They seems to always have what I need. Today I needed some keys made. Great job.

Always pretty good but miss the young gal that got cut loose a few months ago. She was the most knowledgeable employee at the local store and in myhumble opinion the best they had. If there was a reason that really justified her getting cut loose, fine, but maybe with better leadership & training she would still be there and even better than she was before.

I do enjoy going to a local business. I prefer it actually. This place was no exception. It was very bright and clean and everything was very easy to find. I also love the personal help they offer. Its reasons like that that keep me returning. The prices are a little higher then say wal mart, but the service normally makes everything worth it.

Always clean and tidy. Not usually busy. Pretty spendy and overpriced in my opinion though. Right downtown and has later hours then many businesses. Open until at least 8. I believe anyway.

The two employees that were working today helped me find what I needed and they were very nice and the girl even have me good ideas on outlets. Keep up the awesome work and stay warm.

Very unreliable tryed ordering a chain for my chainsaw twice they told me both times it would take two weeks but they never got it in will never shop with this place again.

We went here about two weeks ago to get a STIHL chainsaw for my bf who needed it to cut down a couple pine trees in our yard plus use it for cutting down tons of other trees at our hobby farm, Colten had help us choose a chain saw and did a excellent job with the knowledge he had about these chain saws and got us everything we needed for it! We were very happy how easy it was to purchase thanks to Colten!

They had an item I couldnt fund anywhere else in town! They are awesome!

Wanted to purchase locally. Employees did not wear masks. I did. I should have left immediately. Did not have what I needed. Stock and selection limited for doorknob/exterior locks.

I recently stopped here because I needed a compressor plug for a pneumatic nailer. The help at Lowes literally knew nothing, but the worker at this local Ace got me what I needed within five minutes, and he was friendly.Theres still a lot to be said for going to your local hardware store - even though Ace is a chain, they manage to feel like a local hardware store.
