Very unfriendly. Halloween items on sale. 2 signs . Same products. 1 for 60% off, 1 for 70% off. Same sale dates. She said she was only going to do the 60% off. Would not honor the 70 % off. What happened to customer service?serbice?

I found everything I was looking for. Fabric all on sale. Employee was very helpful in helping me find the right colour. I was able to use coupons which really helped.

2 of the nicest ladies were working and made sure they found a solution for my project even though they dont carry exactly what I was looking for. I didnt catch their names, but they were an absolute delight. I definitely recommend this J-Fabs highly. If u need anything craft related they will hook you up!

Great place to go as always for those crafting supplies. Large material section for sewing projects, and lots of patterns available. I gave it 4 stars because of their painting section, while they carry a good selection of canvases and brushes, there is barely any paint available. The staff has great customer service, the store is organized well and there is always some sort of sale going on!

Lately theyve gotten a lot better which is great! I like the fabric selection and I always spend too much when I got in there because I cant resist! One area I wish was a bit larger is the cardmaking, stamping, scrapbooking section. That area has been downsized though, so I dont know if will come back. Nice little store for our town!

When I walked into the store not one worked greeted me. There was no one working at the front counter. I grabbed the very few things that I needed and headed to check out. I waited at the front of the store probably 10 minutes before someone finally came to check me out. The cashier wasnt very nice. Seemed like she didnt like her job or something.

This location doesnt have very good selection of anything other than fabric. If you need anything else, I would make the trip to Lansing or Flint. However, the staff very friendly and helpful.

I went into this store location on 11/92020 looking to purchase a couple crafts, while there I found the 48 inch no sew fleece blankets for 7.99, I grabbed 5 thinking perfect Christmas gifts, I wandered around looking for hot glue sticks and once on the back of the store I found the same blankets just different patterns for 5.99, so I grabbed 5 of those but once looking them over they were the same as the ones for 7.99 so I asked a young lady that was working, she ripped the signs off the racks and said these are the wrong prices but if you come back in 2 days they will be 5.00, so confused I just put the blankets back and was heading to the front of the store where I ran into the manager, a blonde haired lady, whom I asked where the glue sticks were she nodded her head towards the back of the store and said “I don’t know” so I said well can you help me she said well did you check aisle 3 in a very snarky way, endless to say I left empty handed.Update 2 days later I still wanted the fleece blankets so I called instead of going all the way there, they put me on hold and never came back, so after 5 mins I hung up and called back the lady named Cheryl told me she thought the blankets were 29.99 and I told her what the gal told me on Monday and Cheryl told me “ma’am I don’t have the time to go look” I said are you kidding me lol. So I asked for a manager, Cheryl put me on hold and nobody came to the phone once again. I was very excited to have this store in town, we just moved here so I was looking forward to shopping there as often as possible, sadly I’ll be staying away.

Its a fabric store. My mother thought it was fantastic. I dont think Ive entered one, in a decade.

I did an online order for curbside pick up. I got the email saying the order was ready at 10:40 am, but the associates made me wait until 11 am to pick it up.When I called a second time at 11:13 am to pick it up, the associates were rude on the phone. They also told me where I was suppose to park, bring id, and that I wasnt allowed to get within 6 feet of her because she wasnt wearing protective gear. Then she put the order on the brick retaining wall behind the door and made me wait until she shut and locked the door before I could go get my order.Yet, Ive parked outside the door going to other stores and seen the same exact associates physically hand other customers their orders or walked the orders to the customers car.

Loads of fabric to look at. The lighting in the fabric section is best at the smaller stores.

If you sew or do crafting, this is the place to shop.

Would never order on line again! Store people had little knowledge of return process. Was given false information to try to get me to take instore credit instead of returning my money for a sewing machine.

Joanns does an exceptionally poor job of maintaining the inventory information on their website. Drove 50 miles to purchase an item the website said was in stock at that particular store. When I got there, they said they didn’t have any and sorry I wasted two hours of my life. When I called their customer service, I was told the Joanns doesn’t always do a very good job on managing their inventory.

This is a small town Jo-Ann Fabrics. It is small with the wooden floors like the old 5 and 10 stores. They dont have a big selection of anything but just enough for your emergency sewing and craft needs. Its nice when you dont want to run all the way to the larger flint store. Friendly helpful people. Easy parking right out front.

Amazing staff. Im not a crafty person, just needed to pick up some fabric for my mother. The associate Cheryl, was amazing. Helpes me out and even helped me find a better coupon from my email. Thank you again.

This is a much smaller JoAnns than most. Its the only craft store in town though, so I am grateful its there. I have gone in looking for things a couple times though and had them not carry the items or be out of stock.

Best place in owosso for craft/cloth supplies. Parking lot is off to the side a little bit which was hard to find but the store itself was just what I expected.

I happened to be strolling by when I remembered that my bag had a huge hole developing in it from being in use for so long. So curious I walked in the door and asked about what a non-sewing individual such as myself could do about it. They immediately and very affordably hooked me up with some stitch glue, fray-be-gone, and matching fabric to make the patch.Ive applied the patch and fixed many other parts of the bag. I couldnt be happier with my visit today.

This store doesnt compare to the bigger Joann stores, but the staff is great. Good for sewing and Craft needs.

Used to love shopping here for arts and craft supplies triad to use a coupon from there website for signing up for there app and didnt not list the product i was buying as excluded and would not accept the coupon i beleave now ill have to do my shopping at hobby lobby or amazon kinda sucks trying to keep funds loacal
