With me living in North Carolina and him in Maryland he was able to facilitate a fair appraisal and trade in for my old vehicle, scheduled me an appointment to come see him in person, at that appointment it was straight to the point and we were able to conduct the final transaction that day. Hands down best car buying experience I’ve had!! Tiffany my amazing saleswoman did all the work, finding me the exact vehicle I was looking for! She was able to get me exactly where I needed to be on my monthly payment, had all the paperwork ready for me when I walked in the door! Sales manager Tony greeted me and told me if I needed anything else don’t hesitate to ask. Finance manager John went over all the specifics with me and made the paperwork seamless! Seriously the best dealership and staff to work with. Heritage fan for life!!!

Thomas in sales was great to work with. My issue began immediately after I purchased the car.I traded in my Jeep for a Ram 1500 in August of this year(2021). I was told that theyd be sending a check to the old bank to clear that auto loan and I would begin making payments on the RAM this month(September).However, a couple weeks later I had my former Jeeps payment taken from my account from the old bank. After calling the bank and the dealership back to back for hours( dealership had told me that they it was the banks error and the bank refuted that claim), I discovered that this dealership sent the check to the wrong account and I am still on tab for the Jeep as well as the new RAM.A few days ago, my credit report was affected by this and when I called the dealership again for an update, I was assured that it would be resolved and I would be called the next day. That didnt happen and I had no update when I called yesterday. I was told that Id receive a call today and that didnt happen.I didnt leave a 1-star because these dont feel like bad people and its a simple human mistake. However the EXTREME lack of communication and effort is troubling. I know this is just another VIN number to them but this is my life thats being affected.

Oh my gosh, such great friendly service! Needed an emergency appointment while traveling on the road. One of the fuel injectors went up on my car. They fit me in and had my car repaired in a bit more than 3 hours. Spotless facility as well.

I am completely and utterly disgusted with the experience I had with Heritage Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Owings Mills specifically with the dreadful service from Tiffany I. (sales) and Shandly B. (finance).I was referred to these individuals by a friend to purchase a vehicle. I had immediately connected with Tiffany and discussed, agreed on, applied and got approved for a vehicle that I set an appointment to go and see 2 days later. When I got to the dealership, I waited 1 hour after my appointment time and was given the following reasons why the car was not there:1. The driver picked up the wrong car and the driver didnt want to come back empty handed and brought that car2. The car was in the showroom and another appointment was made for it3. The car was about to be sold and the other dealership did not want to give it up.As you can imagine I was very frustrated after having to drive 1 hour and not being able to look at the car I discussed, agreed on, applied and got approved for.Tiffany then discussed showing me 2 other vehicles that I again had to wait for. After looking at the first vehicle I was even more disappointed and left abruptly.I took the time to gather my thoughts and called Shandly a few days later to discuss working with a different salesperson and he agreed to work with me. The manager called and set an appointment with me and he and I discussed looking at a vehicle which we did on that day. Might I add, the vehicle was 30 mins late. Clearly this was upsetting to learn I would be waiting again for the vehicle. I did not care for the vehicle and we looked at another which didn’t fit my needs.We then walked the lot and looked at other options. You could blatantly tell Shandly was not interested in working with me to find a vehicle that fit my needs. He was on his phone, at times looking at cars, others not and did not give his full attention in helping me find a car. Instead of him showing interest in finding me a car he advised I could pull out at any time since there was not a gun to my head. I even asked to see a Honda Civic that was on the website and he told me they could not find the keys for the car so that too was not an option.Needless to say my review will not stop here! I hate that I wasted my time with these individuals and with this company all together. I would never recommend or step foot in this location ever ever again!

Well.... I put the jeep in for an oil change the night before for a 7:30 appt. At 9:30, I was told my vehicle was due for a brake fluid exchange. We agreed, but that was a big mistake. Several phone calls were made to inquire if it was ready. We stressed that we needed the car to pick up young grandkids from school and it wasnt until 2:20 that we were told it would be another 20 min since they were just draining the brake fluid. Needless to say, there was a mad scamble to arrange a way to get the children. When my wife and I arrived, she went to pay and I went to discuss the situation with the manager. He listened and apologized. He comped the bill and we left on pleasant terms. Unfortunately, my wife was still standing on the parking lot when I exited because they hadnt rotated the tires. My wife is now reluctant to go back.

Went to the lot and spent a lot of time looking at the trucks.. no one came out to help us. Found the truck I wanted to BUY... still no one to help us. WALKED IN.. lots of employees hanging out chatting. STILL no one would help. Not even looked up to acknowledge us. Im sitting at Len Stolze now buying a $54k truck. I have bought vehicles from these guys before... never again...Will never go to to Heritage again

On 8/28 I called service because my steering wheel was wobbling left to right on its own while driving and I also had an engine light and powertrain light come on. I told them about the fault code to the engine. When they gave me an estimate on my car, they said I needed two new tires and tire rod ends, for a grand total of $1400. When I asked about the engine code, they said, dont worry, we cleared it and theres no engine problem. When I picked it up on 9/1, the car seemed fine. The next morning, as soon I pull out to the main street, my car stalls at the first red light, with the engine and powertrain light flashing. I tried called service, it was 8:15am, and no one answered. I had no choice but to continue my journey to work. Got on 695 and in bumper to bumper traffic, my car is stalling out. I had to turn it off and on multiple times while in traffic. Finally reach my destination and try to call service again, 9am, again no answer. After working for a few hours, I try to call service again at around 1pm, no answer and I leave a message. No one calls me back. Then on Saturday 9/4 I get a call, We hope you will give us a 10 star rating! I said absolutely not, and explained the horrendous service experience and being charged $1400 for two new tires and neglecting my engine issues. She said she would have the service manager call me back, but what do you know, no one called back. So here I am $1400 in the hole and still need my engine worked on. Thank you so much.

These guys had a wrangler which I was interested in, so I get in touch with them. I have a chat with an advisor who was supposed to send me a quote, Its been almost 5 days that I have been waiting. Send a text as a reminder, nothing yet. Their attitude just makes you feel they just are not interested in selling. I wish I could give these guys less than 1 star.

Also offer a completely different price when visiting. a fraud group in a word, they offer to me $32.6k truck but sales man give price is start 41k and final price 37.6kinclude trade-in. I bought the car I currently drive from this group (Heritage Mile One Autogroup) but Im so disappointed that I wont go back again.

Had an extremely poor experience shopping for a new Wrangler here. Delay after delay in getting a price quote out of the salesman and when he did get back to me, the quote was for a vehicle with different options than requested. I never DID get an accurate price quote after two incorrect ones and over ten days of back and forth.When I went in for a test drive, I mentioned that I was pricing the same vehicle at another dealer. He berated me for it like I was a child! Complained that people waste his time with test drives and quote requests and end up buying elsewhere. I never DID get an accurate price quote after two tries and almost two weeks of back and forth.Heritage Jeep is 20 minutes from my house, but I ended up buying at a dealership 90 minutes away rather than deal with this mess.

First visit to service dept. was not good. Drove into the write up area, was ignored by the service writers for at least 15 minutes. Service writer attempted to help, by taking info and writing up (first oil change). Then told by his supervisor that they were booked and asked if I have an appt. I told him it says drive up for express service. He said they dont do that anymore and I need an appt. as they are booked up. earliest appt. was next week. Poor customer service!

Bad serviceAfter they fixed my brakes and I was waiting there for almost 3 hours I start heard noises from my front left side so I brought my car again to check whats going on.I asked for their shuttle service and was waiting for an hour and a half and now (4hours after I dropped my car off) they said that I need to fix my rear brakes and I need to pay more $400.I asked them for their shuttle service again to get my car back but they too busy for that.

We drove very far to buy a vehicle from this dealership. Upon arrival the car was as depicted but even more beautiful than expected. Personally, I couldnt have had a better salesman, he gets 5 STARS! His name is Ken Glass and he was just the right guy to take care of us and the process. He puts personality, fun, effort, and love into his work as well as seeing it through that the car was in all around perfect condition before we took it home. I highly recommend asking for Ken if you are going to buy here. Im giving Heritage 4 stars because it took six hours for me to drive off with my car. I had to get a hotel room. That is too long, and so they will need to strive to reach the next star by speeding up the entire process. All in all, its worth a long drive to buy from this place. I felt they really stepped up to the plate, and they were a very high class dealership and I am very satisfied. .

I recently purchased a vehicle here and being that it was my first time buying a car, I came in a little apprehensive about the entire process. Fortunately, I met with Tim who was straightforward and didn’t use any pushy sales tactics like I had experienced at other dealers. He made it pretty easy and I felt good about working with him. It wasn’t until I was transferred to the sales dept that I had issues. But anyway, we got through it and I was told to email my proof of inspection to Shandly so they could process my registration and title info. I sent it in a few days after I got the car and never heard back. It’s now going on 5 weeks and I’ve emailed and called several times just to get a confirmation that it was received and being processed but no response. It has been frustrating and makes me feel like once the sale is done, they really couldn’t care less. I live in DC and cannot get a parking permit until I can show my registration info so now I’m having to scramble to figure out a solution without zero information from the dealership.

Purchased a new car here and the process was fine, I feel like I got a good deal given manufacturer rebates and research I had done prior. It did take unreasonably long to get through paperwork and on my way. 4 stars for buying from them.I had a bad experience with a service advisor failing to properly explain the issues that were causing failures in the car. We decided to move the car to another dealership for service as we didnt have trust. Melvin Green followed up after I posted a Google review here. He cleared up things and while it was unfortunate it was a little too late, but it was a good conversation. I updated my review to reflect the conversation, I feel like the service department is in good hands with him at the helm. The service advisor just didnt have the knowledge to explain us and for that reason we lost faith in their ability to fix the car properly.

Horrible service from the parts department. I had a helpful person at the parkville location that gave me a price for a part that was in stock at this dealer. When I called this one to order it, the price was $50 more and I was given a BS reason. Only called Heritage since my dealer of choice was further way. I was grateful to find the same part off Rock Auto for less money with express shippingIt got more than one star since when I had service done there years ago, I had a good experience & I know the sales floor is laid out well and up to date.

I recently had some service done on my Dodge Challenger. I have never been here before and was confused as to where to go because of the pandemic. I walked to the service area and stood 6ft behind another customer that was begin waiting on. The customer walks away and I some what move up, just to make sure the rep sees me. What I’m bout to describe is the most rudest rep I’ve ever encountered. If I’m not mistaken his name is Chris. He looked up at me and put his head back down and act as if I wasn’t there. Once I noticed this, I spoke. He then rudely says what you need. Breathing extremely hard. As if he was exhausted. I told him I would like to get my oil changed and tires rotation and wanted to make sure I was at the right place. He then says well I’m trying to finish up with my customer someone else will take you and walks off. I pull my car into the bay and was waiting on by another rep that was so much more pleasant than Chris. I regret not getting the rep that was more professional and helpful though-out the whole process. Chris should really watch his tone when dealing with the public.

Today is January 18, 2021. I must retract a negative review I made on December 4, 2020. I was having issues with a vehicle that I purchased new at this dealership in March of 2019. At first, it seemed that I was not having success at getting the issue addressed. However, I must say that the service manager as well as service personnel at Heritage and RAM both made sincere efforts to rectify the issues I was having and have restored my confidence in their product and service, for which I am very appreciative. Me and my wife were fan of Honda for more than 20 years and lately, we wanted to switch the car brand to Toyota but we didnt know where and who to start with. We found out theres a Korean bilingual sales rep, Mr. Brian Park at Owings Mills so, we drove all the way there from Ellicott City. Yet, we didnt regret to drive there because Brian was very patient, knowledgeable and reliable sales rep which we were very impressed and pleased to get help. He made us feel very comfortable and very detail which me and my husband decided not to go other places.Also, Mr. John Kim, general manger and Ms. Erika, finance manager were also attentive and polite which we were able to purchase what we wanted within our budget. I found my vehicle on the internet and did all the research. I was not impressed with the salesman or the finance manager. The energy was very cold and not welcoming. I purchased the vehicle because it was the color make and model I absolutely wanted. If I could have found the vehicle elsewhere, I would not have used this dealership. They also did not seemed pleased with the fact that I did not want to finance extras into my loan. They were very evasive regarding financing as if they had something to hide. Luckily, I was already preapproved. If I knew the service sucked, I would have purchased online. I would never shop with this dealership again it even for an oil change.

I keep bringing my vehicle in for the same repair request. They are unable to resolve after 3 separate visits . I should have went with my gut and took it to a different dodge dealer, but I live near this one, purchased the vehicle at this one. who wants to go further away then needed. The manager is incompetent. He didn’t even try to reason the issue out with me. I will be going above him. Be careful if you choose this service department. I see the good reviews here but my experience has not been so positive. Do better heritage dodge service department !

It was that bad.First new car buying experience for me and I was hoping to be wowed. Pretty hard to mess this up since a family member was attempting to buy me a SUV outright. They did- royally.If you do not heed the advice to go anywhere else, at least do this. DO NOT deal with Shandly Blair or Steve Gonzalez. They took our trade in for a drive the second time we tried to leave the dealership so we couldn’t.I feel like I let my family down for not running far away from this place.

Waiting for them to acknowledge my step and I was horrid. they basically expected my boy to blow up his engine and mess up the rim more to move the flatbed and I know the Tow truck guy went and asked where to drop the truck off his rollback. then they wanted to send us all the way back home to find a tire to fit the rim we bought from them just to come all the way back on their side of town just to go back to my side.. not happy at all

I bought a used car from this location and at the time of the purchase the trunk cover and the spare key, in my case happened to my cars admin key, was missing. They promised to order a new truck cover and find the key for me. However, once you have given them the money the customer service is very very bad. They will promise to call you back but no one will. It took me three weeks to get the key and two months after the car purchase still dont know what happened to the trunk cover. They are very good at dodging your calls and making excuses about why things are not done. Will not recommend anyone to buy a used car from this location. This review is only about the used car and not about first hand cars.

Felt sad with the service. I have given my car for oil change and expected a basic interior vaccume cleaning which didnt happen. Most of the other locations do a good minimum service like vaccume cleaning, little detail, air filling, etc.It would be great if you can provide these services too.

Their negligence voided both our power train warranty AND the Max Care warranty that we purchased. They did not do the required inspections and did not inform us that they needed to be done. Two other dealers service departments tell us they do them automatically when the date approaches. We had been lied to before by this service department and their work was mediocre at best. We would be told services were needed and if they were not covered we would opt out to have our own mechanic tell us the service was not needed. They charged for a belt replacement once and were surprised when I asked for the used belt which showed little wear. At least that time I got them to refund the money. We only used them for warranty covered services after that until we moved and found a closer dealer who are the real deal. We feel this issue with missed inspections was just another time they did something to skirt around an issue to get the most out of their customers as possible. Our last safety inspection from them just stated too much wrong to list.Such a surprise to bring in the van today for service just to find all of this out and after two hours on the phone Dodge warranty department is unwilling to do an inspection to try to reinstate the original warranty so at least our Max Care warranty would be valid. STEER CLEAR FOR SURE!One star because a lower rating were not possible.

Was in the process looking for a used car, I Notified them that I found the car online via mile one and was in everyday persistently. The sales consultant Chris told me that they notified the other store In (silver spring) where the car was located.Still dealing with Chris at the (Owings mills) location indicated he had it handled and would be transported in with no worries . Monday comes around gave him a call. He had no direct answer for what was going on with the car, Calling up the sale manager ended up being told the car was sold. Very disappointed as to how they teach their employees to lie. Very misleading.

The warranty work that was done on the lifters and rockers of my 2015 Jeep Wrangler went off without a hitch. I had lost faith in this dealership as I had been taking my Jeep to another dealership that was 45 minutes away even though Heritage is 10 minutes from my house. They are definitely regaining it back. The crew there is super friendly and on point. I even got a follow up message the day after I picked my vehicle up. Nice!! 😁

Horrible! My husband went to get our Jeep appraised (as we purchased our first one from here). I called ahead to make sure the salesman would be available when we arrived. Long story short, complete waste of time! My husband waited over 25 mins for Omar (who we were told to ask for). Multiple people walked by and sat at their desks who could’ve helped, but didn’t. The woman who he initially told his reason for the visit said she forgot to tell anyone he was waiting!! It wasn’t until he got up and walked out for someone to attempt to help him! They just lost a sale! We will be taking our business/money elsewhere!!

Their sincerity and generosity makes me more comfortable in continuing to utilize their services. Any dealership who makes amends deserves a second chance. My rating has to do with the matainance shop. I at this time havent purchased a vehicle from this dealership. The shop is cool. To get in and be greeted right away is perfect with the waiting room comfortable. The only problem is the exit. It is tight with other vehicles parked there and the out ramp is also the entrance ramp, so if there is another vehicle coming up, it could cause a problem. I will still take my vehicle there if I have any issues with my truck.

I have a 2014 Grand Cherokee Jeep that required front and rear brakes and rotors. In addition, I had plans for the weekend that included out of town travel. I was scheduled to leave on Saturday around 2:00. When I took my vehicle in Friday evening, I made this clear. Both Victor and Scott said, they would take care of it, and their specific words were, “I got you”. Not only did the technicians do an excellent job with repairing my vehicle, the customer service I receive from Victor and Scott was spectacular and my car was finished by 10:00 that morning. Bought vehicle back in November of 2020 and everything was okay. So months later the temp tag I got expired so I called for a new one and they sent me a new one and resent them paperwork to send to the dmv to get my license plates and got a new temp tag. Now this temp tag is expired and I tried calling and emailing to no response and when I get a response they say they’ll look into it and get back to me and still nothing heard back.

I went to Jared and Im so glad I did! Buying a car can be a stressful experience. However, Jared Wright’s optimistic attitude, knowledge about the vehicles, insight into the financing process and wonderful sense of humor helped to make the process much more enjoyable.After making an initial inquiry, the Sales Manager connected us with Salesman Jared Wright. Jared was easily able to answer questions about the vehicles – from the differences in the package options available, to gas mileage, to resale values, to estimates for add-on options, etc. We threw a variety of questions and concerns his way; he patiently listened, provided the answer immediately, or went to find the best resource to provide the information asked. Our meetings with him spanned several days, and he still maintained his good humor and “we can do this” attitude.We finally agreed on a vehicle and terms, had the paperwork printed and realized we had an additional request that required re-work. Sales Managers Jeff and Ken extended extra effort to see that the new request was accommodated.Throughout the process Jared interfaced with everyone from the Sales Managers, to Tony in Finance and Brent in Service, diligently working to ensure we received the terms we wanted and that our vehicle was prepped and ready as soon as possible. Jared even took the extra step of going back into work after he was off for the day, to retrieve our vehicle once it was ready and personally deliver it us. I cannot say enough good things about his professionalism and work ethic. He demonstrated his desire to guarantee his customers are happy with the car buying experience and ultimately their purchase.

Service was great. I requested an oil change and tire rotation and they were running a great special on oil changes. I was in and out quickly and received recommendations after my vehicle was given a 28 point inspection. The customer lounge in the new Express Service area left much to be desired as it was little more than some chairs and a TV.

By far the worst car repair service ever. I was completely scammed. Unbeknownst to me my husband had my oil, air filters, etc. changed last month when he took my car for the day. I went to this location for a sensor issue. The service department told me that I needed an oil change, filters and a repaired axile. I was told that the total would be $1500.00. I paid for the sensor, oil change, filter, diagnostics, etc. My total was $650. After taking my car to my normal service location, I was told that my axile is NOT damaged. My mechanic even asked why did I pay for an oil change when hed just serviced my car a month ago. Do NOT trust the integrity of the service department at this location. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

My car had no heat. I made an appointment for 7:30am on a Saturday morning about 2 days before and requested a loaner car as well. Was told no issues. Got there early, waited to be checked in and then sat and waited for the enterprise person to show up. He showed up an hour later but didn’t have a reservation in my name. Because others had reservations he had to take care of them first and would be back for me. Another 45 minutes and he picks me up. That process was fine but ... I was told I should hear something about my car by Monday and that the shop would cover 2 days for my car, anything over and it was my responsibility. The issue was my car wasn’t touched or looked at until almost 5 days later. I was blowing up their phones everyday asking for an update while enterprise was blowing up mine asking for an update as well while being charged $40/day plus taxes. This shop apparently had a bunch of issues and call outs as well as walkouts so they were backed up but they were continuously booking appointments as well. I asked to come get my car until they could get to it and was told if I did that then I would get pushed back to the end of rotation again .., so it could be longer before they get to my car again. Obviously for that reason i keep my car there. Finally on Friday at 9:30am my car is done. I had to return my rental by 10 or be charged for another day. Ended up paying mega bank for the rental, which the shop did help pay to offset some of the out of pocket burden which I appreciated. My coordinator also said he would reach out to me in a few days to make sure all is well. That didn’t happen, I reached out to him telling him my heat stopped working again. Silence!! Nothing., I called and left voicemails and text messages requesting to get back in before the real cold hit. I was leaving for a few days vacation and offered to leave my car there during my time away so they could work on it and when I finally did get a response back and we worked out a day to drop it off there was radio silence from then on when I tried to confirm the drop off. I went the entire winter with only one vent working on my drivers side and seat warmers. My heat is still not working but I will never bring my car back there nor will I ever give a recommendation to anyone looking to buy from there or use service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I turned in my car for a small oil leak that was able to be fixed under warranty. What was supposed to be a quick fix that would only leave me without my car for a weekend has now turned into 2 weeks without my car. It is very frustrating and I wouldn’t be so angry if they had been keeping in contact with me. Instead, they say it will be ready a certain day and then when that day comes I still haven’t heard anything, so I call and they say it isn’t ready. This is a never ending cycle. They have told me it would be ready 5 different times and each time it still isn’t done. Very unprofessional and extremely frustrating to the customer.

I recently bought a used BMW from here about a month ago. I saw the car online and inquired online to see if it was still available. Soon after I received a phone call from Ryan and we set a date and time for me to come see the car. I live 80 miles away and had my two young children with me. I was apprehensive about taking the long ride especially with the two little ones. Not only did Ryan and his sales manager Jason help me be at ease about making the long drive worth my time, they both helped to accommodate my children. The worst place ever. I took my truck to this place, after a year of service. I need a new engine in my truck. I have been there 3 times in several months for an air ride compressor. I called back a few weeks ago to let them know, my air ride compressor is not working. Well, they check and told me it was. But, its not working people. How this part works when you have a heavy load you should hear it kick in it dont. And your vehicle should rise not mine. Thanks for messing up my vehicle. I just put an engine in my truck my suburban cost me $7,500.00 dollars thanks heritage. Unbelievable. Dont go to this place at all. As of 4/18/19, I had the work done by a very certifiable place didnt lie or cheat and found more problems, that heritage didnt find. Now, my truck is like brand new.
