Seeing as how Im new to the area and I only used autozone in my previous city, I figured Id continue to use the company. Seen it has great reviews and mostly positive feedback but after trying to call on 5 separate occasions I have given up on the Owosso location. No one has answered my phone calls. Anyone else have this problem? If so then the management needs to be made aware that the employees arent capable of performing their job duties

Gotten all of my parts from here. But I did receive a faulty starter... other than that. Always a great place to get your parts!

Never had a problem with AutoZone they always have what I need when I need it better than Advance Auto Parts where they will sell you something with no idea what theyre talking about then you get it home and find out that its the wrong part for the wrong vehicle store is always clean theyre always staffed to meet your needs and very knowledgeable

The manager was amazing. The distributed cap on my boat broke and he looked to find a replacement personally. There wasnt a match but he tried to get me on the lake for Labor Day.

The assistance I received today was beyond exceptional! They patiently helped me look for my old purchases on 4 different phone numbers, by name and store. While I was disappointed my purchase history has been scrubbed for my lifetime warranty on my Duralast Gold SM brakes, I havent paid for pads in a while. I will be saving this receipt! Still my favorite parts store.

Everytime need an automotive item Auto Zone has it or will try and get for you. Employees are always courteous and friendly. Store is very well kept. Located on north side of E-M-21 West of state rd.

Just went to get new windshield wipers. Had them put them on for me. My car decided to be difficult, but they stood out in the cold trying for longest time. Eventually they got me a different (better) pair of wipers, and gave me a discount for them! Truly awesome service! I will definitely come back here whenever I need something for my car !

Tonight I am writing this review about my buddy Drew! As I was waiting in line to return a core there were 2 other people in front of me he was taking care of as phones were going off the hook, he kept his cool and gave some of the best customer service I have recieved from an auto zone. I usually hate autozone because they fuxk up my parts but this guy is on top of it and runs that store like a champ. Good Job Drew!! My Honda thanks you!

Alex Goodman went above and beyond when he helped me with my alternator/battery problem with Walmart. He used the company car from owner to drive me to Walmart in Owosso and personally made sure I got a battery that I had puchase a week and a half ago. Thank so much Alex for following through and providing your expertise and didnt even charge me for it. Way to go to the whole Owosso AutoZone crew.Great leadership from store manager too.

Love this place! The associates are amazing. My wifes car broke down while running errands and she managed to pull into the store. Serpentine belt fell off. An associate showed her how to put a new one on. Now we go here for all our parts!

Never get the right parts and employees never seem like they know anything. Ill be going to OReillys auto parts from now on!

Service staff are always friendly. They always try to help out, find the parts needed or look for alternatives to what is needed. Its nice to have a store like this, but I feel the products are slightly on the expensive side compared to similar stores or even stores that have auto sections.

There super friendly and knowledgeable people that do a good job, always can find that part we need and if they dont have it theyll get it and or know where to get it from another autozone near by or next day by morning for the whse. Good people to do business with.

Most of the staff is very knowledgeable, but there are a few new employees, 1 in particular, who dont know anything about auto parts or repair. It is very frustrating to go in there looking for advice, or even a part, and this employee is unable to help. There are some very helpful employees as well, but you never know who you are going to get.

I had an issue with a tool rental deposit returned to my card. It has been more than a week.They were not very helpful. They told me it didnt specify going on my card and they blamed my credit card company and wouldnt refund me with cash. Im not coming back and recommend avoiding them

Un helpful people. I ised to work there i know the policies and the women behind the counter was unbelievably unhappy person... I will never return to this location again! Management needs to look at this store and re evaluate the employees who work there!!

They need more help behind counter, 2 people on a Friday night not enough had to wait 15 mins to buy one item off the self, AutoZone use to pride themself on great customer service, what happened to the good old zone?
