Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Tested battery and let me know it was still within acceptable range, then gave me a few good options for replacement. Have used Interstate batteries for years. Great product with a great warranty.

Really great store and staff. Im a general contractor in Owasso, and one of my hobbies is ham radio. With that I have put together a couple of battery backup systems, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful in offering information for my particular application. Prices may he slightly higher, but knowledgeable staff, good in stock selection, and quality batteries with recent dates and short shelf life when purchased. That isnt the case with batteries ordered on other internet stores.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Not only to you get a great battery, but the customer service here is the best in the entire town. I recently was having starting trouble and I thought it might be my battery. Zach and his crew diagnosed it as a badly corroded terminal, and not only did he clean and repair the terminal, he checked everything else out and made sure the corrosion didnt come back. He spent over 30 minutes working on it and charged me nothing. Thanks to Zach and his crew...you have customer for life!

Nicest most helpful guys working there. They came out, checked my battery and when it was dead, took it out, prorated the cost and installed my new one. They helped with paperwork. The other awesome thing, they keep your warranty info under your name and phone number so you dont have to keep track or your receipt for years. Highly recommend.

I woke up to a dead battery in my SUV this morning, jumped it to get it to work and left it running and then went straight to interstate. Zack, the customer service representative technician happily Helped me select the best battery for my car and before I knew it was out there replacing it and had it completely swapped out in less than five minutes! I was completely blown away and very impressed! He knew the type of battery I needed and all the options and prices they carried without having to look them up in the computer. If you need an odd battery, AT&T uverse backup battery, cell phone battery, battery for your childs Power Wheels, and about any other battery you can think of, they will be able to get it. Seriously, go here for your batteries. They are the same price or cheaper than the chain stores, and interstate has a much warranty.

I brought the van in due to a battery issue and Austin had the battery checked out, pulled, and replaced in a matter of minutes. The battery was two years old, and he said it was a bad cell. No charge and we had my van running again. I had questions about how to tell the difference between a bad battery and a bad alternator. He took the time to explain the difference and even checked my alternator for me to give me the assurance that I was good to go. We have been buying interstate batteries for our vehicles for a many years now and will continue to because the customer service is outstanding! Thank you Austin for a job well done!
