Had to wait in line four times as they continue to fail to activate the pump that I was trying to use. This isnt the first time that theyve charged my card cant seem to get things to work. kind of seems suspicious and I dont appreciate having to look through all my credit cards transactions to make sure that they didnt pull shenanigans. A gas station should probably be able to pump gas.

So after going in for a juice for the kids noticed the place was dirty and in need of cleaning and moping. I even asked if they where always busy the attenedent said yes and i mention the place needed cleaned and she just brushed me off. I am disappointed in quick trip for not having higher standards. Its just bad buisness. Shame on that store and quick trip for allowing it.

Service was good. Was buzy when I got gas yesterday at 3:10pm but was still a good experience. Staff were friendly. Clean store. Ware I always get gas in Owatanna.

This location is not enforcing any mask mandates. Only the store personnel were wearing masks and I was the only patron in view that had a mask on.

Never has any hot spot food. very disappointing.

Saturday, May 2, 2020 around 3:30pm.NOBODY was wearing a PPE mask.NO plastic sneeze guards at the counter.Its like management is living in another century and has never heard of COVID-19.With all the traffic going through there, no doubt the workers run into C-19 carriers, but wear NO protective equipment to protect others.Shame on backwards management. Ill go somewhere else where its obvious they care about people and not just put on a plastic pre-programmed persona.

No receipt at pump 7. People who drive for a living dont have minutes to waste waiting in line for receipts. Maintain your pumps.

Very disappointed about how they just set the phone down somewhere saying there getting someone to help. And then I sit on the phone for 5 plus minutes with just a bunch of people talking in the background.

Your food is over cooked and inedible. Quit serving it.

Great selection of hot items and drinks, as well as healthier options to go!

Easy on /off when traveling and can find what you need for rest stop.

Car wouldnt start after putting gas in. Manager would not wait until my friend could come and jump start it which would have been 30 mins. He insisted I move it immediately because I was parked in their prime spot by the gas pumps, so called a tow service which could get there in five mins. They jumped it for me and it cost $85.00. Thanks Kwik Trip. Its a bill you should have paid since you couldnt wait 30 mins for my friend to come and help me. Jerks.Year later, I go to get a car wash and only had $100.00 bill. Lady asked if I had something smaller, and I said sorry, I dont. She proceeded to give me $93.00 change in the form of rolls of nickels, ones, and fives. I said what the heck, you guys are so busy, you mean you cant break a hundred and at least give me a twenty or so? She said 20s are removed from premises immediately. Well. I hauled rolls of nickels and all that small change all over the rest of the day, tried to spend the rolls of coin at other stores, and they didnt want them. Made extra trip to my bank to just deposit it, geez, my wallet stuffed with small bills, and rolls of coin. Some people just dont think of their customers I guess. Idiots.Guess where I wont be going again?
