For the most part, home depot is a nice place to get home improvement supplies. Store is always clean, bathrooms are clean and sanitized. Department specific personnel are very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. Sales are just so so but overall a really good experience...

Every time I go here for the oast 4 years or so, the staff is always friendly and ready to help. If they cant help, theyll find you a knowledge-specific staff member who can, relative to what you need. The store is always clean and organized, with a sensible itemized layout, and well marked isles. They offer a vast array of products, with choice brands to choose from within those product lines. I love going here for all my yard project needs.

Great staff! Cut my plywood into 4 pieces 2x4 without any issues. Always happy to cut wood for me. Not the 1st time Ive had them cut wood.

Although everyone working in every Home Depot I have ever visited has always been friendly and helpful, and HDs pricing is quite competitive with other home center chains, I only do business with them when I feel I have no other choice due to the egregious political leanings of Bernie Marcus.

Keep finding myself spending my money at the Home Depot. Tools, wood, bathroom products, electrical, gardening, and vacuum cleaners all suck the cash from my wallet. Money well spent, as you can find it all in one place. Lots of everything to marvel at. Much to bring home. So much stuff that you may find yourself buying a pickup truck. Or, just rent one of theirs.

For a big company there credit cards policys are a great disappointment

This location is great!! They have some really great people working there and if you need help, usually someone is close by to assist you. The aisles are clear and clutter-free and they do a good job of keeping things stocked. Its definitely our go to place for any home improvement needs.

Even though Im a girl Home Depot is one of my favorite stores. I just found out I was pregnant when coronavirus began and that made going out anywhere a whole new experience. I think Home Depot has done a great job dealing with all the madness. It is still one of the only stores I feel comfortable going to and my list of stores I go in is only 3 so thats saying a lot! My boyfriend has just about every Rigid tool now which is a hell of a deal since they offer lifetime warranties on the battery even which is seriously awesome! Keep up the good work Home Depot!

Went in June 7th 2:15p.m. with my son to purchase an Air Conditioner, the one I chose was marked at $329 and the lady at the register told me it was $570. I asked if they would honor the price it was marked as. The manager came up and tried accusing me of tampering with it in front of my son. As a local business owner and proud father I didnt appreciate being accused of that. She just didnt want to take the blame because she admitted she put the tags on the night before. I had no problem paying $570 but to be treated the way I was was very unprofessional. Check your cameras im an honest man. She should be trained to do her job and how to treat customers. And I think the store should have honored the price they marked it for.

I keep on getting phone calls to my number from people with 989 area codes. Its really annoying. Do not call a number with the the last 2 numbers in it being 29 expecting to get home depot. You will just get a unhappy person instead.

My husband and I spend a lot of time and money in the Corunna MI Home Depot. Tonight we went in looking for some closet organizers for our sons closet. We found it would be cheaper to buy the kit then all the different pieces. So we where looking at the kits and decided that the $27.96 one was the best option for a small kids closet. Small, but still have enough different options and affordable. So we go check out and it rings up 86.96. We asked the girl at the cash registers and said she was calling a manager. A manager came over, a very young guy. No manners at all, scans item and says it’s clearly $86. I say well it was marked 27.96 and he said to me so rudely well someone sat it there and it’s clearly $86. And he just walks away. No I am sorry for the mistake, no apologies, no let me see if I can find the $27 one, no let me help you, no nothing just walks away. I am sorry if it was in the wrong place, but I didn’t put it there. We clearly thought it was $27. As a manager of a retail store myself, I know that this happens all the time but I also know that it’s not the customers fault. Mistakes happen, you help the customer out or at least give a little discount for the inconvenience. I would have been happy with I am sorry, can I help you with finding the $27 one. It was an horrible way of handling this situation in his end.

This location has a very friendly staff. They are also lower volume than most Hone Depots I visit, seems to be faster in and out.

I found what I needed thanks to a young lady who tried like MAD to ignore me! But I persisted. She used the Home Depot app to see if they had what I needed and practically RAN to the aisle with my old self trying to keep up. I literally lost sight of her. Then I tried to get signed up to have a contractor contact me. Cashier tried but decided I should talk to flooring who told me that no, they wouldnt give me names. I didnt want names. I wanted to get signed up for someone to call me like the Let Us help YOU ad said they would. But honestly, she didnt want to help and I was tired so I left.

Great place! Ive only had two bad experiences there, one being a woman at the paint counter, she was COMPLETELY rude over nothing at all.The other time was another woman that had no idea where something was and pointed me to the wrong item and walked away fast.

Great place and staff. I just go to Lowes if Im buying a lot because they offer a 10% Veterans discount. Home Depot has tighter guidelines as to who qualifies for it is more of a military and not Veterans discount. I served 4 years in USMC, honorably discharged with a VA photo identification card showing Im a veteran. An older lady there told me I wasnt. I had to be active duty, reserve, retired, or disabled. So thank you Lowes!

Ive had the pleasure the last couple times Ive been in the store to be helped by a young tall man named Patrick. Both times he went above and beyond normal help to make sure we got what we needed. Great employee and he deserves recognition.

No longer give a veterans discount... after buying a gas heater that didnt work I was given attitude by the lady working the return counter for interrupting her conversation about Christmas lights of 10 minutes. Needless to say I will never come back to this home depot. This how they thank veterans!!!! Every home depot honors the 10% discount except this one. I prefer to support local business so Gilberts hardware is the only place for me now. I asked about the discount at other home depots and was told that it must be the store manager trying to maximize profits so they can get a bigger bonus.

I go to Home Depot all the time. Some of the people are great, some not so great. Pretty much like any place you go these days. They are the only place in town to buy a lot of stuff and a lot of times they are out of the stuff I need and I have to travel to Flint any way. The cashiers are always nice to me and most know me by name. Definitely the best part of the shopping experience.

Not only does The Owosso Home Depot have very oustanding management..but they have the nicest and most helpful employees. You can expect to be treated with respect and understanding if an issue ever comes your way.

Forget the fact that I am disabled. It shouldnt matter. I bought 10 bags of pea stone. Asked for help loading it and was told to get a cart and help yourself.I need at least 10 more bags & hundreds of $ more in other material for future projects. I will be buying none of it there.I will drive the 26 miles to the competition. Where including fuel; I will still save money. Time will be the only difference. Yet, tons of that is wasted at Home Depot just trying to get help.I have grown tired of trying hunt someone down for help. Its very frustrating. ALWAYS!Their prices arent very competitive. Frankly I have been very disappointed in the quality of their lumber as well. Warped, split & twisted. If they even have any. I am referring to #2 boards. They should be SO much better than that. I shouldnt have to spend days de-warping the best 2 out of the 8 boards they have in stock. Maybe they feel they can get away with it because they are the only game in town. Sorry, St. Johns, Flint & Lansing are not that far away. Maybe they just cant keep anything in stock.So, yeah, think am done with HD. This has happened way to many times over the years.Only opinions.For what its worth I saw at least 5 very healthy looking people not wearing face coverings (customers) & a couple employees w/masks under their noses.

This is the only home improvement store in the area, therefore you are locked into going to this store if you dont want to leave town for something. That isnt their fault, its a good problem for home depot to have!The cashiers are always very friendly and nice. The team members on the floor are usually nice and knowledgeable. Sometimes though, you get a real tool that makes you feel stupid or minimizes what you know.They always have a fair selection. I think they have the best deals on light bulbs, but generally are higher on their prices than Menards.
