I ordered ornaments from Personalized Ornaments for You a couple of weeks before Christmas during Covid. I knew there was a small chance of getting the ornaments before Christmas. Christmas passed, and the ornaments had not appeared. New Years came and went, and I was starting to lose hope. But then, at the beginning of the second week of January, a full month after I placed my order, they arrived! The ornaments came well packed and nicely padded in a small box. Each one was intricately detailed and so personal! These will become heirlooms and a suitable commemoration of a really tough year. Note to others: please be patient or plan ahead. These ornaments are worth the wait!

I placed an order at the end of November which they shipped on 12/4/20. I never received it. The package is lost in the postal system and Personalized Ornaments For You refuses to replace it or refund my money. They keep referring me to their policies on their website and there is no policy section. They are a rip off. Stay away!

Items was ordered on December 3, 2020 and received notice a shipping label was created on 12/7. Post Office never received item until 12/28. When contacted company 2 weeks after order they said item was not at their facility and PO was running behind. Company never offered to resend item or offer any compensation. Website says items ship within 1 to 3 days. Items finally arrived 5 weeks after order. Company could have offered some compensation since the shipper they use, as they say, was the problem. Poor customer service.

Customer service is horrible. Ordered ornaments and they say they have shipped, but USPS is still saying awaiting items..No clue when these will ship or when I will receive the order.
