I visited your store today around 12:15. I was in line waiting for service. I had submitted my request online and your employee named Nell wen approached she rudely said go over there and do it yourself. Being disabled I was requesting her help but she was refusing to help. She detected me to Julia when I didn’t understand. Julia was very professional and assisted me without complaint. Curtesy and Kindness Causes Very Little.

I do a lot of shipping for my job and always come to this location. Staff is very quick and helpful and they always make my job easier. I really appreciate their staff.
Google shows that your store is open until 8 pm on Thursday night. I arrived at 7 pm and your store was closed. I had travelled for 25 minutes to get to your store.
Normally when I go to Fed ex at this location I have no issues.Today I encountered the worst customer service ever.The young lady who serviced me advised me the internet was in and out so they may not receive an email I send as soon as I walked in and she didn’t even ask what I came to the store for (came for several reasons printing, binding, lamination)They received my email and I told her that 1 page of my prints i did not want in my binding. She mistook this as I didn’t want it at all instead of asking and deleted the page.When it was time to bind she didn’t offer me any option on the style I wanted and when I saw what she had done i sent her back to correct it and she has a attitude about it.She then said i was being charged a same day printing fee and didn’t explain why. I told her i was here a few days ago for the Same reason and wasn’t charge this. She finally says that because I’m printing over 50 pages that is why. I came just a few days before and printed over 50 pages and wasn’t charged it but whatever.She was very short with me and kept cutting me off, had she allowed me to talk most of what happened could have been avoided. I dont know if she was having a bad day but I came in a few days prior and experienced none of this with someone else.

This morning Dee helped me in my shipping needs of a package the size of a wardrobe box and banding it for mailing. To me it was an overwhelming task. She was so nice and professional in answering all of my many questions. I was really taken by her extraordinary customer service and look forward to returning to this location for my future mailing needs. Truly an amazing individual.

I went to this store this morning for my passport pictures and i received amazing customer service. Employee Cory was very helpful and patient with everyone. There were a lot of customers and Cory was the only one working, he did great at multitasking and making sure everyone was well taken care of. I recommend this location!
Very friendly and helpful staff. I got visa pics somewhere else and received very poor service. I realized I got the wrong size requirements and went here instead. The young woman greeted me when I walked through the door and she encouraged me to redo the pic when she noticed it wasn’t the best. I’m so used to poor customer advice these days but as a business owner to see people who actually enjoy their job and are pleasant to customers I had to write a review. Will be going here for all my packaging needs!
Got here three minutes to close with a package, ready to ship with a prepaid label. After standing at the door for about a minute I was met with an employee walking toward me with a deposit nah in on haand motioning to me (with bladed hand across neck) that the mission was closed. If I got there three minutes to close and the deposit was already done, then the place was closed almost ten minutes prior. All he had to do is take the package, save me a trip at another time and send it out the next business day. Does the customer, convenience and service matter at all here?
Theyre nice people but absolutely incompetent. I needed to have some escort cards printed, so I brought in my own pack of Avery perforated cards. The lady printed one page to make sure she was feeding in the right way but she didnt check with me. She ended up printing everything the wrong way around. I told her that she fed the paper the wrong way, so she attempted to print on the back side. She printed everything the wrong way again.They just ruined a whole pack + 1 page of of perfectly fine tent cards. $10 down the drain simply for their incompetence. Id take your special printing needs elsewhere.
On any but the simplest jobs, this FedEx-Kinkos consistently produces poor results. For now on Ill go to the far more reliable Maryland Reprographics, Inc
Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I have a business account with FedEx and ship everyday at the Catonsville location. I went to this particular location because it was in the area (Owings Mills). As the staff member was taking my order— she rolled her eyes and gave attitude along the way. Due to her attitude I took my package and told her I’m going to the Catonsville location. She continued with sarcastic remarks, which escalated to an argument. Absolutely won’t be going back and the entire needs to be retrained.

Extremely rude and disrespectful, I was yelled at by an employee for grabbing a shipping label pouch after waiting 20 unassisted minutes at the pack plus desk, this is even more unruly because I am a fedex office employee myself and couldnt imagine giving the kind of service I received and being disrespected by an employee in front of other customers, the customer service here is disgraceful to say the least
