My first time at the Owensboro Baskin Robins, and they get my order wrong. I told them the nutty Coconut not the Pineapple Coconut. Im displeased...

The two ladies who waited on me were rude!!! Love the ice cream, just not the attitude!!

The reviews I’ve made so far in Owensboro has been predominantly negative. I’ve avoided Baskin Robbins for a year due to poor service; with drive thru services, comes mixed orders and attitudes.Me and my family went to try it again because we desperately wanted ice cream. Well the young lady there named Ashley completely revitalized my hope in customer service. We ordered Two pints and Two Quarts today. They were labeled and all filled accordingly. The last time we went; we ordered five cones. The scoops were beautiful and she was kind despite making those cones on her own.The baskin robins did a tremendous job in hiring her and is a true example of how to treat others and remain professional.

If I could give this place no stars I would! We went at 9:45pm exactly and they closed at 10pm. As we pulled up to the window we were asked to wait one second. After a few minutes went by the lady said sorry we will not be taking your order we don’t get paid after hours. Sorry bye. Very rude and they still had 15 min left till closing.

I went on 2 separate occasions. The first time I asked for hand packed quarts. The employees were snippy and rude and pressed me about purchasing prepackaged quarts which I didnt want. Upon receiving my quarts they were barely full.My second time I was again pressed about prepackaged which I did not want. I brought them home and it was the wrong ice cream all together. Why bother to offer hand packed if you are going to display poor customer service everytime someone asks for hand packed?Will not be going back.

The ice cream is so good of course! But at this particular location, when we went through the drive thru, the lady who took our order was incredibly rude and impatient! Her tone made it seem that we were unwanted there. She also said hellooooo??? when we didnt answer in the next second after she said is that all? The girl at the window was also rather unkind and seemed like we were a bother.Please train your employees in offering better service. Im never a Karen and Im kind to everyone in retail/food service because I worked retail for 5 years. I dont mean to complain but this was definitely an unkind and bad experience. I hope it improves if I return! I love Baskin Robbins ice cream!

Ice cream was good as usual :) one thing I didnt like was that the girl serving us laid our spoons down on the counter (that needed washed) and then put them in with our ice cream. When I ask her to re-make them and use clean spoons, she wasnt happy with me. Was pretty short afterwards. Other than that, we enjoyed the ice cream :)

Why dont you guys fill the cones, as much as you charge. Waste of time and money

We got a banana split from there and when taking the lid off noticed a bug floating in it. Time was 430pm on Sat March 27. Talked to Owner on Wed, went over today and got a refund

When we went in there werent many people in there, and while the product was good, the service was something to be desired. I am not the type of person to leave bad reviews often as I usually try to talk to management before publicly posting anything, but when I tried to call earlier to just inform the manager of the service, there was no answer. It just seemed like everything thing we asked for, which were two lids for our to go cups and an extra spoon, were huge inconveniences for the young ladies working there. I know working customer service is difficult, and isnt the most glamorous job to have, but to just be so unhappy makes the customer feel awkward about coming in to the establishment, like they arent needed or wanted. A simple smile would have gone a long way. This was actually our first time into this location, and while we will try it again, because everyone has a bad day from time to time, I hope that they can work through the issues and provide a better overall experience in their store.

To be honest the worse shakes I have ever had. I ordered 2. They tasted like milk and after you sucked out all the mile it had no taste at all.The store was so so hot we could not stay. This is the truth and my opinion. Never again.

It does exactly what youd expect. It supplies 31 different flavors of ice cream plus other dessert options. Service is fine and Ive never seen a crowd here. Good ice cream spot for the East side of town.

Liked it. Like their many choices of ice cream. Got fast service because I was the only person in there. Didnt feel like very many people come very often. Not as good as Ben & Jerrys and other competitors.

Ice cream is great, customer service leaves a lot to be desired and the drive through sign is nearly impossible to read at night because the sides are not illuminated in any way, a simple fix you would think to put a solar power light or something.

The lil boy working in there right now, needs to learn how to put ice cream in the cone and not just on top of the cone,,the girls know what their doing....somebody tech him..

Hey, its baskin robbins, best chocolate ice cream in the world.

I have tried, and enjoyed, many variants of their ice cream, and cold drinks. Overall I put them superior to Lics, but not quite as good as GD Ritzys or Culvers, however for the price, the bang for the buck is excellent. Those two better places have significantly higher prices, while Baskin Robbins has better quality and service than paying about the same at Lics.Driving access location is great, ample parking. I have been well satisfied every time I visited.#AMacReviews #IceCream
