Experience was pleasant, was my 2nd time visiting that location. customer service was satisfactory, efficient contactless way of paying for items. I was able to get help and direction to what i was looking for. Staff person was knowledgeable of product placement store was organized, well stocked and clean. Would go again

Cashier rude and not helpful. Stated items not available but found items on shelves. Wont visit again Stopped going to catonsville for same reasons. Its the blonde lady just wanted to add this. Very very unpleasant experience. I have been coming a long time but Im done.

I forgot to bring my liquid multi vitamin from NY to Baltimore and when I arrived at the store I bought the last one at an amazing price that I wanted another one unfortunately they didn’t have but Erick provided GREAT customer service and went above and beyond and located stores that were close by and as well near my destination! CLEAN, WELL ORGANIZED STORE

Vitamin Shoppe has very knowledgeable staff and there is something on sale every day. Huge selection of products and my wife and I love the the Wellness formula. It really works to make you feel better when you feel something coming on. I believe they do price matching. My wife paid lower prices from showing prices on the internet so i guess it doesnt hurt to try.

This is my favorite store to get good deals on vitamins and supplements. They are better than the other brand with three letters.

Favorite vitamin store ever

I stopped here during the slow time of day. When I walked into the store, I was not greeted by the two employees currently on the floor. I wandered around the store for almost 10 minutes, and no one acknowledged or offered to help me locate the items I was looking for. Instead of returning, I will purchase the item I was looking for from Amazon.
