DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! My boyfriend ordered me a bar the beginning of December. After trying to reach out to them NUMEROUS times with them promising it would be shipping soon it still never shipped over a month later. We finally cancelled the order and will buying elsewhere. We wanted to support local but obviously they cant compete with bigger brands and they are horrible at communication.

SUMMARY: Gopher Sport failed at DELIVERY.I called, spoke to a representative and placed an order for 3 Kettlebells (16 kg, 20 kg, 24 kg). In talking to the representative she said they were in stock and they would be shipped out. I had received confirmation of the order.After 7 days I noticed that I had not received a confirmation for shipment. My credit card had a charge against it on the original date. I followed up with an email. No response. I finally got on a live chat.I gave them the rep the order number. They apologize but they said they were all sold out and that the order would be filled 4 months from now. They said I could upgrade to the covered kettlebell but only for 20kg / 24 kgs.I said sure so long as there was no upcharge for it. the person said there wouldnt be. 3 minutes later wouldnt you have guessed buy the 20 kg just sold out as well.I asked if there was an issue why did it take me to call to get an update. We could have had this conversation and there wouldnt be a problem 7 days ago. They apologized.I asked to have my order canceled which he said he would do. I asked to have an email confirmation sent that the order was cancelled. They said it would take hours for the email to be sent because the the bank will take that long to credit my account. That is pure nonsense. He said he sent an email to his support personnel to follow up on this. I asked to have him copy me (forward me that email). He said he couldnt because of their internal policy.All of this makes me wonder how this company is in business. There were so many points where this could have been solved or mitigated but Gopher Sport failed.

Ordered a sled and had it delivered to my house three days later.
