Brandy was our awesome sales lady!!! We just stopped in to look, get some comparison info to use in our day of shopping. She had a plethora of info in jus a few words about everything in the store so as not to get lost and confused!!! She was not pushy or follow us around or try to change our mind in order to sell something to keep stats up. We were in a tight spot and needed it the next day, she confirmed she cud get that done for us, so we ordered our mattress and out the door we went. She was awesome, speedy, wanted nothing but us to be happy with what we purchased, didn’t try to up sell or add extras. It was great!! THANK YOU SO MUCH

Angela is THE BEST. We bought 3 bedrooms worth and she was informative, and helped us get the most for our money. She made our buying experience a fun experience ( and we were tired since it was move in day).Everyone at this establishment have been beyond helpful! Will HIGHLY recommend!!!

The sales lady was friendly and helped us find the mattress we liked. My only complaint is that they had a sign offering a 10% discount to “heros” including veterans. I’m a veteran and she advised that I would receive the 10% off. She had come to us with a quote on the price, before we asked about the discount, so I assumed that there would be 10% off that quoted price. When she was showing me the totals we would be paying it was more than I had calculated. She had confessed to miss quoting on the price of the box springs because she didn’t know we would need 2 twin XL for our mattress, which I understood. However, I looked for the veteran discount and when I brought it to her attention, she tried to assure me it was included in the original quoted price, which it wasn’t because she quoted the price BEFORE she knew I was a veteran. The transaction had taken longer than it should have, and my family was in the car waiting because my autistic son was having a difficult time waiting. So in order to avoid argument and to hurriedly finish the transaction I just agreed and signed. The discount should have been a little over $600. Her actions lacked integrity and I therefore will not do business with Mattress Firm in the future.**Edited to add that a manager, Marlon, contacted me today and did his best to make things right. He met me half way on the discount, which I agreed to because I was getting a good deal initially. We have used Mattress Firm in the past and had great experiences. I updated my star rating and am appreciative of his reaching out to me regarding this issue. So I can now say I would honestly recommend this company for a friendly and quality mattress buying experience. Thank you Marlon.

Brandy W met me at the door and asked what I was looking for. She listened to me and showed me 2 beds that I would like. After trying both I made my decision and we did the paperwork. I was in and out within 15 minutes! All the ladies were awesome there and I recommend them to everyone!

Bought my daughter a soft twin bed, asked if they had a king size like that. Was told no but this was the closest to it. Bought it & it’s like sleeping on the ground with a piece of foam. Terrible.

Not a corporate store, so they will not honor any of the Mattress Firm sales that where advertised. Also we where told by sales associate that they had very little in stock and would have to order anything purchased. We went across the street, and got a much better deal, and the mattress was delivered the same day. Would not recommend.

Bad salesmen tells me 4 different dates and take time off work and now Im out work hours and still no bed very unhappy wouldnt recommend if you want to get a mattress in any fast manner.

I have been very unhappy with my therapeutic mattress. Michael has been very helpful. I got very angry, when I was told that I might have to buy another box springs. Now I’ll wait to see if Michael can help with the warranty.

I am having trouble adjusting to our new mattress, with the c-19 virus spreading I was worried about things shutting down and missing my return window if I cant adjust to the mattress. Brice and Adam were working. Very nice and knowledgeable. Assured me MF is extending return period during this State of Emergency and actually not taking returns during it. Then they gave even more suggestions to help me with the current mattress and we looked and I tried a few that may address my issues if returning is necessary. Makes me very glad we purchased here. They do care after the sale. Highly recommend.

Great customer service! The reason we chose mattress firm was because our rep, Louie, was so easy to talk to and willing to help us find exactly what we wanted within our price range. We didnt leave feeling like we were stupid, and we didnt have buyers remorse. Weve had the new mattress for 2 months now and still love it. The whole experience was great.

Louie was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products. He took the time to ask about our sleep habits and walked us through the pros and cons of all the available options. Not getting delivery until next week (our choice), but so far Im very impressed with Mattress Firm!

Great experience and customer service. Only complaint was delivery schedule was backlogged, and was going to have to wait a week to have it delivered.

We went to purchase a matress set as part of their sale, the sales staff (3) were eating a meal at the cashiers stand from a nearby restaurant and seemed upset that we were there disturbing their meal, they werent too upset though because rather than help us they just kept on eating. We ended up buying a matress and the staff in back was nice but the sales staff didnt even thank us and were overall considerably rude. I have not had such a poor experience with a commission based sales staff before, then again we werent there to buy their high end stuff, just a first bed for our little girl... Disappointing.
