Pretty cool. good selection and variety

This Walmart needs new management! I’m an advid Walmart shopper. I was in town and stopped by for some groceries. This location has no fresh produce. I needed strawberries it took me 10 min to find where there were - thrown in the refrigerated section. The worst part - they were all MOLDED. The freezer/refrigerator section was lacking any type of organization or inventory. The freezer section with the pizzas had not been maintained. Just look at the pictures. I’ve never seen a location in this worse of shape.

I dont know if you know, but er um........ this location is closing soon. Every greeting card is pretty much gone. I ended up purchasing the last easy press in the arts and crafts section. They have paper goods, however I dont know how long it will there.Also, the 25% off doesnt seem to come down off every total. (Its 25% off the order total, not per item).With that said, I highly recommend you go and stock up on much needed household items.

My over the range microwave abruptly stopped working and with young kids I needed a substitute quickly. I headed to Walmart and found a reasonable priced Hamilton Beach 1000 watt microwave for $70.00. I couldnt locate the microwave aisle so I asked an employee and he kindly walked me to the section. Great customer service.

This location is nice but variety is very limited. They should turn this store in super store especially when there’s space available that’s left unoccupied by Sam’s Club right behind Walmart. Today, we went to get some items in Garden center but there wasn’t much available. We did find some good plants though.

Really like this Walmart. Its organized, clean and they are always well stocked. My only issue is how the curbside works. The app said to notify the store when you have arrived and someone would bring it out but that never happened. So I think we need a bit more organization in that area.

Walmart Supercenter in Owings Mills is in a beautiful location and its a very spacious store. Its grocery section is well stocked and each section is well stocked and there are associates to help you if needed. I get my prescriptions here and I love there choice of music 🎶 they play. Its like a party 🎉 while you shop.🎉🎉🎊🎊💛🌠🤗

Quick spot to do you shopping. No meat department at this location but everything else you can find. The only down side is the lines for check out. Not enough staff during peak shopping times in my opinion.

Good lighting Always good prices. I received a Walmart gift card for Teacher Appreciation and I just had to use it. My favorite store is Walmart

Walked in to purchase a type C data cable for my car to run android auto. I found the cables and then found a customer service representative to get one for me( guy with a see thru mask), because they are locked away. The guy came over to the where they are locked away and I asked him to get me one, he looks at me and says we wouldnt have anything like that. Well to my surprise were both standing right in front of them but ok I guess you didnt want to do your job so I left and Ill go to another store where they will help me get the cable I came to buy here. Now I could have pointed to the cable I needed but its not my job to educate your workers on what you do and dont carry. Perhaps I should apply here, I mean I dont have to actually know anything about the department I work in. I could just walk around and look busy and get paid.

I always prefer this Walmart over the Randallstown one. I have never had to wait in long lines here unlike the Randallstown Walmart. I love that they have several self checkout stations. I will continue to drive a little further for faster service.

As of writing this the date is 6/26/2021.CBS wrote a story [6/11/2021] about the building landlords, who rented to Walmart. The story claimed that they [the landlords] did not accept renegotiations on their lease with Walmart effectively forcing the company to vacate the premises by 6/30/2021. Drove by the store today around 2pm, service to the public has been halted. There are employees working in the store, and security guards out front, but thats probably to pack up leftover merchandise, pos systems, servers, etc to ship back to corporate or their storage facilities. From my perspective this store has been permanently closed, or has very limited hours until 6/30 when they finally vacate. Its a shame, this was a much better Walmart than Catonsville, and roughly about the same distance from my house.

It was good went to go get flowers for an friend. And it was perfectly fine nothing went wrong in quarantine

Inventory was a little shy this evening but other than that, I was still able to get what I needed for dinner and that is awesome!

Nice people, but this Wal-Mart (like the Sams Club behind it) is closing. Sorry to see it go. 😔

I loved this walmart. It was super organized, clean and always had what I needed. The grocery section was fabulous. This store has closed permanently. I will now have to frequent the walmart in Ellicott City. I would not suggest shoping at the Liberty Rd location because its super busy, not organized, poor location, no self checkout and unsavory characters.

This Wal-Mart has neat and clean aisles. Associates were visible throughout restocking shelves and able to offer assistance as needed. The only issue is the they have very few options for fresh fruit.

This store is one of my favorites jus gave Washington blvd one star this one 5 short lines and employees randomly asking if u need help or one gentlemen asked if i needed assistance great job !!!!!

Pharmacist is AWESOME. Didnt do anything else in store. Cant comment too much else. PHARMACIST ROCKS

Walmarts are always pretty much the same but on this particular day the store was much less crowded and the lines moved pretty fast.

School shopping . Great variety, good prices

While the associates were very helpful, this store shows the signs of poor management. None of the price check machines either worked or were present, and nobody on the floor had a price gun. I had to bring any merchandise that was misplaced to the front of the store to get the prices checked. What should have been a 30 trip ended up being an hour.

Can find everything i need.give it 4 stars because they need more open registers.

This is the location that will be closing at the end of the month. On Monday, everything was 25% off. As of today, everything is supposed to be 50% off. I heard that next week itll be 75% off. Hurry, hurry before its all gone!!!!!!

Wanted to use the photo center, one machine of 4 are operational. Advertised price .09 cents /picture. Turns out thats the price if you send them out. Nowhere do they specify that information and the young lady who was there wasnt sure but thats what she believed to be the case.( it was) Actual price .25/ still a good price but not what I expected. Machine is pretty easy to use but there are really no directions except on screen and the only way you know youve done something wrong is that when you hit continue nothing happens. But with patience you can get thru it. Really think they should do better. Be honest in pricing, showing a low ball price gets people in but also makes people angry when the facts come out.Companies spend a lot of money getting the customer into their stores. Why blow it by not having equipment that works or misleading information? Make certain that if you have 4 machines, obviously needed to handle the number of customers,that they care enough to have them working..Last comment, all the staff were helpful and everyone had a hello and can I help.

Their staff is quite friendly. The store is easy to navigate, and well stocked. Lines are quite slow most times, though.

Always a pain going to the Walmart closest to us(Owings mills) Their never stocked, staff are always sitting in 3 of the motorized wheel chairs in the front. They state that their broke....Heres an idea! Get them fixed! Im sorry but doing ordering from the office, backroom, or your car, is totally unacceptable. Like no one can tell when there are 25 of the product no one uses and none of the next 3 for 3-4 months. Their still blaming this on covid but every other store in Maryland and every other state is fully stocked. Sorry but the store needs new employees!

Pretty good. I usually get in and get out. One thing I dislike is the fact that the self check outs never accept cash. I mean for me it no problem I never keep cash on me anyway but not everyone want to wait in a long line for a few items because self-checkout doesnt take cash.

Fine, except one cashier, was very abrasive to me.I went back and bought a pair of Nike shoes for $10.00.I asked to speak, to the other cashiers supervisor. Her face changed.I didnt lose my cool, but she lost hers!

The fact that they want your money but lack any customer service is baffling. To minimize contact, we did curbside. No one answered either number, EVER. So frustrating just trying to get things done and being met with this. This place is far worse than randallstown and that pathetic. Just refund me my money. I will not return.

Many items are out if stock, but that seems to be the general consensus among many stores. For being a smaller store their checkout lines are fast. They have more open than most walmarts twice their size. Also, they have some of the nicest service desk workers

There was a young man by the name of Will Smith working in the TV department “best customer service product knowledge and all-around nice person” we need more employees like him that actually takes the time to says I don’t know what that is but in that department he knows his stuff! Very efficient with his customer service and handling multiple customers he can multitask this is something not seen in sales industry! I wish he wasn’t leaving that location but I wish him the best because I know he’s gonna give his best!

DO NOT do in-store pickup @ this location. Youre better off getting the items off the shelves on your own & checking out the traditional way. Ive tried twice @ this location & the wait is eternal even if youre the only person in line.

Parking is a real challenge. Customer service is ok but could be better.

The store in owings mills, is a reck. They dont have anything in the store, if you ask the workers on the floor, they look at you if you have chopped off their face. The stuff in there is not worth going there. They have changed the plates bleach over to great value, this is all they carry is great value. Its a hot mess. Carts and boxes blocking every isles, with nothing. I hate walmart. But its closer for me to drive, hoping they have something when I get there. This is the truth, the whole truth

I enjoy going down to the photo department at Martin Luther King excellent development and updated equipment and they are so professional and knowledgeable of the equipment that theyre using at Martin Luther King photos department

Found what I needed and was in and out in no time. Was very crowded though.

Unfortunately the Walmarts service is horrible. And dont dare come for a Pick up.. Good Luck on that one you be better off traveling out of the county. I sat for over an hour and then walked inside to the Pickup area (no ones working) I CAME BACK TO MY VEHICLE still no one... the attitude is just terrible... can I rate NO STARS.. OR Negative 2.5. Im still waiting as I giving this rating. Dont shop here! Still waiting. The Attitude of the Pickup Associate was negative, unprofessional, appalling . I cant even find the words for this person. Its a reflection on this walmart store.. RETRAIN.

Very friendly staff, everyone is super nice and helpful even when they were closing, they still kept smiling genuinely! Love this location and people who work there! Highly recommend!

Usually crowded & hard to locate some items due to being completely empty on the shelf but tons of display boxes of them on an end cap in a completely different department. Staff is always friendly & helpful though. Every employee Ive come across at this Wal-Mart is amazing & to them 5 stars.

I was shocked and dismayed by the service of this Walmart! I placed an order on line one day before coming in to pick up my order. I received an email stating my order was ready, and proceed to collect the items I paid for. When I arrived at the pickup location, there were signs saying it was closed. With a friend, we went to look for an associate who could give me the items I paid for. When we finally found somebody they said to us “the pickup desk is closed. When I am done trying to get my life together, I will see if I can find someone to help you.” Speechless we had to walk away and find someone else. The second person stated that the desk was closed because no one showed up for work, and he refused to find us help. At this time multiple people were waiting for items they had already purchased.The amount of attitude we received was absolutely unprofessional, and not needed. The lack of staff should be better prioritized.I was referred by a friend to try and shop at Walmart for the savings and specialty good. I’d rather pay a few more dollars not to be treated like trash.So disappointed! Not sure if I will ever attempt a Walmart trip again!!!!

It was ok... nothing special, carried most things but seemed at lack of stock for other things... the employee complimented my use and understanding of the self check out system... so that was kinda weird... I prefer self check out... less people to deal with....

Its a smaller Walmart. There are self service scanning options. Bring your own cleaner for your cart. Its a busy store... they could run out of the supplies usually at front door. Wash your hands when you leave. Be COVID safe!

Needs to have a going out of business sale. Rude and unattentive people have no respect for their customers. Outside is very trashy, smells of urine.

The store is ok but the associates (on the floor and cashier) need extensive training in customer service. The floor tech cant help you and dont bother to call someone to help and the cashier too busy on the damn cell phone to acknowledge you let alone tell you how much you owe. Its sad this younger generation dont have a clue. I sure miss the days when we took pride in everything we did!!!

If you asked me why I like this place, I wont even know where to begin! Firstly, the store is always neat and organized, the prices are unbeatable (I mean - where else do you get a pencil box for 69 cents?!), and the staff are nice to. If you happen to be in the area looking for a place to shop that wont break the bank, go to Walmart!

The shelves are not stocked and there are no floor employees to ask for help. The aisles need cleaning. This store used to carry everything but now its hard to find even simple household items.This particular store located on Liberty Road in Randallstown, Md quickly became ghetto so this will be my last time visiting Walmart @ this location. Its a shame because there is great potential in becoming a very useful and a super store within this neighborhood as well as increased employment opportunities. Clearly, this store needs new management.What a shame...

This particular Walmart had a lot of stock and very polite and courteous employees wasnt a bad experience for a Friday midday.

Store was a mess, shelfs was 3/4 empty and disorganized. It looked like there where going out of business.

Stopped into Wal-Mart last week a very big store so many things from to choose from. This store you can buy clothes, automotive, households, gardening, and grocery shopping, amazing this place is so big that its literally1 stop shopping.

I brought a 37-in TV I think it was it was a smart TV love it and I brought some household things for very reasonable price love this store

I love the process in to the store but they have a lot of staff that isnt too familiar with where things are. The cashier was very helpful and polite. However there were a lot of staff just sitting around when there was obviously a lot of work and restocking to be done.

1. The Caribbean products seems to be very popular at this location. The selection of Grace and other products goes very quickly.2. This location has just about everything I need within my household.3. Id highly suggest when you use the self checkout to triple check that you have everything youve scanned and paid for. I recently left 2 items in the store and I was told that because I checked myself out then I was responsible for all my items. Now I just want to say, no Customers get paid nor theres a self checkout handbook that tells us oh, please check that you have all your items because Walmart does not replace whats left at the self checkout I think its absolutely ridiculous that if a Customer completely forget a paid item at the self checkout it cannot be claimed once you leave the store. I was told that security wouldnt even look at the cameras to verify the items were left or not. This policy of Walmart is completely jacked up.

Lines are way too long it took entirely too long at the checkout. Only 3 regular cashier lines open. I try to avoid this WalMart.

If you are okay with management of this store calling you a racial slur? Especially in today’s world!!I had called to return a Food Saver vacuum sealer for extended food shelf life. This was my third purchase of this exact model, the first two had mileage and were worth the price. This particular model would seal, but the vacuum system was flawed. I wanted a simple return, was told on the phone to come to the customer service desk.When I arrived at 7:40pm, I was told that the Customer Service closes at 7:30. I was not informed that on the phone, or I wouldn’t have made a twenty minute drive.I asked for the store manager whom waited until 8:40pm to talk to me. I waited an hour for one of the worst person I have met with people skills. I wanted to call corporate to make a complaint on this assistant manager who would only give me her first name, refused to give a full name. As I walked out the door of this store, A RACIAL SLUR OF “BOY” was used after I said “I will make a formal complaint without you telling me your last name. So I get called “BOY” in today’s crazy mass racially motivated riot world!!! For anyone unfamiliar, this is 15 miles northwest from downtown Baltimore.

The curbside pickup is cool in theory but horribly executed here. I had to go up and pick it up in person due to the hour. But nobody told me that.

Walmart in Owings Mills is great. Whenever I visit they are well stocked or restocking. The staff is friendly and helpful. The check out was quick and efficient.

I was very happy to be able to get some Lysol spray. What I like that it was one per person which gave other people a chance to get a can

Generally like this walmart only because its close. Staff are unorganized and rude. And they all need more customer service training. Also fix your paypay accounts. PayPal works everywhere but walmart.

Many employees (not all) are very loud and not many are friendly. Also store is kind of dingy. Giving 3 stars because of low prices and wide range of products.

Store reads that it is open until 11pm but when I got there at 10pm there were two employees outside telling people that the store was closed. Super confusing and just a waste of peoples time.
