This location I actually didnt have to go inside. The guy came out when he saw me out there. 👏(Seems like all of them would do that.)If youre delivering mowers youll be happy to know they have a dock and fork lift where they dont have to drag the crates.Unloading was quick after the 1st truck left.Not paved at the dock but not muddy.The 1st pics POV is from where i parked overnight in front the sign.The last pic POV is me backed into the driveway about to pull around to the delivery entrance.If you look at pic prior to last, you can see the huge driveway to back into. (Someone is there by 7:30) But walk over to eyeball that the gate is open first anway.👍
Called for a simple quote to do a engine repair on a John Deere engine. The lady in service department was extremely rude, and condescending to me. Kept saying they had to see the engine to do a quote. I offered to give the information of what was needed on the engine and her response was, then you can fix it yourself and transferred me to parts. I have never been so frustrated in my life!! Thankfully, Yellowhouse was more than happy to help. From now on Heritage Tractor in Pittsburgh, KS is my go to for John Deere, agriculture, needs.

Bought a brand new mower 1 year ago. Mower has 47.8 hours on it and the belt broke. P&K would not replace belt. Claimed “normal wear and tear”. They want $205 to replace it. Belts should last much longer then 47.8 hours. The customer service at P&K has gone in the tank. Will NEVER purchase anything from them ever again!!
I sent my lawnmower for a tuneup and some minor repairs. The engine was over choking but running very well once started. When they returned my lawnmower the choke was not working and it took over 30 seconds for my engine to start. And then it ran horribly. When I took it back they told me I needed to spend $500 for engine gasket and other repairs. Not happy.
Purchased a Stihl product here, great customer service. Timely response to phone calls and emails. They did not have the exact model I was looking for however they quickly had then unit brought in and ready for me as promised.

They fixed the PTO on my tractor in 8 days. Took longer than I would have liked and it didnt require any parts, just and adjustment so the labor alone was ~$350. Theyre ok but expensive.

I recently inquired about trading in my old riding lawnmower and was given a lowball offer. So I asked the person who I was dealing with if they would consider buying my lawnmower out right. He then gave me a snotty response of “Do you not need a new mower? Or were you thinking it’s value on the trade should be different?” To which I responded that I thought the value would at least be a little more than what they were willing to give. I’m very disappointed because the man never answered my question it was very rude when dealing with him. I would not recommend to anyone that they use P&K Equipment in Owasso, OK.

I bought myself a zero turn Deere mower, and I love it! 2 seasons mowing and it performs just as I expected a John Deere to. Ive purchased a few accessories for the mower at the parts counter, and the guys are knowledgeable and professional.

Purchased a piece of equipment that ceased working within 30 days. Advised to return it so they could look at it. Next day, they called, explained what was wrong (fluke manufacturer defect) and set another behind the counter to replace. Have John Deere and Stihl equipment from this branch and beats buying big box store every time!
The dealership was clean and well organized. The staff were very helpful, friendly and supportive to help. The parts and service departments are excellent and helpful. The sales department was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sale. I highly recommend them for any of your needs on products, parts and service.

So helpful! Based on 1 phone call I can say I will DEFINITELY use them in person in the future. Id called few places in an attempt to find a rather obscure part for an old mower when I found the number for P & K. Although they did not have the part, the gentleman I spoke to was the first one to let me know that I probably wouldnt be able to find it locally, which helped cease my wild goose chase. On top of that he gave me the names of some part websites cheaper than the big sale sites, looked up the part on them and gave me some prices to give me a ballpark cost. This was all done in the time Id spent on hold waiting for other places to tell me they didnt have it. He was so nice, friendly, helpful and efficient!
My husband called P&K yesterday morning to request two specialty nuts-and-bolts that he needed to repair his John Deere lawnmower. They assured him that they had them and would put them in a bag with his name on it so I could come and pick them up for him. I drove 20 minutes out of my way coming home from work to pick these up at P&K. I asked the salesman if they were the specific parts that my husband needed for his mower and he assured me they were. This morning when my husband attempted to fix his mower neither of the nuts fit on the bolts. We drove back to Owasso, which is about 30 minutes from our house, to get the correct nuts. So...they had given us one of the correct nuts but the wrong bolt. The other bolt was correct but the nut was wrong. The person that helped us today did not even apologize for the mistake, knowing that we had to drive today over an hour round trip to replace the incorrect bolts. We normally get good, friendly, helpful service from P&K staff. We have never had a mistake like this on a simple part. This fiasko ended up taking half of our Saturday. It was a very disappointing experience.

Not happy with my purchase.....I bought used and was told the cutter was practically new just had a gear box go out and previous owner needed it fixed fast and just bought a new one Vs waiting on the one....was leaning towards new but thought 1500 bucks savings is appealing, so went that way. Got cutter home cut one HR and gear box went out. Called and explained my situation and showed hours on the tractor. Told me 1800 for the part and I didnt ask about the labor. I asked if there is anything they could do and help me out? Remember I bought used and it is a as is deal! I get that but 1 hour of use? Really? Anyway I got what I didnt want to happen.......a let me check with my manager and Ill call you back, its been 4 month, not thinking Im getting a call back.😁 A call back would have been nice and maybe an offer for a discount on labor or something... wasnt expecting free. I bought it as is.... Have bought new tractors and implements and all my Steal equipment from them..... thinking I need to look elsewhere, if this is how it is. Ps its ok if you dont respond to the review, you didnt return the phone call either
Nightmare customer service, they only had one part time mechanic that could work on my unit. Took him way too long...charged way to much. I got my unit back leaking fluid everywhere. I decided not to let them try and fix the problem and took the unit to Kenneth at Yellow House. They found the problem and corrected several other mistakes that P&K made. I will never take anything back to P&K. STAY AWAY!!
Great selection of equipment,Staff was amazing and very friendly,We went to see a John Deere zero turn mower,I was extremely disappointed in how cheaply built it looked for a John Deere,Didnt look like it would hold up very long,The welds on the steel looked very cheap, blotchy and thin, like someone brand new to welding had done them, then covered them in green paint,Decided to go with different manufacturer,Very Sad this how this such well known company has reduced its standards this way,Whoever is making these cutbacks should look at their equipment side by side with other models and see how poorly built they look,I expect theres a made in China stamp somewhere on it, ( no insults intended)But people work very hard for there money to waste on this trash,

This review is based on customer service. They were at the farm show today. The older guy there is a jerk. They were all standing around talking amongst one another. Finally and I do mean finally - someone noticed we had questions. They didn’t get the smaller tractor off the trailer like the other brands did. I asked permission to look under the hood and the guy was like, ya, if you want to crawl up there on the trailer. Then said, are you finished yet. Well if you’re going to ask me- then yes, we are finished. We will look at another brand. Nuts. We were actually there wanting to make a purchase. And I mean we were there to make our final decision and we were looking at JD. Regardless of a purchase, staff should behave and speak like professionals. Talk to potential customers, not their coworkers. Still like the product, but that guy may be a factor for us to purchase a LS tractor. Thanks for your time.
This review is based on bad customer service. I went into the store about a month ago when I had questions about some of the lawnmowers they were selling. I dont know if it was because I was a woman or because they were involved with their conversation, but they were all standing around talking amongst one another. Finally someone noticed we had questions, and they seemed kinda annoyed that I was there. Not again, Ill gladly take my business somewhere else.
It was pleasant, expeditious, and Tiffany in the service department was a great help.

07-09-16 My husbands sthiL weedeater, the main part was not working,we had had it for 9 years,so we figured we were going to invest in another one. We started calling to see where we could find the same model number to match what we had so we wouldnt have to buy all the same parts has we had before,blower,edger,ect. Called several places could get no help,went to ACE,couldnt get anyone to help us,when we found someone,they were very unexperienced with the brand itself. We got on the website of P&K called to see if they could help us,They were very kind and said yes. So we left Tulsa and drove to Owasso. When we walked in we asked them if they had the model # we needed,they said yes,but lets see if you even have to buy a new one,we might can fix it for you. They (BOB) took it in the back and worked on it and said You dont need a new one lets fix this part. He took the time that we needed.Well B back to P&K,if we Ever Need any Lawn Equipment again. You dont find to many companies anymore to go out of their way to help people like they do. We just couldnt believe they could have made a sale but choose to be honest with us. Way to go P&K ! You have made us a customer for Life.
