Good but very limited selection. Its a small Michael and doesnt carry a lot of options

Ms. Kay is awesome, she helped me out with finding several items in the jewelry-making section, and a box cutter. She is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the store products. Ms. Kay is an asset to the Owings Mills store.However, the store itself needs to improve the selection of the stock for jewelry makers. It looks like theyre going out of business all the time.

When I went in the store I said to the I guess manager I said I was at the other Michaels and he brags well we are much different. Yes they were much different and not in a good way there was no help the lines were not long but it took forever for the merchandise to be rang up when the other store workers clearly could see that people were just waiting and waiting but they continued on not even bothering to open another register the customer must have been having some sort of issue and it took forever to resolve it. On the other hand the Michaels in Columbia they were extremely Pleasant greeted myself and every other customer when I walked in the door asked if they could help meet with anything and showed me where the merchandise was that I wanted and when I was leaving not only me they said have a nice day to everyone

Young lady at the checkout truly was a blessing. I made a donation and as it turned out I was afforded a monetary reward that covered the donation. Cant beat God giving.

The shelves had so many empty spaces. This is becoming the norm at this location. I visit frequently because its the closest and usually walk out empty handed because of the lack of stock. Its beyond the changing of the seasonal merchandise excuse. Im over this location

This place was incredible it was super clean, very organize, and very spacious. If your looking for any home decor or doing art work or any project this is the place to go.

If you need craft supplies, this place has reasonable prices, and you can order in advance. Theyll have your order ready for checkout when you arrive. The employees are properly masked.

Smaller Michaels location than normal but I was able to find what I needed! Had some Valentine’s Day items left over what I snagged for discounted price.

I had three pieces in my order. First two were fine, took a week later than expected, ok, stuff happens...they said come back at the end of the weekend...i came back on Wednesday. I arrive to pick up the third piece and was told it wasn’t ready yet. Had to wait until it was done right then. I drove from 45 minutes away again. A call or text or email would have been super helpful, not just the email that said they were done when they weren’t. I’ve had lots of work done by the site in Westminster and they always do a great job, on time.I only used this one because I knew I would be down again in a few weeks. This is now the 3rd time here when it should have been 2times total. Too bad for me, I know but, maybe I can save someone else the bother.

I enjoyed the visit. Not a lot of people and lots of great sales and inventory.

Michaels had old fashioned candy from when I was a little girl. I purchased some and took it to work with me to share with my coworkers. They all loved! It brought back such good memories.

I purchased a photo album from Michaels. It was the only place that I could find a photo album. Walmarts and targets didnt have any photo albums. I was surprised by the largest shortness of items that you can get at Michaels.

The store was open late for holiday shopping. Most of the employees were friendly and helpful. Unlike most other places I shopped the holiday items were on a great sale and I managed to get a few more things I wouldnt have spent for. Alot of items were sparse or sold out completely but with a good imagination I found great substitutes. I will definitely be back.

I love this store. I LOVE their Military Appreciation Discount. I so wish that the store was bigger, especially the stamping, die-cutting and paper aisles. A store like Hobby Lobby would be awesome and I would down so much more money in that place if it were, much to my husbands displeasure.

Im not very impressed with their way of doing business. They constantly make the coupons that are not working. The item on sale/clearance is 3 cents cheaper than the one on regular price. No sale ever goes for the books. I think I better go to other stores.

MY DAUGHTER LOVES THIS STORE. The staff is friendly. My only suggestion is they should increase the staff availability on the registers. Due to delicate items being purchased, the cashier have to be meticulous on how to bag the item or items.

This Michaels is nice & convenient since I dont have a car. They dont have any panels such as the Care Bears or pillow panels. Theres no material at this one, but they have other hobby and crafts you might want to do, like flower arrangements, and pictures.

Nothing against the ocation personally I just always seem to forget how disappointed I am with Michaels all together. The selection never seems to be versatile enough and its pretty disorganized. Again, this is a chain issue. The people at this location were friendly and helpful, they just dont have the stock Id like to see.

Prices on certain art supplies WAY more expensive compared to other stores which makes no sense - especially since theyre right next to a Wal-Mart!! Also, they need to hire more knowledgeable staff to assist the customers.

Very helpful staff, always check for online coupons. They can scan em right from your phone. We saved 40% on our purchase with a quick Google search.

This is a nice Michaels store which has a good stock of everything related to arts and crafts. The store is will lit and arranged. It also has tis and you can also get franks asks custom framed. I usually google on my phone for michaels coupons after ending the store and frequently can get further discounts.I highly recommend shipping here for your arts and crafts needs.

Michaels is my go to arts store. They have sales all the time. Check online before ring up.Most recent visit [7/5/2021]I called ahead to make sure I could get help. When I got there, help disappeared. I was also overlooked while staff helped a customer behind me after stating I needed help. It be a while before I visit in store again.
