Lisa Barrie was our sales person and she did a phenomenal job. She showed us four different trailers around the same price and the correct size until one match the other and help us find the perfect one. And the technician was very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to us in laymans terms. Great place all around. Everybody is down to earth. And so many great RVs to choose from!

Unprofessional, undertrained, irresponsible irritating employees that care more about a socializing than helping 3 waiting customers just trying to pay for their overcharged annual inspection that they probably didn’t even do and say the brand new resealed roof not even a year old needs resealing. Never going back because Nobel sold out to a company that just doesn’t care about anything besides selling new campers.

After doing research online, I went in to the Owatonna store to look at two specific models of campers. I thought I knew exactly what our family needed. After listening and hearing feedback, Kaden took us in to a camper that wasnt even on our radar. It was perfect. It checked boxes we didnt even know we had or considered. Brent Trombley is the best! He listens, learns, and tries to understood what you want and why. He didnt get pushy, but dont get me wrong, he worked hard to find a camper! When he called he called because he was either wanting to see how the camper hunt was going or because he saw a trailer he thought we should consider. He looked everyday at the inventory. I really felt like someone was actually helping us get this next chapter in our life started.Brent was easy to talk to, contact with and very quick to respond. It was a pleasant experience dealing with Brent the salesman . The only complaint I had was the RV was not ready to go and it cost me an extra day before I could bring it home which is 570 miles from Owatonna. The company did put me up that extra night in a nice motel which I appreciated. There seemed to be an issue with the the leveling jacks and I’m not sure they are right yet but we’ll check out in the days ahead. All the people were friendly.

Got propane here on board tank filled an 20 gallons tanks its not cheap but convenient. They have a dump station too, dont know if its working.

Not super impressed. Love our new camper and we thought the staff were great, however, their way of doing business is not good. We made an appointment for 4:30. We called to see if we could push it up to 3 instead and they said sure. We got there and still ended up waiting until 4:30 anyway and waited another 2 1/2 hours to sign the paperwork. Since we waited, they offered a nice gift card which was appreciated, however I do not appreciate them telling us they cram as many people they can into the schedule so they can get their end of month sales in. We brought our two kids with. Thank god they were well behaved, but don’t expect to be in and out within a couple of hours. Probably the longest 4 1/2 hours of my life and I would never recommend anyone to go here because of it. You guys really need to value your customers who are making big purchases such as this. Very disappointed.

You sold a used camper 2019 fifth wheel will a full black tank and sent it home with the new buyers. How awful. Then the get home and find out now of the camper was prepared to be taken down the road. The closet doors werent secured, the bathroom shower door unsecured. So much damage as you did not get it ready for the road home for new buyer. Stay away from this dealer.

This summer we needed repairs to to the floor in our camper. We called around and Camping World Owatonna was the one place that had availability in August. They scheduled an appointment for August 12th, but said they would try to squeeze it in earlier. We got a call a couple of days later and they said they could get it July 26th. We were scheduled for them to pick it up at 10AM, they forgot about the appointment and were unable to get it until 2PM. Ive tried to keep in constant communication with them, however they do not call you back when they say they will, If you leave a message they will not get back to you. I repeatedly asked when they can at least take a look and give us an estimate. Our appointment time of August 12th came and went with no word. When they finally talked to me about what is wrong with it, they changed their story 3 different times. It is August 28th, more than a month since they took possession of the camper and we still dont know what it is going to cost and what will be covered under our warranty. The estimate for how long it will take to do a 3 to 4 hour job has now reached a few more weeks. We have a seasonal spot at a campground and every week our camper is gone it is costing us time we have paid for. There is no end in site. The campground is our winter storage option and we lose access to it in just a couple weeks. I cant address how good their repair work is, but I also cant verify they actually doing any. Would not recommend.

Extremely poor customer service! Dropped off unit to have warranty work done 1 day prior to appointment, and 2 weeks later I am the one who has to call and find out it is done. Mind you, it took them 2 weeks to even get it in. What the hell good is it to have a appointment? I get it, its the busy time for them, but at least let the customer know whats going on! I will not recommend them do to the fact that they were very rude on the phone when asked about the situation, and the time frame on which it was handled.

Ive done business with Nobles RV in Owatonna for 15 yrs and would recommend them every chance I get!! I wouldnt trust our RV with anybody else. Service, is exceptional and things get done in a very timely manner. You definitely get your moneys worth in service!! ☆☆☆☆☆
