Waited an hour just to have my DVR box scanned for reactivation. When I thought my name was called I asked the Xfinity associate, Kendall, if he could repeat the name. He said I called William, not Williams the ms very rudely and condescending. He was very unprofessional. Another gentleman called my name and he was courteous. When I was at the counter, my name was called and I turned around to let the associate know that I was being attended to. I noticed that it was Kendall and when we locked eyes, he rolled his neck and bucked. I will no longer visit the Owings Mills location because the great customer service is non-existent.

Im wondering if l made the correct decision in purchasing Xfinity Internet.Customer service is what l was promised and in return l didnt get that! Dissatisfied New Customer. The company doesn’t care about customers at all, there by leaving making it difficult for there staff to assist when you brought up an issue. Policy wise there customers is not priority rather you are forced to accept there policy or leave the service. I will think twice before recommending there product and services to anyone or else one will have to blame his or herself. Hopefully more competitors will come on board to challenge them

Generous 3 stars. I wanted to find out about replacing my FiOS service with Xfinity. Although I receiving a friendly greeting outside the store to check in, you can tell the staff is only striving to provide mediocre service. My name was taken and I sat inside for a few minutes. It was not busy and there were staff members available. One staff member decided that chatting with the the girl checking people in was more important tha waiting on myself or the person that signed in after me. There was one associate by where you pay that seemed to be the only person working. The shop was, however, clean and well laid out with seating while you wait. In the end, I renewed FiOS instead of bothering with Xfinity further. Although the service was closer to a 2 star, the layout and presentation of the store allowed a 3 star rating.

Mike was supposed to help us set it up for my business. I reached out to him and he sent someone to check the place and told me they were able to put the router there. he told me he will reach out to me the next day and got my signed docs. Never heard from him again!! Called him multiple times with messages and got no response. Its been over a week now. very unprofessional.

I had a bad experience there . the agent were not very friendly. Christina told me that they were short staff due to two agent and that she was going to notified me by phone call she never did so upon coming into the build i saw four staff members. Christina told me to have a seat. Christina apologize for the long wait...i asked her for her name and then she decided why it took so long for me to get waited on. Bad experience..i would never tell a person to go there for service...been a customer for 36 years

Staff was very knowledgeable and their customer service etiquette was AWESOME. I was FLOORED because the wait time was appointment ready- the day I was there first responders etc. were paying respect to 9-11 and they had implemented a plan for traffic congestion and customers shopping and it was flowing. My experience with Xfinity was 4 STAR. 🌟

They were helpful. Took time answering my questions. Transferred data from old phone to new phone. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Stick to masks and 6 ft. distancing if customers have to wait. Note: There is not a direct line to the location. Only an 800 number.

I moved here to Md.in July of 2020. I choose Xfinity to be our cable provider, i set up an account set up auto pay and had no problems until December, somehow my auto pay payments kept coming back declined, so I spoke with a representative from Xfinity set up payments on Dec. 26 declined the 30th declined the Jan. 5th declined and on the 7th I contacted my bank to find out what the problem was I told them at the bank how much money Xfinity was trying to take for a payment the bank said there no activity from Xfinity trying to take a payment and the last payment they took was in Nov.of 2020 so I contacted Xfinity again explained my discussion with the bank. Xfinity bill pay dept. went on to cancel my auto pay and we re-set up the account I put all my info in made the required payment only to be notified on the 8th that it did not work.I have a pension check from NY plus I work full time job here in MD that all goes into this account im not rich but Im not broke either, in 16 years living in my apartment in NY my cable provider was Cablevision and I never experienced these amount of problems as I have in 1 month with Xfinity, I would NEVER EVER recommend this service to anyone and in the meantime I will be looking for another company So when we move into our new home in 6 or 7 months I will NOT be taking Xfinity with me, Dont rush to get a cable provider it may be worth paying a few dollars more for good service.

The only thing I dont like is that the stores dont seem to have a main phone number you can call to talk to someone. If they did, I could have saved myself 90 mins and a wasted trip today. Very frustrating. Everything else is good though.

Not even deserves 1 star. Been 3 days trying to reach them. After hours of waiting someone picks up the call and direct to other line. Again that person directs to other line. Just to be new customer also, they don’t gave proper instructions. The store is closed. And customer care after having 15 minutes of conversation drops the call not once but twice. Very poor customer care. Disaster

I love Xfinity and the store was beautiful and had great customer service but they still fall short. I called the Xfinity Mobile number before arrival to confirm if they had Note 9 and Note 10+ in stock. The customer service rep was very nice and informed me that she doesnt have an active list of current stock but gets an update each morning where it showed they have stock of both devices I was interested in. Awesome, i headed over an hour down the road to switch service and get a new phone.Upon arrival, I waited about 5 minutes and someone came and greeted me and asked how they could help. I let them know I would like to purchase a Note 9 or 10+ but wanted to see the true size difference first. She instantly had a look on her face that told me I was out of luck. She said there were no Note 9s in stock for the entire month and that the 10+ was out of stock for a few days. They could have shipped but I decided against it because the lies over the phone turned me off to it even though it was the last day to get the $250 gift card for purchasing a new device.I ended up saving money and buying a Note 9 used for $380 and sticking with Verizon for now. Please support Bring your own device in the future with Note 9/10/10+ so I can enjoy my device on a cheaper service. If you sell the phones themselves its hard to understand why you cant bring your own over.

How is it I am paying for a whole year of DVR service and not have it connected and then get an increase on my plan? XFINITY.

She explained the plans and pros of cons of each thoroughly, without trying to push us into a plan that we didnt need that would cost us more. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I WENT HERE TODAY TO LOOK INTO GETTING CELL PHONE SERVICE AND UPON ENTERING I WAS TOLD NO MASK NO SERVICE. AS THERE IS NO MASK LAW IN MARYLAND IM NOT REQUIRED BY ANY LAW TO WEAR ONE. I HAVE RESPIRATORY ISSUES AND A WEB PAGE FROM THE STATE OF MARYLAND CLEARLY STATES THAT PEOPLE WITH RESPIRATORY DISORDERS SHOULDNT BE WEARING MASKS TO BEGIN WITH. ALSO, THERE WAS NO SIGN POSTED ON THE DOOR REQUIRING MASKS BE WORN. WHEN I EXPLAINED THAT I HAVE RESPIRATORY ISSUES THEY DIDNT CARE AND TOLD ME TO GET OUT AND NOT IN A NICE WAY. I wish I could rate the store as zero or negative stars. I went in to change to internet only service and was told (by James Jay Adams, the associate I was assigned to) that the best way to keep my bill down was to bundle with home security. Long story short, I did my own checking and called the Xfinity support line and found out I was completely lied to by the store employee regarding pricing and everything else. He was looking to put money in his pocket through commission on the home security sale. I canceled everything other than my internet service over the phone and will NEVER deal with this store other than when I turn in my old TV equipment. The store manager will be hearing from me face to face and I will be escalating this to Xfinity corporate.

I had an issue with my billing and I came to this location. Jeanine a staff there and Denise the manager there were so very helpful, the other staff are very nice too but these two dealt with me. They were very thorough, patient, respectful, efficient and personable. My issue took a while to resolve but I wasnt stressed for one minute because they were very truthful about what was going on and encouraged me a lot. Their store is also very clean and welcomingThey are AWESOME!!!

Very disappointed the associate did not provide a receipt I asked for when I returned a cable box. I was told when I inquired about it that she put it in my bag. When I called Comcast, they would not provide proof and said Id have to return to the store and speak to them. Big inconvenience! When I tried to call the store, the number was the same national call with no way to reach the retail store. Round and round. A totally crazy way to run a non customer-friendly experience.

Went in for an appointment scheduled for 9:30am, and unfortunately the store doesnt open until 10:00am. I patiently waited till the store staff were ready, and then proceeded to receive help. Others were not as understanding. My experience was fun and rewarding because I was able to acquire two awesome devices through their xfinity mobile service. Went smoother than any carrier store I have ever visited.

My mom and I arrived to add a new phone to our account. We were very happy to arrive when we entered the young man that greeted us was very energetic and willing to help us. On the other hand the attending associate that actually helped us was anything but customer service compliant, Friendly, a Salesman, articulate or store savy? He did Not even give or suggest his name. So to describe him he was an African American male between the ages of 30 to 35 6ft 2in. Salt and pepper goatee with glasses He sat at the Third. Desk on the left hand side of the building. My mom asked for an extra chair so that I could sit down with her to help her conduct your business. His reply was We dont do that if there is another person They just stand there, because only one person is handling business mind you the store wasnt full. After getting through that transition we were prompted to select a phone. He stood up from his desk and said go pick one. Mentally Im just awestruck. Like come on sir show some initiative. Sell me a phone. I had to inform the associate that i have never been to this facility before. He then stands up and says the phones are over there.. He didnt gesticulate, motion, or point to where they could be. So upon finding them i then I asked well what do you suggest he says get the s10 because it had a stylus and 4k. Then he goes to retrieve i decided i want a iPhone while he was in the back he came out with a iPhone he didnt even ask me for a color a gig which series, would i like a watch a tablet nothing. Just poor all together. Finally while setting up the phone i was having trouble getting my account number from my previous carrier. You can bet your last dollar associate-x. Didnt offer any help he put the phone in the bag and sat it beside me. I continued trying to get my account info once i couldnt figure it out i asked could he help me Interrupting his video game or Netflix show He was watching He says oh you can get it later and call Comcast to port over. Sir So Not only was your customer service piss-poor You had me basking in your dullness when I could have been doing all the work. You could be doing what you get paid for in the comfort of my own home. This is an example of people that become totally complacent at their job. Im quite sure theres some kind of upsale requirement or perk. Incentive or something to factor in to adding a line or selling a phone or a feature. Im just totally disgusted and whats even more disgusting is the fact that they dont have a number that you can call the store? So I have to physically go back to the store where I didnt have the best or even good experience at all to trade in the phone that I dont want and didnt want. For replacement Luckily, I was able to talk to a customer service rep and theyre going to take care of the restocking fee. The last thing I would want to do is have to pay for something. After being treated in that capacity And whoever that associate is I hope you read this.

After cancelling service, I tried this office instead of my normal to return equipment. The reps were extremely nice and helpful, especially Adam Bernard. Had I dealt with someone like him in the past I may not have cancelled. I was in and out within 10 minutes. My normal office would have taken over an hour and been nothing but a hassle.

I had the worst experience at this store. I wanted to upgrade and add another line to my account. The girl that help me did not want to help me. Antia shes brown skin and thick build. She did not want to show me the Samsung Galaxy 10 and the colors. She says you can go over there yourself I was standing up at the front of the store never ask me. Will you like to sit down. I did not even upgrade because she was trying to charge me199.00 to trade my current phone in to get 10 in which I should be paying just taxes. So I just added the line she wrote the number on box never open box to to turn on. I did not even get to see what number I can get. Her attitude was very bad customer service at this location is horrible no integrity at all. I called customer service and they apologized for there actions. I ask to speak to manager but she was not there I left my info because tomy concerns with employees that need more tranning. Im sure they never gave Mrs Denise Crosby my number
