From beginning, Leslie answering all my questions (there were many), helping determine which blinds were right for me and giving me quick and accurate estimates, to the installation - Brian and helper were fast and accurate - a great company. I knowingly bought the lower priced shades because of a puppy but they look fantastic, the room darkening blinds are excellent and all work like they are supposed to work! So happy with my purchase and this company! If my puppy does chew up a blind, I can replace without breaking the bank, too.
Extremely helpful and informative. They even suggested cheaper options that would work better for us, saving us money. Prices overall are incredible. Will be coming back

Shutters. Kimball’s staff were great to work with, but they use another company to install and handle issues. Shutters are expensive and an investment. They looked “okay” and we had one shutter corner not line up. Having that “fixed” was not a good experience. Ultimately, we felt they were not capable of fixing it so we are troubleshooting ourselves. Again, this is not Kimball’s staff, but we did purchase them from them.

Rude. Rude. Rude. Went in with my husband and kids to get a light for dining room. Was greeted by 2 sales associates immidetialty. We went to browse for 30 minutes trying to decide on the right one. When we went to find our sales associate we couldnt find her for a few minutes. Then when showing her the one we wanted a male associate come to tell her his people wanted that light. Well our associate doesnt even try to get the light for us. Just tells us they order that light a lot and it will take 2 1/2 weeks. We never saw anyone else looking at the light or the male associate. It was very strange. No one apologized to us. They all pretty much turned their backs on us. Guess we wont be shopping at Kimballs anymore. If you go, better be quick with your decision and stay by the item you want!
Sometimes I am not the best communicator. With that being said, Kimballs staff always went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and happy. I love the product and the service!
Told me light bulbs were white, when I got home, they were actually yellow. Would not let me return them even though they mis-lead me. Will use Amazon for the rest of my lighting fixture needs. You lost a customer.

Have a customer that already had one of their fans replaced with warranty-new home. Then the fan motor seized again. Customers were out of their builders warranty so they called me to replace the fan. That was 2 months ago. Then the rod inside the fan stripped completely out(not the downrod) kimball tried to blame it on me and said it must have been my doing. On a part that comes factory assembled? The box had been retaped so I was hesitant to even take it in the first place. Then they wanted to disassemble the fans and just replace one part. I asked if I could just take the new fan because parts had been scratched carrying them around. They said that wasnt their problem. I asked if I could buy the canopy just to cover me because it was the part I knew I needed They said ya for 139.50 and it comes with a bad fan. For a place that my customer has spent thousands with on a whole home lighting package. Now they nickle and dime on a replacement fan that had issues 2 months later??

Sales associates arent the best to deal with, one gentlemen in particular was extremely rude there. We bought all of our lights and blinds from Kimballs. 2 years later, every blind set in the house is broken. And we dont open and close our blinds often.
