Friendly staff, too bad our phones were lost and I had to make a special trip back to that store to reorder the phones they cancelled, when they could have simply reordered. Hopefully in 10 days we will get or new phones.

Was told we were next in line and ended up waiting almost an hour and a half, was still not seen, so we left. Because of that experience we will be staying with t-mobile. Went in and was helped right away. Was in and out in less than 30 mins with 2 brand new phones!

Clean and nice store. I still dont like the bill pay kiosk very well - too klunky. Seems always busy which makes it more difficult to visit with a representative on what might be available.

Id give 0 stars if I had the option. 1st of all youre supposed to make an appointment online. Second, the appointment didnt mean Jack because there were people in line before me without an appointment that had priority because they were there first. So dont waste your time making an appointment!! Thirdly I went to purchase 2 new phones that I was quoted by an online agent to be around $ 800 out the door. In store I was quoted $2400!! Of course my online conversation wasnt recorded so schits creek I went. I didnt purchase and will be actively searching a new provider after being loyal for 8 years + .

Been a customer for a decade atleast and the customer service is always rock solid inside the store or on the phone. I enjoy the unlimited plan for data if I need it. Always willing to help and they thank you for your business. Keep it up yall and Ill always be a happy customer! Great job👍🏻

They are not willing to help in person. All they want to do is sell you a phone with a sheet of paper and tell you to go home and set it up yourself. Verizon has lost all meaningful customer service and they use the new excuse of covid which is just another way of saying we no longer care to help our customers!

DeVonte was very helpful in setting up new service for my client, helping him get an amazing deal on a brand new iphone, selecting the correct plan, etc. I would highly recommend this store if you are north of Tulsa as I always get great service at this store every time I go here. Bought a phone for $1500 and they ordered it I walked out to the parking lot and changed my mind asked them to cancel the order because I could get it cheaper somewhere else and they pretty much said no we can’t cancel it when I paid with cash and I would have to wait until I get the phone reminder I just ordered it 5 min ago and they said bring it up when I get and maybe I could get a refund the day I get it in the mail if they had enough money in the register.

My family switched to Verizon when they had the holiday switch rebate. We walked in to the Owasso store to talk to them and the manager started to help us out but then gave it to a newer employee so he could have the sale. I didn’t mind that if the employee knew what he was doing. After he signed all 5 phones up and we left, I realized he signed us all up for the most expensive plan. Not what I said. I said we didn’t want any insurance and he signed us all up with insurance. He put the wrong email address down and I had to change it. After all that he told us we didn’t have to do anything for the rebate. He was taking care of it. He said just sit back and when you forget about it you will receive the gift cards in the mail. I asked him 3 times if I needed to do anything and he said he already took care of everything that needed to be filled out. A few months go by and I go to check on it and he didn’t do anything and it was past the deadline. I called in and they told me they would push it through and gave me a reference number. Once again I was told everything was taken care of. 2 weeks later I called back and they couldn’t get the reference number to pull up. And then COVID-19 shows up and everything shuts down. I finally got a hold of someone and they gave me a credit for half of what I should have got. She told me to go to the store when it opens back up and talk to the manager to see if he can give me my other half since his employee didn’t help me. I finally talk to the store manager after the store finally opened 2 months after that and he said there wasn’t anything he could do. The store manager said he will check and call me back the next day, but he didn’t think so. Now, he didn’t call me back and I can’t even get a hold of the store manager. After all that and I am locked in to a contract with that kind of customer service.

After being treated quite rudely by a younger longer haired boy employee in Owasso we drove an hour round trip to a Verizon Store in Tulsa for assistance.We were purchasing new iPhone Max Pros along with accessories and did so at another store. We have 6 lines and have spent thousands at the Owasso Store but with the treatment today will never spend another penny in our hometown store.If you want to be treated as a valuable client do NOT shop at the Owasso OK location!!!!

Everything started off well and the rep was nice but my 25.00 screen protector split, barely a day after. It was installed by the rep and the phone had not been dropped. The 30.00 dollar charge for upgrading your phone was also perturbing. I asked if there were holiday sales but was advised there were not (entirely possible from Verizons side); however, the developer had an 100.00 discount on the same phone. The display was pointless. It had no specs and took the rep 10 to 15 minutes to get us information in a relatively calm store. Finally my prior phone had a software issue and locked me out, they were unable to do anything or even attempted to do anything. Fortunately, I backed up my data with Verizon. In summation, I could have saved money, time, and frustration shopping online but I needed a phone immediately. The rep did spend about 30 minutes (subtracting time it took to get specs) and was relatively friendly. I gave the store a 2 out of 5 instead of a 1 since the rep was willing to help.

My mother went into the Verizon location in Owasso, OK and spent approximately two hours with a rep who refused to sell her a new phone outright. The rep explained to her that they simply could not do this without upgrading her plan. Come to find out, they don’t make commission on the phones they sell, only the new or upgraded phone plans. I took her to Best Buy where she was able to purchase the same phone she wanted, pay for it outright, and made no changes to her plan. She also took advantage of their awesome insurance plan which was icing on the cake.

For years my family went back and forth between Verizon, AT&T, and U.S. Cellular before finally settling on Verizon for the long haul simply because of their customer service. I have gone into Verizon with phone issues, upgrades, account changes and add-ons. Every single time my needs were handled with ease and I felt confident in their ability. No matter how busy the store was, I always felt taken care of.

Took my apple phone in to-get a new batterie, was told I would have to take my phone to a place called phone doctor to get the batterie replaced. Took phone in to the location on 41st in Tulsa on Thursday, they replaced the batterie but my phone would not charge past 49% and would shut off when I tried to use it. Went back on Friday was told by phone doctor my phone was messed up and none of the batteries would work in it. They screwed my phone up it no longer works and they will not take responsibility for what they did. My phone was fine no problems just needed a new battery now it is useless. So don’t listen when Verizon tells you to take your phone to the phone doctor

Even if you have to wait a little bit, you will be acknowledged when you walk in the door. The employees Ive dealt with always seem to genuinely care about helping resolve any issues Im having with my phone. If they dont know how to fix my problem, they will find a coworker or another resource to resolve whatever Im dealing with.

The establishment is very clean and they do have good cell phone options. If you are planning to visit, plan to be there at least an hour. The coverage here in Oklahoma, as of recently, has been lacking in quality. Most of the staff is friendly, but dont expect outstanding customer service. They dont out of their way to earn your business or retain it. If you plan to have around 6 phones on your plan, you can bank on monthly payment of around $400.00 per month.

As I said in my previous post below...I took my whole family in to switch over to Verizon. Jimere was busy with other clients but we were immediately greeted by Linda and we proceeded to explain our needs. Linda was super helpful. We had a lot going on and she stayed focused and got us taken care of. She answered all of our questions, ported all our numbers over from 2 different carriers, set up all 4 phones, transferred all the photos, and emails, and helped my kids get all their stuff up and running. Very nice and knowledgeable as well. Couldnt have gone more smoothly. If youre on the fence...dont know who to choose...I will tell you with confidence Verizon is the way to go. Other carriers may be cheaper....buuuuuut....you get what you pay for in this case. If you dont mind never having service, dropped calls, failed messages and horrible customer service stay with the others. Not worth the few dollars I save with the others....to me anyways.Jimere is awesome. Super friendly, and very knowledgeable. All of the associates were very helpful, but Jimere went above and beyond. Took over 30 mins to move all of my stuff from the other phone to the new one (not typical, but I had A LOT) and stood with me the whole time making sure it went over without a problem. He explained all the packages to me, and helped me chose the best for my needs. Went over accessories and installed them all. Super nice guy. I will be moving all of my families devices over to Verizon thanks to Jimere. They are more expensive than everyone else, but the service (both network and customer service) are top notch. Customer service is dead in this country now days, but apparently... not at this store.

Verizon is a waste of time we were paying for insurance on our phones (when we went up to Verizon and bought our phones we were told insurance would cover if anything happened to the phone) my husband messed up his screen and they sent him a replacement when he went up to have everything transferred they flagged our account because the phone they sent him was stolen how and the hell does that happen first off then he gets told they cannot replace the phone because his screen was cracked and to fix it we would have to pay $200 so why the hell are we paying $15 a month for insurance when to get it fixed at phone doctors it’s $130 Verizon is horrible as soon as our contract is out we are leaving this place is a joke.

The first time Ive had bad service at a Verizon store. Store manager said there would be a 10 minute wait. We waited over an hour.in the meantime the manger helped three people that came in after us and they walked out having their issues resolved. We finally walked out after no help whatsoever.

The service gets worse every time I go here this time we sat there for 10 minuets before a server asked if we had been helped and it took another 5 minuets to get 2 teas I also ordered an alcoholic drink and the lady that made it when she finally brought it just slapped it down on the table didn’t say nothing and walked away
