I wanna work here so very good !?

(Wife using husband’s account) I just had my hair done there and it was amazing! My appointment was eight Daphne and she was so wonderful, my hair turned out even better than expected! She was super easy to talk to, very accommodating, and so sweet. My hair looks great now and I have so much more confidence, I cannot say enough great things about her and the salon! Definitely a great place to get your hair done!

I gave it 3 times before I decided I’d either shop online or go out of town. I asked for assistance / suggestions and every time - I was talked to as though I had been an inconvenience. They don’t smile, they are not very welcoming and they don’t exactly make you feel excited about returning. There product selection is amazing and always in stock and the store is clean and organized. So if you know what you need, you can be in and out no problem but if you need any kind of assistance at all - I don’t advise you to visit this location.

My update since my review was posted Ultra customer service was great i received a full refund for my hair service because this kind of situation is rare i didnt receive highlights and lowlights as requested my head is very dry from the solutions they use on my hair im going to wait 3 weeks and get my hair done manager reached out gave full refund and said this really doesnt happen and apologized

Lots of options for beauty products. I was able to get various make up that my daughter needed for winter guard. They didnt have the lipstick shade she needed but ordered it and it came in a couple days later. Ill definitely come here for any make up or beauty needs!

I love ULTA. The manger in this store has been so helpful. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the inventory is sometimes lacking and the customer service is almost non existent, except for the manager. The younger girls dont want to be bothered. Ive had much better experiences in other ULTA stores.

The best Ulta salon I have ever been to!! The girls here are amazing!! They take the time to listen to what your wants and needs are and will go above and beyond to make sure they are met!!! Daphne and Megan are rockstars!! Not only did I get the color and style I wanted the girls were able to point out what product would work best with my hair type!! My only complaint is I cant move Owensboro, KY to Colorado!!

My cousin and I went in on Saturday to get our prom hair and makeup done and my hair was absolutely amazing as was hers, but the makeup done by Hannah was done sloppliy and it had to be fixed by the store manager. They over charged my cousin and I by at least $50. They they proceeded to charge me $10 to have eyelashes put on, then you have to pay for the eyelashes its self which were $7. They even took 2 $10 tips without saying anything, and when my aunt called they said we were well aware of everything we were charged for, which is false! We will never shop at ulta again, or use the makeup salon.

OH MY GOD! my worst nightmare! they cant keep a decent hairdresser on staff and I made the BIGGEST mistake letting some other hairdresser cut and color my hair- IT IS BEYOND bad- in fact- at one point I asked them to stop and they INSISTED on keep trying to fix it! AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS! When I finally got home and looked in the mirror I just cried. My friend said well it looks okay in the back! ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Every time I go into this location the benefit brow expert is either not there or acts like she doesnt wanna do it. Im not sure why there is only one person that does brows in this store considering there were at least 7 employees there and they were too busy trying makeup on each other and not helping customers. They are not very friendly as they are always in conversation when you walk up to the counter and dont acknowledge customers till they are done with their conversation. I have been to many ulta locations and this one is by far the rudest and has way too many employees doing nothing considering only a few customers are in the store.

Love going in here, there is always a sale.
