Friendly staff, pest free storage spaces. I’ve used both locations and loved them both. I’m usually in and out under 5 minutes when paying for my unit each month and they have options for autopay if you’d prefer.

We relocated from VA and used the attic storage of owasso for 6 months. The on site manager, Liz, is so friendly. she has been great for us even when we were still in VA planning for our relocation. The prices are extremely reasonable. They even let us plug in our boat battery, which made our fishing trips possible. Oklahoma has really great lakes for fishing but if the battery is dead in your bass boat youre not going fishing! so she was great with working out that dilemma for us. We rented 2 RV spots and 2 storage units.The only reason Im not awarding 5 stars is because the climate controlled units have a garage door type closure, which isnt the greatest. just dont put any items that could get damaged by water near the front of the door. one of my boxes of clothes got wet, and thankfully I caught it before it became disastrous.

They added more covered storage for campers and boats. Harder to get out of back fence.

The staff is so friendly and courteous. They have a wide range of selection for sizes, climate control or not. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing a storage unit.

I loved the previous manager Audra so much! She was so sweet and kind the best manager Ive ever seen there! Now that she is no longer there Im not sure it will be worth keeping my belongings there. From what Ive seen of this new manager Elizabeth she doesnt seem kind nor customer oriented

I have received great service with my storage needs with them, very nice people to work with, honest, hard working.

They were very kind and courteous. They whole gate operating system is a little confusing. The roadway inside needs a little work so if you are towing a trailer be forewarned there are lots of bumps.
