I honestly didn’t know what car specifically I wanted but knew what features and the year I was looking for. My wife and I recently purchased a used vehicle from Heritage Chevy, Buick. I dont have a great deal of experience purchasing from dealerships so I felt the need to review this dealership and the experience we had with Heritage Chevy, Buick.First, only have had the vehicle for a short period of time so this review is regarding the excellent staff at Heritage.Russell contacted me as soon as I inquired about the vehicle we wanted to see. He let me know the availability and confirmed that it would be there when we were coming in.Ed was our sales person. He was very friendly and patient. We took two separate test drives before making a final decision.Josh handled our final transaction. He was very informative and let me know all of my options regarding financing and final sale.There was no hard sell at any point of our experience. Also, the transaction and total time spent at the dealership was very quick as opposed to experiences at other dealerships in the past.Ed and Josh were great to deal with and Russell made sure that everything was set up for us. I had a really great first experience here getting an oil change for my car. I had a few bad experiences with other dealerships in the area, so I was dubious. When I called to make an appointment, Anthony assisted me and was extremely polite and helpful. That made me feel more confident. When I dropped my car off, Stephanie was very helpful too. She provided me a time window for when my car would be ready, and it was ready within that window. She was very sweet and made me feel very welcomed. I am so pleased that I now have a place that I can trust to take my car.

My coordinator was awesome, but I am having trouble with my rear right blinker light. I was told it would cost $87 to try a factory bulb. Well, I had already tried a new bulb at home and it took 5 minutes to swap out. I think thats an insane labor cost. I asked the breakdown on the $87 and they said it was $12 for the bulb and $75 for labor.I feel like you guys can do better than that.

I bought my SUV from heritage brand new and that experience was great. Also Ive gotten oil change service from heritage. This particular experience wasnt so great.I have custom wheels on my SUV. After an oil change service I noticed there was a gash in one of my tires. I noticed it after getting home. If figured being that I didnt make someone aware of the situation before I left, I could not hold them liable.Also, an extra service was done along with my oil change that didnt give permission to be done nor was I even told about it. The extra service was taken off my bill once I made them aware that no one made me aware of it. I was happy about the refund overall service was disappointing.

Thank God for the service advisor Larry who, when the shuttle did not return in a timely manner, drove my wife home since we cannot leave our disabled daughter home alone which prevented me from coming to pick my wife up at the dealership. Went in for a tire balance only for the front wheels. The price for the service was different than what was originally quoted but they service person handled it appropriately. Completed in less than an hour and balance issue was resolved. Answered any questions I had, no other issues.

3 times to service department. My husband. Who is a mechanic, Auto mechanic for 20 yrs. Bus diesel for 20 yrs, is going to have to figure the problem out on a vehicle. We have owned for a month, and had possession of, for maybe 10 days. And it is still having the exact issue. Claimed it was transmission. Then it was throttle, idle condensation speed. Left dealership last night with it, and on drive home, it was still doing the same skip, shudder miss. The dealers mechanic says it has been fixed, but clearly has not. Totally regretting this purchase!

I dont know the situation there, but I had a difficult time getting an appointment for my oil change. The service light was on and my thinking is to get it done asp. Couldnt get a appointment until a week later. After I told the receptionist that would not do. She said a technician would call me, that didnt happen. I called back the next day and I was told I could leave my car and they would call me when it was done. As it turned out I was able to wait until the service was done. Vivian was very courteous and very sympathic to my concerns.

Everyone I spoke to at Heritage was excellent. They listened to my concerns and helped find a deal that worked. Mike agreed to match the trade in offer I received, which made the numbers work. Ryan was tremendous. He listened intently and made sure everything turned out exactly how I expected it would. When the time comes, Ill be back to Heritage.

Working with this team of gentlemen far surpassed my expectations. I did some research and found a brand new Chevy SUV model that I was interested in financing. However, as a first time buyer, I wasnt 100% sure if getting a brand new car would work out or if I would have to end up settling for a used car instead. Everyone was very patient with me throughout the whole process and was determined to help me get the car that I really wanted. They even ran things through the system multiple times so that my monthly payment and APR would be within my budget and explained everything so Id clearly understand. They truly worked as a team and I felt like I was family, not JUST a customer. It made my experience even more special. Plus, I ended up driving out in the brand new car that I wanted! Didn’t fix the issue the first time. Your staff was non accommodating and gave the impression that we don’t care. I stood around in front of them and they all just continue to pretend that they were to busy to even acknowledge that I was there. One of them got up walked passed me and didn’t say a word

Great experience all around. I was in the market for a new truck and had provided my contact information late one evening. Ryan called the following morning to talk about the truck I had expressed interest in. I live about an hour and a half from the dealership and wasnt 100% sold on making the trip for the truck. Ryan mentioned that they had just received another truck that was even more in line with what I wanted. He worked with me and my schedule and made an appointment for the following day. Have always received great service at heritage. Only one small issue this time. I requested a printout of the multi-point inspection that is included with an oil change.for my records. When i went to pick up my car I was told that there was a problem with getting it to print. I keep meticulous records and this was somewhat of a disappointment for me. Although i was told that the mechanic gave my care a clean bill of healthy verbally.

The cooling fan would not shut off on my 2016 Corvette even after turning the engine off. I personally had to disconnect the battery to get it to stop. I called Stephanie on Monday and she worked it so that they could look at it on Tuesday. This never happens at other dealerships. Sean quickly diagnosed the problem with the appropriate solution. Sean also recommended several other maintenance items that should be dealt with. Usually I avoid these issues by not keeping my cars long enough for me to have to address these items. Since this is my dream car I agreed with Sean’s recommendations. It was like Sean was taking care of his car. My car was ready on Wednesday. Unbelievable cooperation and assistance with taking care of my care. Stephanie personally contacted me about four hours after I picked up my car to make sure everything was performing correctly. You don’t get this kind of service anywhere else. I will continue to drive the extra miles to have Stephanie and Sean deal with all of my car issues. Thank you for making me part of the family.

Good customer service. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and answered whatever questions I had.

I had my car towed to the dealership the night before as it would not start, no lights would come on, the automatic locks would work, the entire car was pretty much dead. The next morning I came in to the service department and told them what was going on. The attendant brought out a portable jump starter to start my car, which indicated my battery was dead. She gave me a price to replace my battery and told me it would take about an hour to fix. 20-30 mins later, my car was ready to go. I greatly appreciate the assistance!

First I should mention that I have not taken my car to a dealership for maintenance in many, many years. I never felt comfortable with them and I always feel like I was being ripped off, being overcharged for work that was not truly required. That all changed this week when I took my Corvette to Heritage Chevrolet and Steph Spindler handled the whole process. She is amazing! I honestly felt like she was on my side. She would not suggest work that was not required. When I mentioned that certain brakes were outside of my budget, she suggested a better alternative. She texted me throughout the day, letting me know the status of the work being done. Because of the trust she earned with me, I decided to have a lot more work done than I had planned, and all at a reasonable price. I also want to commend the mechanic Sean Lewis on the great job he did on my Corvette. Im told Sean has been a Corvette Master for 30 years and based on the high quality work he did on my car, I can understand why he has reached that level. I now have a new team to handle all of my maintenance ... Steph Spindler and Sean Lewis! Not only will I will be back often, I have been recommending Heritage to all the members of my Corvette club. This is an edited review, which was my own choosing and not at the request of the dealership. I originally had an issue with a 6 hour routine service which should have only taken an hour to an hour and a half. There was a miscommunication which resulted in this and I originally rated them 1 star because of it. After talking to the service manager, Mike, I have a better understanding of what causes the issue and am more understanding, although still frustrated it occurred. Mike, however, contacted me within minutes of my review and genuinely wanted to make the situation right. I really appreciated how willing and forward-leaning he was to make sure I felt like I was being taken care of and for that reason I decided to adjust my review.I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 because of the level of service I received after the fact but did not rate 5 stars because I still had to take into consideration the original complaint.

I recently had my 2006 Z06 worked on at Heritage Chevrolet. Stephanie was very customer service friendly. I received daily updates as to the where the repairs were being done. Sean (the Vette Mechanic), was so knowledgeable and was able to diagnosis the issues I was dealing with the first time I met him. Both were professional and easy to work with. I brought my suburban in for an oil change and had some questions about towing an RV. I posed several questions to Ricky and he researched every question and provided all the answers by the time my oil change was done. I really appreciate all his help in getting me answers that will prevent a dangerous towing experience.

Found a good truck that was in good condition, but after 1 day found that the alternator was going bad, fog lights were disconnected (??), and windows were acting strange when rolling up/down. When trying to address these issues it was very hard to get any communication on how it was going to be taken care of. Eventually sent in to just be looked at to confirm problems, ended having parts installed without permission and wanted to cover only half the cost, still trying to charge me $500 for concerns that should have been covered in a general inspection before even selling it. The only redeeming quality was that when trying to figure out what was going to happen with the bill the service tech, Rick (?), saw that I had just purchased the vehicle and allowed me to take the truck back free of charge. Still having window issues. If you’re buying used from them make sure you check every inch and don’t let them push you to buy.

I needed some body work done on my Trax and when it was all done a couple days later I asked if they could please wash my car and they did!! I was so happy they did that for me and the body work came out great!!

On Time service. Did what i asked when they promised. With dealer coupon cost was reasonable. Without coupon cost was doubled and too expensive.
