Awesome service by Tony and his crew. Arrived on time and installed without any issues. It really makes our floor look amazing! Tony suggested the right carpet for our basement and gave us options. Competitively priced and still cheaper than big box stores. When we replace our bedroom floors Tony will be my first goto!

I have reached out multiple times to get our kitchen project done with no success. One contractor they sent over told us it wasnt possible to do a tile backsplash. Ive gotten 3 more opinions and they all have told me it is possible and would be an easy project. I tried hard to support this local business but it has been nothing but a headache.Update: I reached out to them again today and it was a very confrontational conversation. The estimate they gave me to install a simple tile backsplash was more than our kitchen costs in total. I was trying to convey the message that three other opinions said that we did not need to take the wall down to the studs and it could be done easier as tile sticks to a lot of surfaces. Tony, the owner, went on to say that he could find someone that would do a terrible job and he would send them my way. After I agreed to that, because it seemed quite odd, he said well his standards are higher. This is not the type of professional service I expected! after discussing I wanted his other contractors opinion, which he said would be the exact same, he said I shouldnt use their company. It is quite unfortunate as the pandemic is here and we had everything picked out. I was hoping the other contractor could also take a look because not everybodys opinions are exactly the same even if you work for the same company. Maybe he would have a different perspective? Well, after a lengthy conversation Tony did not even say goodbye but rather hung up on me. I know people have been very stressed out, but seriously? This is just rude and unprofessional.After reading your response Tony you seem quite respectful in your words back to me. This is not at all how you spoke to me on the phone. Just because you have been voted highly does not mean that is a true reflection of your company, as I unfortunately witnessed today. And the contractor you sent over did basically convey that it was an impossible job, though possibly doable over the course of two weeks. This particular contractor also came over without a mask on as I had to tell him to go back to the car to find a mask. This project started in March as I came into your store to pick out materials. Due to the Coronavirus it has all been all phone communication and extremely difficult to maintain the level of skill and achievement you seem to boast about.According to a professional company on tiling over plaster patch any cracks or holes with spackling compound and sand smooth. Prime the wall with thinset and allow ample drying time. Sand any high or uneven spots to create a level surface prior to tile installation. Since intact plaster walls offer a smooth and sturdy backing for the tile, a thin-set method of tiling is preferred, according to Construction Estimating Reference Data by Ed Sarviel. Thin-set tiling calls for a thin layer of mortar or glue that the tiles are pressed into. This is much easier for a homeowner than the mortar bed required for tiling over wood panels.

Cherisse was very helpful and made great suggestions. The installers did an excellent job with very room they worked in and left the house clean. The new carpet looks great!

Great service. We were selling a home so did not want to spend a lot of money. They had good options. Carpet looks good. We would recommend them and will use them for future projects.

Great service and product! Tony helped me out of a jam when a tenant ruined my carpet with cat urine. They allowed me to take up the carpet one day and let me install new later so I had time in between to treat the subfloor.
