I can understand construction or changing things, but enough is enough you cant find anything or an employee. I will say this they have consistently stayed stocked up on most things the last few months whereas every other store seems to be bury under stocked

Walmart usually always has what I need, when you can find it. Employees never want to help and they never have enough cashiers. They want you to use self checkout. As if shopping isnt draining enough they want you to ring it up and bag it yourself. I absolutely hate shopping there.

I always enjoy my trips here. I know exactly where to go to find what Im looking for, and if not, I know there is a Wal-Mart associate nearby that is more than willing to help.

Never enough registers open, likes are long and never ending, never find any help and when you find employees theyre rude and cant help you or wont help you. Always out of things. Need work on staff training, stocking & ordering, and more registers open.

Nice assortment of choices. Cant wait for Walmart to stay on track with made in US products only. I was looking for car mats and all they offered were from China. Was quite surprised, this includes the Dickies brand.

I have been waiting two weeks for a refund and I’m still getting the run around and email stating I would be credited in 3 hours it’s two weeks later time flys but not my refund. The store pickup never answers and the day of my pick up the store associate told us they was not doing in store pick up and told us to drive around to pick up and call the number. Well the person must have wanted to leave work early because the associate never answered the call and had us waiting for a hour. I had spoken with too many people for nothing to have been done. I have received emails and still no refund.

I like Walmart. Sometimes they help truck drivers for overnight parking. People take lunch in their parking and use the bathroom. Thank you so much for your help 🙏🏾👍🏾

I love the convenience of Walmart, but it just gets harder and harder to support them. I try to only shop here when necessary.

Needed a new battery for my Kubota zero turn lawnmower and exchange some windshield wipers that was the wrong ones for my truck that a Wal-Mart associate picked out for me at night when the auto center was closed but one of the guys in the shop got me the right ones and put them on for free and i did not have to go to the service desk to exchange a big plus becouse thats about a half of a mile across the store and i dont like wearing a face diaper jus sayin

1) I find what what I want.2) I can afford what they ask.3) I can check out quickly enough.4) Then I can find my car and go home.

They never have more than human two cashiers operating lanes. Furthermore, their automated stands are always out of cash so they only accept cash some of the time. They keep postponing renovations to install new self-service lanes and cash registers. Most employees spend their time gossiping instead of working.

Quick trip. Only thing that slowed me down was a long line at self checkouts because several registers will not take cash & several people were waiting for 1 that could.

Went in for more sandals. Theyre the BEST. I highly recommend them over Chacos for $10. I bought 3 colors. They didnt have many sizes left but they are the best.

The lady I dealt with at the jewelry counter was kinda rude. But other than that it was a decent experience.

Staff is nice, bathrooms are always clean and prices are great.

Compare to the Walmart in Louisville this Owensboro Walmart is like mall to a dollar store. It was great

Went to take sour milk back. One person working service desk. She was doing money center and service desk .8 or 9 people in front of me.stood in line 45 minutes.this is rediculos..Im about sick of Walmart. Cant find anyone working there anymore

Lots of items out of stock and the self checkouts are pretty horrible. Clean store tho, and the online ordering and pick up works perfectly so long as you check your order to verify its all there.

All the clothes in the ladies section are all made smaller. Too low cut, shirts are to short, shorts are to short, everything is just to provocative. Where are all the larger sizes?

This place is always out of Diet Rite and they will NOT ORDER some things they also either just do not order or they decide to stop carrying certain products that sell good. Its really RIDICULOUS when they know we do not really have another option in Ohio County! Thats EXACTLY why most people go to Owensboro!

Main aisle has pallets of stuff in the way making it difficult to get around. If Wal Mart wants you to self check they should give a 10 percent discount on all purchases.

This is where I shop most of the time. The prices are reasonable, but like most stores, the shelves are not always stocked & the selection is less, but better than some stores. Overall, the store is a good place to do your shopping.

Its pretty high-priced for a Walmart, and by and large the customer service there is awful. recently I bought a cactus to commemorate my grandmother who died of covid right before Christmas. I could not find anyone in the store to help me, and the cashier put all of my items into a tub that I had bought instead of bagging them and put the cactus on top and it spilled all over my brand new clothes and everything else I had purchased. thankfully I managed to save the little cactus, perhaps the store employees should remember that every interaction matters sometimes more than you think.
