Went to the fairgrounds for a flea market today! I just love going to this!! So much fun! Lots of people there with so many things some were there to show off their items and some were there to make really great deals! I had a wonderful time!

Watching 2 yr old twins for about 1.5 hrs and entertained them in the produce dept. They liked seeing the huge inflatable of a scarecrow! Service staff in restaurant was very attentive to my needs when I needed milk for their bottles.

Always a pleasure to shop here. Sometimes they’re completely out of the item I want, but with a global shortage I can’t really blame them! Hopefully we can get this sorted out in the future! Thanks for being my go-to grocery shopping place!

I didnt catch our checkers name, and the receipt just called him #268--in any case, please do everything possible to keep him on staff! He was most efficient and friendly.

Im a tourist and I think this store is cool.

My go to place with my mother. Easy access plenty of fresh produce meat & dairy. Always find what I need & other delicious things.Friendly employees in the heart of MANKATO.

Its usually upbeat and fun and most the employees are pretty great and they have really good food and I love their seafood and meat Department. They are however fairly expensive. depending on what Im getting I will go to fairway or Walmart first for what I know is cheaper and then only Hy-Vee for if I have coupons or things are on sale or simply cant find it for anywhere else any cheaper. When I was an employee and got 10% discount it was much better and seem like that was more how price is should have been all along. But still management for the most part is really great also and it just is not exactly the best time for where I worked which was in home shopping and I started a few months before the first lockdown from the pandemic. One from super slow and usually getting out right on time if not early to insane busy all the time and always trying to call more people to come in on their day off and it just got to be ridiculous and too stressful for a part-time just above minimum wage but not living wage. Theres usually opportunity for advancement if you are willing to start more than likely part-time and work your way up. And they have a 401k thats matched even for part-timers! Its a great company and its a lot higher quality than a lot of places. Unfortunately its prices are a little higher than I would like but its hard to compete with stores like Walmart as far as prices go. But they do make up for it in service and quality. Walmart has the worst service out there, and for the most part its low quality. I never buy meat at walmart!

This store is comfortable to shop. There are no curbs to climb, the store is not too big, a great variety of everything, an excellent health section, and I dont remember waiting in line here. For all this convenience, the prices are steep as most things we purchase are 20% higher than CW or WM. Still, we visit this store because it seems more fresh.

Hy Vee is Great! But what is not great about the Owatonna location is the pharmacy staff. The worst bunch of ladies that don’t know how to smile or even talk to customers. If you hate your job, find a new one. They treat you like you’re a problem for being there, one word answers and no help. I feel like it’s a bad first impression when that’s what you have to deal with.

Hyvee is always clean and i’ve never had a problem when i shop there. we shop there for everything. the hot food is amazing and jorge in chinese is amazing. he’s very nice and funny. he brightens up your day

High quality grocery store in Owatonna. People are able to recieve the COVID vaccine right at the pharmacy provided inside the store. I was able to get all the groceries needed with a wide selection of products! The staff is what made my experience even better. They were extremely helpful while being able to look for certain items. The parking at my time of the visit on a Saturday afternoon was wide open with multiple close spots available. While checking out my groceries, the cashier was super kind and was very easy to strike up a small conversation with while my items were getting rung up. The wait for the checkout lines was at zero minutes because of the great ability of the cashiers to keep all lines moving. There was also all of the safety protocols present for the COVID-19 to allow customers and employees to feel safe. Everybody shopping in this store were complying with every COVID-19 protocol the store set out and clearly states as you walk in. There were also multiple spacing protocols and physical barriers around the more high traffic areas. The cleanliness of the store was very great as well along with sanitizing checkout areas before the next person. Overall, I will definitely be stopping back to this Hy-Vee when I am in the area and need something quick! This is an easy five star grocery store, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

The office help was amazing. Very polite folk and everyone very professional.

Starbucks, they made my drink wrong which is fine. It happens everyday. But instead of just remaking it they asked to strain out the berries I didn’t want and due to social anxiety of course I just said strain them. There are now berry residue floating around in my drink and it ruined my whole day. It’s the little things that matter.

Pharmacy department needs more help. Waited too long to get help just to get rejected. I was told by the hospital hyvee can look up insurance info to get my medication but no help there.

I just really love how courteous welcoming and kind HyVee and their employees NO MATTER WHAT RACE OR GENDER they always have been since day one of going into their establishment they sooo ROCK !!!!

The store erroneously charges tax on some food items that arent taxable. Some of the customer service staff are rude and argumentative.The online order fulfillment staff often mess up orders, arent careful about the produce they pick, and have given me products that are past their expiration date.

Only one person (after asking 5) knew where the fresh mozzarella was 😂. No its not in the cheese aisle! Its at the delie by produce!!!

Great service. Always fresh fruit and the meat is fantastic. I also love all the deals they have when I go in. I love this hyvee I don’t go anywhere else. I drive 30 minutes just to go to this hyvee🥰

Loved this hy vee, very organized and plenty of selections

Its a nice store they seem to have some issues with strange locations of products sometimes and also things move continuously. Good selection and it is always clean. The Chinese food in the deli is the best on town.

Customer service is okay BUT Its a horrible place to work. The managers have to work lots of overtime and the rest of us are lucky to get 10 hrs a week

I went after 9 p.m. on a weeknight. Loved it because there was barely any one there! The store looked clean, and well-stocked. I was impressed by how neat everything looked. Not a picked-over mess.

Rudest manager Ive EVER met! I was verbally assaulted. I was threatened and on the verge of being physically assaulted by Jon. I would NEVER return there. The man is psychologically unstable and neurotic.

Fully irritating.. the self checkout was ridiculous and questioned everything, and you have to type in the codes for all produce instead of scanning. All other lines were super long

Use this heavy regularly for the online shopping and curbside pickup. For the most part they always have everything that were looking for. We did have to make an extra stop couple days after because they were out of a couple things. Luckily they had everything we needed to finish the meal we were wanting to make.

Shopped here a while ago and looking at receipt after I got home I noticed a few prices were wrong.Stopped again today and once I got got in car I looked at slip and once again prices on couple sale items were wrong.Only 6 bucks but.Lesson learned watch at till..

Nice store but restrooms were worried dirty

Hyvee in Owatonna is awesome. Always has what I am looking for and then some. There is a gentleman by the name of Kenny who seems to always be working whenever I go there he is very helpful and probably know the store better then anyone else. Hyvee has a great health mart area and always has my favorite snack in stock Angies popcorn.

Owatonna Hyvee is alright. The prices are a little high and the store is so oddly set up that it takes me at least an hour to find just a few items. However, the store is usually pretty clean and the selection is good. Its not my first choice for a grocery store, but I will shop there if I have to.

Kind if expensive but nice selection of dairy and gluten free products. However check your receipt Ive been over charged several times.

Did the cathode grocery delivery and honestly its kinda weird having someone load my car for me. I aint rich in the least bit sir stop and let me help you.Otherwise very prompt delivery and loading and the gent was very nice.

Overall not bad. Watch the baggers though. The are mixing cold and non cold. Also putting deli meat in bags with raw chicken. Had to throw out my lunch meat because it was placed in a bag with raw chicken and the chicken juice seeped unto the lunch meat and in to the lunch meat baggie.

This store is usually pretty good. But it seems like everytime we shop here there is always at least 2 or 3 items priced wrong. Its always a pain in the butt.

The Owatonna Hy-Vee gas station workers are amazing! The always have a smile on their face and fresh coffee!

Excellent deli - try the chinese! Still can bake a cake for your childs b-day, good bakery. Some items hard to find elsewhere. Great beer selection, good liquor store. Main grocery section somewhat confusing.

Started coming here during COVID. Staff is professional and hardworking. Shelves are being stocked as well at they can be considering the circumstances, and checkout is clean, quick, and friendly. All around great grocery shopping experience.

I have bought steaks for years at hy vee and now they are so bad I will drive to waseca for fresh steaks at Lous meat market . I gave a rating of three because it used to be good for quality steaks.

Wont do online groceries again. I didnt get charged the right amount for the groceries I got because the correct amount wasnt bought. I wrote specific comments and they were ignored 🙄

I stopped here to pick up Chinese food from the hot bar for a movie night in with some friends and it was quick and easy. The food was good and the staff was very friendly and well prepared!

Confusing store set up

I dont know how to rate this...... let a message they never called back?!

I normally do not shop here but was in the are. Produce higher prices than Cashwise, Wal Mart and Fareway. Pineapples were very small, red peppers had aged a bit with wrinkles,...I could go on but wont. Then I tried the self checkout. I had approximately 12 or so items. The screen said item not found or store approval needed. Finally, I just asked the young associate to just stay so I didnt have to keep calling him back over. He indicated that the system sometimes has an issue with fruit. Cashwise and Wal Mart has no issue. You search by the 4 digit number or name selection. Anyway, it was intended to be a quick visit, but that was not the case.
