Stopped in for the first time recently to buy some shock. While the lady behind the counter wasnt rude, I sure didnt feel like my business was valued either.In any case, this location doesnt have a helluva lot more than basic chemicals and maybe some odds and ends pipe fittings.A neighbor swears the chems are better than the stuff Leslies sells, and that may well be, but Ive never left Leslies feeling like I had bothered someone.Something to be said for that.

I dont own one of their pools myself and at this rate I will most likely never. My parents purchased a pool from them LAST summer and have been waiting since LAST summer to have it correctly installed. Their landscaping is a disaster and they still havent been able to put in a deck, all because they are still waiting on repairs for their pool. The walls of the pool are warped. They are incredibly nice and the most patient with customer service. At this point, if it were me I would be asking for a new pool to be installed. They are still working with customer service, so I will update this review if the situation improves.

Elaine is always helpful and knows a lot about pools. They carry lots of great products and they can explain exactly how each one works.Free water tests too.

Doesn’t sell you Leslie’s crappy shock

If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in and 3 employees made eye contact with me and completely ignored me! Not one of them said anything! They should be put out of business!
