLLARS to replace it OUT OF MY POCKET. I was completely HUMILIATED when I went to the store to discuss the fact that their mechanics had broken something and said it was broken PTS PRIOR TO SERVICE. So these people just write PTS on anything they break and its your fault. If you want a bunch of DISHONEST PEOPLE who dont know how to do a simple job, working on your vehicle, go here.

Possibly the slowest tire experience Ive ever had but Id rather have quality. I just picked a bad time to get my tires done. Fell asleep in the lobby and they nicely woke me up when my car was done. The tires they sold me, saved my life after swerving for deer. Couldnt be more grateful for their attention to detail.

We’ve used Owasso Hibdon a few times in the 18 months we’ve lived here. Have always been pleased with their service. Today’s experience was noteworthy!Adam (our Service Advisor) did an excellent job explaining his diagnosis of our brake issues and our options. He was highly professional and provided excellent customer service; we left there definitely feeling like a valued customer.We certainly recommend Hibdon for your tire and brake service needs.

I scheduled my appointment for the first available option the app gave me. My appointment was at 1pm and I got here early. I brought my car in for brake pads, possibly rotors and oil change. I’ve been here over 2 hours already still waiting. So far the first breakdown of charges, they tried quoting me almost $2000 in charges and that was with coupons! The breakdown included items I never even asked for nor did I need! I do not need nor want new tires, wiper blades, air filter, coolant! Furthermore they went on to tell me it would be around 4 hours! This is my one day off and my only working vehicle! After speaking to the manager twice now, we have gotten the breakdown closer to $400 including the brake pads, rotors, oil change and brake fluid flush. None the less, I’m still stuck waiting, and still feel very much targeted and not happy at all! P.S telling me the receptionist is a female and person working on my car is female does not make me feel any less targeted! Seriously questioning if it is worth continuing to keep my account with Hibdon anymore.

We are from out of town and theres a good chance we wont be back to this tire place but they still saw fit to fix our flat for free! Not because of the aliceCBD sticker on the side but because they take care of everyone like a neighbor

Stopped by on a Sunday at 10:15am to see if they could do an oil change, tire rotation and balance, and coolant flush. Said it was no problem. My truck sat from 10:30 to 3:30. I finally told the lady to get my key and shred the ticket. I waited long enough to know they wouldn’t have done all they said they would by 5 o’clock closing time. Won’t use this place ever again.

I brought my vehicle in to get a tire patched. The hole was large enough that I had to plug the hole to drive 15 miles into town, but it wasnt an abnormally large puncture. After a 45 minute wait, he lady at Hibdon Owasso said that they couldnt patch a tire that had been plugged, but they could sell me a new tire to replace it. I had about 50 percent tread life remaining so I took it to a Quality Tire in Owasso and they patched at no charge within 10 minutes. I think Im better off dealing with the local tire shops rather than allowing a corporate tire conglomerate to use corporate policy to attempt to sell me a new tire that I dont need.

Came to get a tire patched that has a nail in it. My tire is still under warranty but because the wear is uneven on the tire they wont fix or replace. They did offer to prorate me a new tire at $116 how is it at $116 when i bought 2 for $130 just a year ago. And its still under warranty... and i paid 2 different prices for 4 tires within months apart. Rip offs...

I’ve used Hibdon Owasso location for several things with my car and feel that they have always been up front with me about the services my car needs. The last time I brought the car in I was told that it needed new brakes and rotors at the total of over $400. Well, I had to question this because I just had new brakes and brand new rotors placed on my car 9 months ago. Now, granted I do drive a lot in horrible Tulsa traffic with stop and go constantly! So I chose to take my car back to the mechanic that performed the brake repair 9 months ago (Even though it was out of my way to drive back to that mechanic) because I just did not feel like my rotors should have already been at the point of needing total replacement. The mechanic took my rotors off showed them to me compared with what a worn out rotor looks like. Then showed me they were fine to have turned and yes I did need new brake pads and slide pins. $154 was total cost. So sometimes it’s a good idea to get a second opinion!

4 months ago, we had bought 4 tires from them, it took 6 hours to mount them while .my husband waited. UGGHH. Thought we would give them another chance so decided to take my vehicle up there to get the oil changed. Dropped it off. they were to call me. 5 1/2 hours later it was still not done. they had not called. the car hadnt moved. Yes they were busy, but it should not take 5 1/2 hrs. if first come first serve .

These people dont do their job. Took my truck in 3 times in 3 months. All 3 times oil changes bc i run all 48 states with it. Never do they check the air filter. Wouldnt recommend them at all.

Dear readers,**Verify that your tires have actually been rotated.**I have had two, and quite possibly three occurrences now with this location not rotating my tires when I request it with oil changes. This is supposed to be one of the perks of buying tires at Hibdon - free lifetime tire rotations. I have two vehicles I have taken to Hibdon that we can call vehicles A and B.The first occurrence I believe was in October 2018 with vehicle A. I requested a tire rotation with the oil change because I was beginning to see uneven wear on the front passenger tire. After I picked up my vehicle, it looked like the tires werent rotated. I had no evidence of this besides my visual assessment, so I just left it as-is.The second occurrence was in December 2018 with vehicle B. Another oil change that I requested a tire rotation on, only this time I had one tire that was recently flat from a road hazard and really stood out due to the unique dirt ring around the outer wall. When I went to pick up vehicle B, I saw that the tire with the dirt ring was in the same location. I pointed this out to what I believe was the Manager. I received an apology and then he quickly rotated the tires no questions asked.The third occurrence was about an hour ago on 3/22/19 with vehicle A. Having kept the past two experiences in mind, I marked a tire with a ballpoint pen prior to arriving with an easy to find X on the outer wall next to a specific word. After I got the call that vehicle A was ready for pick up, the first thing I did upon arriving was check my tires. Sure enough, the tire I had marked had not moved.I went inside, spoke with the Manager I had interacted with in December 2018, and he went to speak with the tech that had performed the work. He came back to the front desk and said the tires were definitely rotated. It was at this point that I shared I had discretely marked one tire and knew for sure they werent rotated. What followed was silence and keyboard typing by the Manager. My bill was reduced to zero for the oil change and I was sent on my way without an apology or an offer to actually rotate the tires.I have my theories on why a tire shop would purposely not honor their free tire rotations, and I do understand I may have just had bad luck two times (likely three) in a row, but its now made me question this locations integrity on all services provided and I will not be returning if I can help it. This time Ill be rotating the tires myself.

The only place I could find opened on Sunday. Just be warned because they are the only ones open on Sunday, they are very busy on that day.Other than the busyness the associates were very helpful and got my car up and running again.

Absolutely would give zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Definitely not a standard Hibdon experience. I have made appointments for years for 6pm to get my oil changed at the location at 41st & memorial in Tulsa. Always great service, never had an issue. Spoke with Jeremiah at the Owasso store today and said the latest appointment they do is 4pm. Im not sure how you keep your shop in business with such horrible appointment times. Nobody gets off work before 4pm. I shouldnt have to take a day off of work to get my oil changed. I advised Jeremiah I havent ever had an issue and would be taking my business elsewhere. He just responded okay. Didnt apologize. Didnt care. I read the reviews on this location before calling and honestly didnt believe them as Ive never had an issue with Hibdon, but due to this experience I can assure you I will never be a Hibdon customer again.

Great people who took good care of my tires on my wifes car. Had 2 flats and the front tire had a nail in it. Replaced the 2 tires and repaired the other. Thank you.

I scheduled my car to have tires rotated. I arrived and they immediately took the car back to begin the service. The service took about 1 hour. When I went to pay for the service, I was surprised to find there was NO CHARGE! I was shocked and very Blessed. The 2 female employees I spoke with handled everything very efficiently and were knowledgable in their dutiesTHANK YOU for taking such good care of my service needs so quickly.

While traveling through Owasso from Texas we got a vibration in our Suburban. We stopped in on Sunday afternoon and were promptly waited on by the manager. He was able to balance the tires and test drove the vehicle to make sure that the vibration was gone. He did this at no charge to us. Best experience ever. Thanks

I had an appointment at 1pm for 4 tires to be installed. I arrived on time, the girl took my name and proceeded to take two long phone calls before returning back to me (I was standing in front of her the whole time). Finally she got me checked in and I went to sit down. I looked outside several times to see my vehicle still sitting in the parking lot. Around 2pm I got up to go ask what the deal was and saw the service guy going out to my car. The lady told me he had just went to get my vehicle and I asked what the point of having an appointment was if they didnt honor the time of the appointment. She said basically it just secures you a spot and that it is just like going to the Dr. and having to wait a few minutes to be seen. I said no, an appointment is the time you are supposed to be taken back and a few minutes is not an hour past time. I went and sat back down and waited. Around 3pm I went back up and asked what was taking so long, they said they were still working on it and it should just be a few more minutes. 3:45 comes and they finally called me up there and said my car showed I needed an alignment would I like for them to take care of that for me. By this time I was ready to go so I said no I would take it somewhere else since I had waited almost 3 hours for my tires to be put on. At no point and time did they apologize or act like they cared, they did not offer me any explanation as to why they were running so far behind nor offer me any type of concession due to having waited so long. Had I not had my two young children with me this may have not been as big of an issue for me but I was very upset. I feel like they definitely need some customer service training and next time offer a discount or something for the customer. Needless to say we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

Recently acquired a used car I brought it in for the free alignment check they did a good job and told me what parts I needed. after I had replaced the parts myself I brought the car back to have an alignment done and also brought in some new wheels and tires that I had purchased online and they did a great job of installing mounting and balancing and the alignment and I had him put my old wheels and tires back in my car and they were super courteous and they wrapped them in plastic so they would not get the inside of my car dirty and that was very nice of them.I have used hibdon owasso a number of times of the years and they have always been great

I am Hibdon customer since many years, recently moved from OKC to Owasso. I scheduled oil change and tire rotation at noon today. AT 11:45 AM in the store, front desk clerk said they are very busy, it will take about 2 hours!!. I cancelled my appointment. I thought busy means good, more business, but now someone else will get my money. Thanks Hibdon.

I needed a run flat goodyear eagle f1 A3 which is a hard tire to find. Luckily they were able to order one from there warehouse and put it on the next day. I did find another shop with the tire for a better price but was going to take 3-5 days to get. Found out that they will price match any local shop! Best place to get tires around!

Bought tires from Hibdon less than 2 years ago, but have now been told by this store that they are not covered under the warranty that I bought because the wear looks uneven. Of course, they could always say that and hope people will just accept the answer. They should cover the warranty I bought. I will take to another Hibdon and hope they have the integrity to stand behind their products. If they dont, I will never go to Hibdon again. I would be sure not to go to this Hibdon Tires if you want anything more than an oil change and, even then, from the other reviews, I would question even doing that.

I needed an oil change and didnt want to drive all the way to the ford dealership, I have never done business with Hibdon before and after reading their reviews I was a little hesitant but decided to give them a try anyways. I noticed I could schedule an appointment online and I loved that idea! So I went ahead and scheduled my appointment to get an oil change for 3pm. I recieved an email at 10:05am saying they got my request and would either send a separate confirmation email for my appointment or someone would personally call me and arrange a different time. I waited. And I waited. Nothing. I decided I would just go ahead and give them a call because the last thing I wanted was to drag two kids out for them to tell me my oil change couldnt be done. Their phone and computer must be broken because the time I requested has came and went and here it is over 5 hours since I originally made the appointment online and I have yet to here from anyone. Terrible way to make a first impression. I will never give this place my business. Ill make the drive where people are considerate of their customers and their time. Doesnt even deserve 1 star.

Great customer service! I had a slow leak in a tire. There were no visible nails or screws in the tread. I couldnt find the leak. I dropped the tire off but they were extremely busy. They somehow found time to check my tire out and found the leak coming from the valve core. They fixed it for free! I was back on the road and could leave town as scheduled in the morning. I wish I would have caught the girls name that helped me. She was so nice and honest about the time frame and made sure my tire was ready as promised. I will continue to give Hibdon my business and I would recommend you to try them!

Took 3 hours to swap tires and wheels that were already mounted. Broke my TPMS and couldn’t reprogram the new one. Not impressed.

I would not recommend them for a simple tire patch. They were going to make me wait 5 hours. I already had the tire off for them. Walked out. Wont do business with them. Took it to Walmart and got it done in 15 minutes. I realize they had others waiting. But 5hey should have a mechanic on duty to take care of simple things like a tire patch.

I showed up at 10:30 to have a simple patch for a slow leak in my tire. I was told my car would be ready by 12:30. I called at 2:30 an they said I was up next, the mechanic had just finished up on a car. We then showed up 20 minutes before they closed at 5, and my car was in the same spot I parked it in and hadnt even been touched, pathetic! If you want good tire work done in Owasso go to discount tire, or even Walmart, I bet you could even do it yourself quicker than this shop!

They said I needed a wheel bearing fixed. I took it to the dealer because it was under warranty. They said there was nothing wrong. Wont ever be going there again

Needed two cars eight tires, and alignment. Place was packed with cars. Manager brought my two cars in anyway, and the crew worked late into the night to get the cars done. Ready next morning. Friendly, well run, great service.

A previous experience with getting a tire plugged and a current situation with needing tires for two vehicles has shown me that the people at Hibdon are committed to getting and keeping your business.The first time I went in I needed to get a flat repaired for my pick up. The plug worked fine but what really impressed me was the friendly staff.For this most recent experience, they went out of theyre way to make a deal and earn my business. Those are the kind of people I want to give my business to.

I was greated when I walked threw the door. The gentleman that assisted me was curious and gave me an expectation of my wait time. Although he didnt give me expectations of future needs he was pleasant and helped me with the credit card machine when I checked out.

They were the only people open on New Years Day. I just had a flat so I could go back home. They took care of me even though it was late.

Not a bad experience but probably will not purchase from again.Was quoted the by far the best price in town on some Michelin LTX MS2 mounted and out the door. When I picked the truck up, I was told I was not quoted labor etc by the new guy. I gave them the benifit of the doubt. It wound up being about $100 more out the door but still slightly cheaper than anywhere else. Also my center cap on one wheel was not put on right and disappeared within 100 miles. Took a few calls to get a replacement. First person I talked to went no where. Second one several days later got me one same day.Ive been in twice since then, once for a rotation and one to find a leak. Both times Ive been told that it would be several hours before they could get to it with an attitude that it was inconvenient. Both times Ive called the Discount Tire near my house and they tell me to come right on in and they can get to it no problem. Back on the road in a timely manner. Ill probably buy from Discount in the future just because of their excellent customer service, even if it costs a bit more.

I came in for a flat tire (that I didnt buy it from them). They said it was no problem and that it was fixable and would be no charge They got me in with no appointment in about 30 minutes and had me out in about an hour. I was pretty impressed with the service and the new Manager was very friendly. Ill be coming back when I need tires or an oil change.

The repair was free, but it took 4 hrs. I would have paid to get it done a bit faster. I think a 4 hr wait for a flat repair is ridiculous. It takes these people an hour to make minute rice.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I have been a loyal customer until today(5/5/2016). Not too long ago, I purchases six new tires from Hibdon Tires Plus, Owasso, OK. The tires on my utility had dry rotted. So I decided to use my old tires off my pickup and put them on my trailer. I dismounted the wheels and took them to Hibdon, Owasso to do the tire swap. The acting manager, Adam, S., said that the tires that I brought in were to old to be put on my trailer. And said that it was a DOT regulation that they couldnt dismount the old tires from the rim and to put my used tires on them. In further questioning, he changed his statement to say it was a Company Policy, which he could not produce the written policy. The fact is Mr Adam, S. Lied. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Came in to get my oil changed and I had a guy named Adam help me out, he started telling me a bunch of stuff I needed to get fixed and I know cars well, he was trying to scam me out of my money. It was disgusting never going back.Also last post I made got taken down somehow and I was asked to delete it, by their account, I didnt so I think they found a way to take it down.

4th time now for routine oil change, tire rotation etc. I make an appointment each time yet never leave in under 1 1/2 hours. Inside, everyone is very friendly. If only the garage crew were more efficient... no sense of urgency at all it seems. This time, I arrived with only two cars in their 12 car bay. One hour thirty seven minutes and I am still here. Four experiences with the same results, I would only suggest this place if you can drop off you vehicle and pick it up at a later time. Staff inside is very friendly.

Took my van in due to road noise, turned out to be two big staples. No charge to fix, and no pressured upsell. Win-win.
