I brought my mother’s ring into have some work done on it. My mother passed away in March and I was very hesitant to bring it in anywhere and leave it to have work done in case something happened to it.They made me feel very comfortable that they were going to take good care of it. I got it back and it turned out amazing. Now I have a remembrance of my mother with me!I will definitely be a returning customer!

Great Service! I needed a necklace for grandsons confirmation. They didnt have many in the store to choose from, so they ordered about 10 additional ones for me to choose from.

They were very nice to me . I came in with a slew of children and falling apart like a two dollar watch. They first let me know it was gonna be ok. I was there to find a ring for my five year old. They didn’t have one but called around, and when they couldn’t find one they made one . They were very patient with my kids and I. That way didn’t feel so stressed about them wanting me to leave. I was able to focus on the purchase and I am eternally grateful. This is definitely a family store . They have great prices and really want you to have what your looking for rather than trying to get you to settle so they can get make a quick sale. Also clean .

I went in to get the battery replaced in my watch. It was quick and easy and the owner talked with me the whole time. He didnt make me feel like just another customer. He was so friendly and welcoming. He also fixed all 3 functions on my watch without me even asking him to. I have gone in once before to get my rings cleaned and had a great experience then as well. I will definitely be going back for another cleaning soon.

I started working on a custom engagement ring with Jonathon in June. He made my bf and I feel very confident about the process, the price, and the quality. He was incredibly patient with me as I changed my mind on color, size, cut, type of gold, and style 19 million times over the course of 4 months. I never felt rushed or up sold on anything. When I couldnt decide between 10, 14, and 18k rose gold, he ordered in samples of each and let me try them out. He kept me 100 percent in the loop on everything and was always accessible to via email to reassure me everything will come together. If you were to buy a similar setting to what I got in the twin cities, it was over double the price! The time from ordering to receiving the ring was 1/5 of the time it takes in the cities as well. The final product was beyond AMAZING. I cant say enough good things about this place!
