They have a boot sale but they have no boots in a size 5 for kids so I was really upset.

Very nice store, tons of different options to choose from, tons of really cute and reasonably priced shoes. However, out of thousands of shoes I could not find one single shoe that came in a wide width which made my whole trip completely pointless. Even online, the wide width options are minimal and extremely expensive compared to all of the other options.

Got my work shoes that are from Bobs by Sketchers. Best shoes with cutest them are perfect for veterinarian office where I volunteer 1 day a week. The buy one, get one half off sale plus my extra 15% coupon the sent me for being a perks member, made my $70 shoes only $29. Hubby and I both got new work shoes.Service is always wonderful and Mark the manager is always friendly and helpful.

It really irks me that most of the time you go in they are either sold out of the shoes my child wants or they are waiting on a shipment. I think they need to keep up their stock of what the kids are wearing now.

We recently went in to buy school shoes for our children. The store was very clean and organized. All the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Several staff members would ask if we needed help and informed us about sales going on. The younger male cashier was very friendly. I will definitely do business here again. Its nice going to a store where the people are nice and the store is clean.

Normal shoe store nothing really exciting

This store has really improved since we first visited here. The selection is good, but not great, the size of the store dictates this issue. There did not seem to be very many employees there for a Saturday afternoon, as master of a fact i didnt see anyone until i got to the register, then i saw st least the three. Will return the next time i need shoes.

Went in looking for a specific style of shoe, when I walked towards staff to ask for assistance I couldn’t help but over hear the conversation being held. Rather than giving me attention and assistance, the employees continued to discuss a customer that was less than pleasant. Instead of lowering their voices or asking me if I needed assistance the negative conversation about the customer made my experience at show carnival less than pleasant. Instead of moving past the negative energy, it was passed onto me. I left without buying anything and next time I’ll go to a different shoe store.

Shoe Carnival is known for their buy 1 pair get 1 pair 1/2 off. My resent visit they would not even honor the buy 1 pair get 1 pair half off. S

While this location is not as big as the one in Evansville it still has a nice variety of mens and womens shoes. The store is always clean and the displays are always stacked well to find the right size you need for the one on display. The staff are helpful and willing to do what it takes for you to get the shoes you want in your size if they dont have it on hand.

Virus or not these ppl werent very friendly or helpful and the prices are high sorry shoe carnival Id rather stick with going to Academy

For me, I like to take my time in shoe selection. I know others need assistance, and its available by the kind employees, but Im a loner selecting shoes. They always have a nice selection of brands and price ranges to suite your needs. I found a great pair of Saucony running/walkers that are like walking on a cloud! Only thing is, I wish they had a greater selection of mens dress shoes. But, if you need a quick experience, Shoe Carnival is the place. Oh, and they have GREAT sales onost selections. Weve used them for years and never gotten bad service or had to return anything. As for MY experiences, Id say its highly recommended.

Got a pair of shoes I love for half price. Most of the time they never have a size 13 with that great of a deal . But they did this time!

Dont buy shoes here. They are all for just taking your money.**UPDATE**I called and spoke with corporate and they went above these people and refunded me my money. Even though i didnt even wear the 2nd pair i went ahead and returned those as well bc im not going to give my business to a company like this.
