Went to buy a lawn mower, guy lied and said military discount is 5% until I called him out on it being 10% company wide. Tried to take advantage of me, then tried to sell me a model/demo product. Im 23 man.. not stupid. Stay educated folks, it helps. Currently writing this at Lowe’s, they even gave me a better discount.

I went to Ace to purchase a chiminea for a Father’s Day gift. When the super helpful employee started to help me with getting it to my car we realized it wasn’t going to fit. Before I could even say “I will get one of my neighbors with a bigger vehicle to come back with me to get it” the nice gentleman said he would go ask his manager if he could use his truck and bring it to my house. He came back a few mins later with another great employee to help since it was so heavy and they followed me home and unloaded it in my garage. I was floored that these polite and respectful kids (well late teens so kids to me!) would offer to help on such a way and their manager would be on board. This is the height of great customer service. I was very thankful and will be a customer of Ace Hardware for life.

I called on Friday and asked the girl that answered if I could pay for the last ice cream freezer over the phone and do a curbside pick up (I was in my bathing suit headed to water aerobics) she said, SURE, just call me when you get here and tell me where you are parked and Ill bring it out to you! Then she took my card number! When I got there I opened up the back of my suv and called her. When she brought it out she said, Mama I just wanted to tell you that this didnt come with rock salt and i think we only have a couple of boxes! Do you need some?So she took my card in and got me a couple of boxes!! Good job ACE and your GREAT employees!! GOOD JOB!!!❤️ ❤️

I have been going to this store since they opened. This is about the only hardware store left that has employees that acknowledge you and offer to help you find what your looking for when you enter the store. You will also see the owner on the floor stocking the shelves and helping customers with their needs. That’s just hard to find anymore.

We love to visit this store when we have home improvement needs. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgable. They also have an beautiful and friendly orange and white cat that roams the store. It likes to come up to you for a scratch behind the ears. This store also has great bird seed selections. It also has an isle that is full or unique bbq sauces and seasonings. This has become a go to place for us.

I really like shopping at Ace. Especially for plumbing issues because theres always someone available to help me with finding what I need.

Ive never shopped at this store in my life yet their staff went out of their way to help me when my car battery died close by. Three staff members had no issue dropping what they were doing to jumpstart my car. Not only did they get my car to OReillys, one of their staff members gave me $100 to pay for a battery, he went and paid for a battery and let me keep the cash he gave me which helped get my daughter clothes for the warm weather ahead. I love this store, the owners and employees are wonderful. Everything is organized and easily found by staff. I recently remodeled our Master Bath with three different colors of paint mixed and purchased at Ace By Sharon. The quality of the paint and the color was spot on and they had everything I needed to complete my project. I love our local Cornerstone Ace Hardware, quality customer service is a given when you shop here.

Ordered an item for a friend. I live out of state now. Called them up to let them know shed be picking it up. The order wasnt supposed to be ready until the next day. The gentleman who answered got the order ready for her that night and brought it out to the car. Exactly what I expect from an Ace Hardware. Great job.

This store should be what all other hardware stores strive for. We recently got a new Traeger smoker from Cornerstone Ace. After I accidently broke off the temperature probe while cleaning the grills, store associate Caleb went above and beyond getting me a new probe sent directly from Traeger. I had spent over an hour on the phone before speaking to Traeger with no success. One call to Cornerstone Ace and Caleb had me hooked up. A week later I was back up and smoking. Its great to see customer service still alive and well. Theyll have our business for along time to come.

Just left Cornerstone - assumed it would be more expensive than the box stores but it was more convenient. Jacob helped me & knocked it out of the park. Young man was on it. Purchased the toilet valve I came for and ADDED A hummingbird feeder & hose gaskets because Jacob walked me right to it and made it EASY for me to SPEND money! I’ve got a new hardware store. Nice work Jacob! (& I’m not sure it was any more expensive)

I love Ace hardware! I needed paint for my room and I was unsure on what color to get and what type would work best and they have the most knowledgeable and experienced workers ever. A red head named Jacob I believe was insanely helpful in determining what was best for my situation! When in doubt, Ace it out:))))

I love that place. Today I went to take advantage of their $10.00 propane refill that was TODAY ONLY. They were so busy though I had to leave the tank overnight. They had ran out and had to refill their tanks in order to fill the orders for their special discount. Everyone was really friendly and helpful then they thanked me for being patient.

I needed several parts to replace kitchen sink pipes and the guys helped me find (and even make a custom piece) for me to complete the job! I HIGHLY recommend using local owned hardware stores to receive personal attention vs chains who just point you in the right direction.

Had some issues at ACE that caused me to return to the store for a refund and return an item that I was incorrectly told was obsolete. I also had a Stihl chainsaw worked on and it wouldnt start once I got home. So I posted a poor review.......................................................................NEXT DAY.....I just received a call from Caleb at the store. He was truly concerned about what happened and is going to make things right with the chainsaw. I really appreciate that kind of effort to take care of his customers. I took the chainsaw back and Caleb got it running for me. Im more than pleased with how this turned out so am changing my score to 5 stars. Thanks Caleb!

Ace is awesome. I used to primarily shop at the big home stores, but one trip into Ace and I fell in love. Everyone is super helpful. As a new homeowner from a family whose always rented, Ive had to figure out how to do home repairs. Anytime I need something, I just drop into Ace and they guide me on my repair. Ill always shop here.

We charged air blow machine in 3 days, it hard to start, I bring it back, they said, cannot return, because blow machine, they never say anything about no return at check out . Don’t get there if you don’t want disappointed..! Sittt....They should close store, let Homedepot or Lowe’s take care of us.!!

This is my new favorite hardware store! Its a locally owned franchise, whose staff is super friendly and helpful!! Ive grown to prefer ACE over both Home Depot and Lowes for their service and selection. For such a small location, they seem to have what I need more frequently than the other two giant stores. Plus, theres a friendly cat (named Ace) usually waiting to greet you!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Has the supplies I need without having to make the drive into Tulsa, plus the prices are good too. Even though I drive by it every day, I sometimes have to remind myself to stop in for supplies instead of a bigger, box store. I feel better supporting my neighborhood store plus I like getting a bag of popcorn to eat while shopping there. :)

Great Ace store with a good location. The store can sometimes feel a little packed with stuff everywhere. That is my only real complaint. Beyond that I have had excellent experiences shopping there and also getting surprisingly cheap chainsaw repairs (Stihl). This is the place I go if I am looking for Stihl things.

This place has the best staff of any hardware around. If you need something special, DIY related, or just want to get a job done right the first time...this is THE store. They helped me install a misting system for my back porch and spent about 25 minutes helping me find all the parts. Awesome staff, awesome selection, awesome people.

I use to like this store until i went in there to look for a pair of rubber boots i do concrete work so i was looking at the concrete tools then i went to look in the landscaping isle because i didnt seen them in the concrete tools. The owner caleb asked if i needed help i said i am looking for rubber boots he said he didnt have any i kept walking because i remember i brought some there before .i cant lie ace was a pretty friendly store until today. I do feel like this Could of been solved another way beside telling me to get out of his store i understand some people are thieves but i never stoled anything in my life.

Probably the worst place to go fill up a propane tank. When you go and fill it up, there will be a button to press for a client. Waited almost 20 minutes before going inside to talk to a manager. Was told they’ll get the person right away. Went back outside and waited for another 15-20 min and pressed the button again. No client came and we just left the place after waiting 40 minutes. Would not recommend
