The associate in store was super helpful in finding a new headset for my console! No high pressure sales pitch or push to spend more money on a higher end headset. They asked me what I was looking for and presented several headsets that fit my needs and budget!! Great experience and people!

The worst experience I’ve ever have experienced in my many years of being a shopper there. Wanted to order an item @ 3:30 P.M. with giving the store several hours to pull the item for the rest of the day. Austin (Employee) told me that I would have to wait until the following day to pick it up because of the system or something along those lines. I even saw another 2 of the same items in the store while I was in, he just refused to pull it. Will definitely be taking my business else where from here on out.

Unless you need a console game or want to play in a computer lab. Its pretty pointless. Their selection is limited. Half the store is gone and 4 rows of computers have been put in. The guy at the counter offered to order stuff online. But if Id wanted that, I would have done it from home. Not drive 20 miles for him to do it. What happened to all the fun stuff. The goodies, toys shirts, memorabilia? Had NO controllers for PS4 and only a few for Xbox. ZERO accessories for either.

They was out of stock on the item I was looking for.

I loved it, got dreams today and I cant wait to play it, also gamestop has a renting service to play switch, Ps4, xbox one, idk if they have xbox 360s or older stuff but it like 5 an hour and depending on discounts it be like 20 for a day.

I walked in, trying to purchase a game for me and my friends. when noticing the staff would hover around us for 10 minutes, not giving us space to even look around, we had enough and decided to leave, as we were walking out, they accused us of stealing “cards” and called us out across the store. WE DID NOT STEAL ANYTHING, we were in there for a specific game to which they did not even give us a minute to try and find it. If you want a place to buy games, go to target or Walmart. If i could give 0 stars i would.

We were able to go in and get everything we needed on one of the busiest days of the year. Everyone was very helpful. The store was packed and they still found time to help us figure out what we needed. We even got a small discount because they didnt have part of what we needed. Great place and great staff!

Bought a wii u pro controller from thier website. Thought it came with its own charger since it did not otherwise say it was without the charger. So now I have a useless controller and no way to charge it since it uses a unique charger shape. Vintage stock doesnt have one and the 800 number i was given says the offices are closed even though its only 645pm and its supposed to be open till 10pm

My 9 year old son received a COD game, he scratched it. Is that still considered under warranty?The gentleman working still swapped it out! It was still within 30 days and I did have receipt but I think that is above and beyond what is expected for a scratched game. No one here will call you when something you pre-order releases. I literally had a pop figure sitting in a drawer over there for a week until I called to check on it. At least that time they felt bad and gave me a couple bucks off of another pre-order I had pending. But guess what? When that came out, guess who had to call looking for it? I reminded the girl helping me that places of business are supposed to call their customers when their order gets in. What a concept right?!? She just did what I expected her to do and blame it on another co-worker. This time, no help, no discount just get out of here with your new game and leave us alone attitude. Oh well, Game Stop is going under anyways. Itll probably be a tag agency in the next 7 months.

Horrible experience. You advertise a 50 percent off overwatch collectibles and have signs on your overwatch figures for it. But refuse to honor it. And then argue with me and cause a scene when I state that its false advertising and not right. Should be ashamed.

Ive always loved this store. They always have decent stock, and because they are prestige they carry a lot of ThinkGeek items you cant find elsewhere.I miss the old crew that used to run the joint, but the new people seem good as well.

Ive been going to Gamestop since I was a small kid. Theyve never given me or my family any trouble, the clerks were always really chilled out and personable, always let me reserve a game for pick-up. The only mix-up I ever received was when the wrong game was put in a case, but it was straightened out quickly the next day.All-in-all, a great business, especially if you know the quirks of it.

I am SO pleased with the service I received tonight. My son’s Xbox hadn’t been working and even after a trip to the Microsoft store, we couldn’t get it working. So we had resolved to buy a new one and get whatever store credit we could get out of the old one ($35). Spenser helped us and ended up going above and beyond what I expected. He plugged in our Xbox and spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out what the problem was. He finally narrowed it down to one or two things that it could be and sent us home to try. Sure enough, we were able to get it working again! I am so impressed with Spenser really trying to help us instead of just taking our money (which we were expecting to spend). Give Spenser a raise!!

Good place, but sadly I find myself going in and out without ever getting anything. Prices seem high and with the easy accessibility of buying games online and have Xbox Gamepass. I dont really see much need to buy from here, unless Im without internet.

Four people needing to get checked out and only one very slow employee at the register while the second employee was in the phone talking to someone about a video game in greater detail than probably necessary considering people were obviously standing in front of him wanting to buy something.The layout is also very cramped at the front if the store making it inconvenient to try to look at things.

The Owasso Gamestop always provides customers with the absolute best customer service available. They always go out of there way to answer all questions and do extra thats not always necessary. The store manager goes above and beyond for the customers by taking note of things they like or certain games they are interested in and then when he sees that particular thing he sets it back and makes sure to show the customer his finding. He also uses his own cash at times to help someone if they are short with no questions asked nor does he expect anything in return. He is very good at his job and definitely a gem for Gamestop, they will NEVER find a better person for the job!! He is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!

Put my name in the XBox X pre-order list and was one of the top ones. Called store once the prebook went live only to find out they were sold out. So the store didnt follow there own order process. I will never shop at that store again

Went to exchange a game that I purchased a week ago. I did not have my receipt and the clerk (maybe manager) was rude about it. Id figure since I did not have my receipt, that I would just get store credit. Then I went to grab a used game, so I did not have to return. The lady at checkout did not smile or acknowledge that I was a customer. Pretty bad service. I think from now on I will sell/buy from Amazon or Ebay.

It would be a lot better of a store without Josh... if it wasnt for the rest of the staff being decent I would give this location a 1 star because hes always rude and never helpful. Doyl is the only reason I continue to give this location my business.

This is by far the best Gamestop I have ever been to. Just sit right back and youll hear a tale, a tale of a fateful trip, that started on this frigid port aboard this tiny store. The mate (John) was a mighty gaming man, the skipper (Doyl) brave and sure, four passengers set sail that day for a ten hour shift! The weather started getting rough, Doyl said he was leaving, the tiny shipped was tossed, (Now John is leaving), if not for the courage of the fearless crew (no really the passengers) the tiny store would be lost. The store set ground on the shore of this new fearless leader (Chris) with Gilligan (John), the skipper too (Doyl), the millionaire (Jared), but no wife, the professor (Greg) and MaryAnn (Ashley) here on Gamestop isle!!!Seriously, flawless service as always and great staff. Dont waste your time elsewhere, you will make a friend when you walk in and feel like family when you leave.

I want to share my experience, so sit a while, and listen....I walk in and the aroma of acceptance hits me. I look out across the store and see him. The man I came to see. Hes a bigger, ginger fellow. I approach him, hes turned away from me. As he turns I stumble back. The grin on his face is met by my startled look. His name tag says John, I was expecting Doyl. His grin is warming, but his jokes arent as good as the One known as Doyl. He is the Thrift Store version of the Legend (Doyl). He is the bargain bin Doyl. The impostor notices my surprise and greets me anyway, lovingly, gently, as to not upset me and make me run away. I smile, it is fake, I laugh, just not hard. I take a few steps and do a challenge dance known to the animals of the Sahara. He accepts my challenge. The lights dim. Suddenly, there are people cheering as the walls fall down revealing small town football field bleachers. He throws a foam sword to my feat and draws his steel broadsword. I pick up the foam sword as to hopefully bluff my way through this scenario. As surprised as I was, this was not the first time I had happened on a Surprise Colosseum. But then I see it. The man, nay, the king, nay, the GOD, Doyl himself. Sitting on a throne of green plastic game cases. He gives me a wink to acknowledge our friendship and I smile and charge into battle.The wannabe gangster Doyl tells me that the prices are set and negotiating is futile. I refuse to believe him but exchange money anyway. He won. It has ended and i hadnt even realized. Doyl warms my soul with a hug, and tells me everything is ok, and it is so.No but seriously, amazing store, amazing people. Repeat customer for sure.-You know who I am.
