Facility was very clean, inside and out. Seating areas were very inviting. Donuts were sweet and DELICIOUS. Drink was good but cup size was small compared to like competitors. Restroom facilities are open during this pandemic season where competitors are not. Businesses want your money but not provide any accommodations. Customer service was courteous.

I woke up early this morning and drove 30 min from the city to come to this location. Arrived around 6:15am to a small line at the drive thru. It appeared that no one was taking orders but people were inside. The hours of the location says open at 6am. We sat in line for about 10-15 min before driving off. I tried to door to go inside and it was locked. Someone inside looked at me from a distance and turned around. I tried calling no one answered. Completely wasted my time because for some reason it wasn’t open. All the lights were on and people were inside. Do this location still open at 6am?

On this particular day, I was in the area, where the Krispy Kreme sign caught my attention from a distance. Rather than driving by, I decided to stop by and went inside the store for the first time. And to my surprise, the store was large and spacious. Even though there were not many customers at the time of my visit, the Krispy Automatic Ring-King Junior was keep rolling out freshly fried donuts. And, I ended up purchasing a cup of Classic Brewed Coffee and Original Glazed donut (a perfect choice for a breakfast of champions!) before leaving the store.

They stay out of stock a lot on most menu items but these carnival donuts are DELICIOUS 😋

Doughnuts are ok. Service is ok. Nothing to wow you. There is only 2 times fresh doughnuts are produced (early in the morning and in the late evening) which isnt ideal. But they are krispy kreme doughnuts.🤷‍♂️

Airy rings of fried of dough coated in sugar. So great for kids I suppose...Interesting/horrifying to watch them fry and glaze on the assembly line.

Service .was good but the fact that I needed to buy the new cinnamon toast crunch individually instead of a pack of 6 with the other donuts i chose was a bit of a rip off. You should be able to mix the special donuts with the everyday ones. I was charged way more to mix.

Very friendly staff, have no complaints about the customer service. However, after several different attempts to order cake donuts (of any flavor, but particularly blueberry) over three different weeks on different days, each time I was told they werent available (not sold out, just didnt make them that day). When asked why they were still clearly on the menu, I was told they do make them. Sometimes. TAKE THEM OFF THE MENU IF THEY ARENT AVAILABLE. Frustrating to continuously waste my time stopping at this shop for donuts that are never available.

Whenever we drive in town my wife likes to drive past Krispy Kremes on Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills just to get a dozen of the glazed donuts

Didnt go inside. Used the drive through window. Got free donuts by showing my and my wifes COVID-19 vaccination cards. Apparently, we can do that every day until the end of the year. We wont. Too fattening. But the donuts were very tasty.

Has anyone else watched donuts go in the trash at this location?We stood at the window 37 minutes and literally counted more than 200 donuts go in to a recepticle that we thought may be storage but we were told was the trash.The employees acted as though it was a normal occurrence.... I asked the manager and she said, well its just something that happens at the end of the day. It actually wasnt the end of the day, the restaurant was scheduled to be open another 4 hours.Why not just halt production?In this day and age of starvation all over the country this seems to be so irresponsible.If Krispy Kreme has no accountability process for their dough or donuts maybe they should give away to the homeless or give to childrens organizations as fundraisers.The donuts we were served were also not fresh, a couple of choices that we requested were not available and the blueberry were way too sweet.I do have to mention the employees were very courteous and nice and tried to rectify our order issues to the best of their ability.

Called about my donuts not being fresh and stale, lady on the phone had attitude and hung up on me, I called back and asked her if she hung up while we were talking, she said yes and said come through then hung up again. Never going to this place again, poor customer service from this lady and no regard for customer satisfaction.

You can smell the doughnuts when you pull into the parking lot. My doughnuts were warm when I got them. The Oreo chiller and doughnuts were so good!

Well we all know that the donuts are so good theyre addictive 😋. ..but Im not sure why they didnt have change to give ppl when they purchased their order with cash. ..the young lady basically asked could she keep the change no matter how much it was. My order was 3 dollars I gave a 5, she said she didnt have change and asked would it be ok if she kept the change🧐 I looked at her and gave her 3 dollars. ..smh

Rude, no customer service, didnt understand what we wanted, yet it was easy. We ordered 2 dozen and had a coupon buy 2 dozen, get two dozen, BUT, we wanted them boxed in 1/2 dozen amounts. So 6 in a box! They mustve asked 5 times and not to mention we ordered all ONE FLAVOR! Now, its not rocket science. Get to the front to pay and they try and hand us four boxes of 12; this is after they ask us again for clarity. Then, the kicker was they wanted to just give us the boxes to separate them ourselves in the car. My friend had to get firm and be like no then we have to touch all of them in the car. We want 6 in a box x 8 boxes. The girl you could hear her making comments with a nasty tone. Will definitely be a long time before I return to the one in Owings Mills. Id drive to Catonsville to see if they were nicer.

I visited this location to get strawberry glazed doughnuts. They were good. I wish they had not ran out of blueberry cake doughnuts.

I love the taste of the donut but what I wish for more than any thing is when ordering a donut with a filling in it that there would actually be something to taste its like you get that 1 bite of filling and thats it, its bad enough that the donuts are smaller than DD and for that reason i only stop here once in a while and not more often

Love the donuts 🍩. Theyre always fresh when I get them. The staff is pretty friendly. My only problem is I havent been able to get any of the Christmas donuts the last couple of times Ive been. Ive been taking them to work and I even got there before 4 and couldnt get them sad 😞

Went to Krispy Kreme today and this young man had the audacity to address me as “yo” when I asked for an item off of the menu and even proceeded to be unprofessional and rude.

The manager and the staff are very nice and wonderful people. Even with a little small problem I had with an online order the manager was very quick to solve the problem making sure the order was correct for me. I will certainly be back to this location again in the near future.

Tonya was really rude. I Asked for hot donuts, she lied to me at the call box said they were hot and fresh, but they weren’t even like warm. Then she argued with me said I have to eat them to see that they’re hot when I touched the box and a donut. stone cold. and it’s not just this time. I had called to ask when is the hot now’ times and I got a very broad time range, and when I’ve gone by during those times The hot sign isn’t on. anyway at the call box I asked for the ones that just came off the press and when I got to the window and said “hey look can I have fresh ones I asked for fresh but these are cold, she said these are hot, they’re fresh, we only have that batch.” When i has previously asked if they had fresh baked she said yes, which was obviously false, so there’s clearly a communication issue. Her first response wasn’t to correct the problem, it was to insult me and then just offer to issue a refund without even trying to solve the problem. I went to Dunkin immediately after as you can see! Krispy Kreme has lost my business in this area with their poor customer service.

The associate was rude to me over the phone in regards to a order I placed that wasn’t fresh I explained I still had the product and just wanted a fresh batch but she interrogated me about the order and didn’t even seem to want to help

On Saturday 1/30 at about 11:30 am I had meet someone at the Krispy Kreme. I Decided to go in and order 2-3 dozen for the family. The young lady who was helping me was wonderful. As she was getting my doughnuts boxed up, I noticed one young guy on the glaze line picking up doughnuts and his mask was not covering his nose. Then I noticed 2 male employees in the back of the doughnut making area, with their masks pulled down.I asked to speak to the manager. The young lady who was helping me, went and got the Manager. The manager came up front and I explained my concern. She said the 2 guys in the back were ok, they werent actively working. She didnt seem to concerned about much.I informed her of the seriousness of the pandemic and Covid-19 and serving food. I informed her I would contact the health department, due to her lack of concern. She turned around with an ATTITUDE and walked away. Hopefully the owner of the establishment will see this too.

This place was amazing!! They were constantly making donuts so they were all hot!! They have a massive conveyer belt just cranking them out. It was packed in there and we were still out of there in under 10 minutes. Expectational.

Hard to get into if coming from Owings Mills. You have to make a U Turn. If you are coming from Pikesville, no problem. The service was fast and the donuts excellent as always.

To be honest my daughter works at this location and I’ve heard personally how some customers are rude to the staff. Some customers just talk to the staff so disrespectful cause some are teenagers and they think can just talk to them anyway. It’s not their fault if the public purchases all the doughnuts. It’s take time to prepare the doughnuts just like anything else that to go to purchase. Krispy Kreme isn’t a fast food restaurant it’s a doughnut shop that are made depending on the time of the day but are made all day long. If you get a cold doughnut take it home put in the microwave for 10 seconds or just make your own at home. So please stop talking to the associates like that cause the customer isn’t always right 😁

Nothing like watching those donuts roll down the belt as they are being glazed. They melt in your mouth. This is how it was before the current situation. Now, they get them from a tray. The service is very good 👍 and we go there as a special treat.

I wouldnt recommend this location at all! The customer service is subpar to say the least. They switched cashiers in the middle of my order and the previous cashier didnt properly put my order in. The new cashier was having trouble following the order because of the previous cashier. After today I am really consider going to the location across town. I ordered a dozen assorted donuts 3 of which were SUPPOSE to be lemon filled. When I opened 2 of the donut there was nothing in them! I tried to call the location to let them know and of course it kept going to the voicemail. If you want a screwed up order and poor customer service this is the place to go!

Fresh coffee as well as donuts that taste like they are just lut of the oven. The service is prompt and the prices are reasonable. They have served me the same - whether I was getting large order or just stopping by for a coffee.

Hands down the worst krispy kreme ever. They close early whenever they want. They lie on their website and say certain are in stock when they’re not. The donuts have a pied piper effect. I was delighted to find they were Hot Now, even though the sign hadnt been on. It was necessary for me to park my car for a few minutes before resuming the trip home. A+

Why are they open when all they seem to have is glazed, every time we go there that is all they have. They say that there donut chef is not there and all they can do is GLAZED. I was even surprised they took credit card all they were doing was cash.

Came in to receive help with a fundraiser because I was unable to find the information needed online. The manager was were knowledgeable of the fundraiser even though he was filling in for the store manager. He couldnt locate the fundraiser items being that it wasnt his store however, he still was able to provide excellent service. The store was clean and quiet. All staff were very friendly
