First, culligan water has the best flavor! No, water isn’t water! Culligan is water! The bottles are always in stock, which is a huge thing for me. Other places are ALWAYS sold out…literally every place other than culligan. I use the store in Owosso, Mi and the woman who works there is always so friendly and offers nice conversation. She was so kind as to load up all my water bottles by herself, when I was having some big health issues. I also love that I can now have my water delivered right to my door!!

These people are crooks... Write work orders stating things which really mean nothing... Paid good money for a service I did not receive in the least bit... I believe all they truly desire is your money not the water quality it may provide..After all from several online sources it is repeatedly recommended that between 10-15 years the softener tank needs to be changed out or emptied and reconstituted with new filter(ing) material. So if I rent is that something I should should expect since my rent has by that time paid for the system several times.If I have to find out how my system works and what maintenance is recommended then why pay rent ??? so buyer or renter beware and realize you will have to know everything about your system and what maintenance should be performed..Because if you do not know then I assure you they dont care... And who is the big loser in this scenario... The paying customer...Get your own system and pay yourself back.... Your families health will most likely benefit from that decision...

Made apartment a week ago and they did not show up or contact me about missing the appointment. I assume they have enough customers to try to get my business. There is no reason to call to get better water with Culligan of Owosso.

I was VERY happy with customer service!! My brine tank cracked and salt made a complete mess in my boiler room. I was nervous that the price to replace and fix would be outrageous. It was the complete opposite!! Very affordable on one income!! They went above and beyond what I expected. They even cleaned all the salt that exploded in my boiler room. Leaving it cleaner than what it was before I bought my house!! Its been a few weeks since they serviced me and Im still excited about how awesome of a job they did!!

Culligans service repair man, Ed, arrived on time to replace and install our water softener. He also worked with my husband to replace the bladder tank. He was efficient, very knowledgeable, easy to be with and able to complete our job quickly. When the equipment was ready to go he explained everything in detail so Rich would understand the softener and the bladder take as well as how to keep the softener running efficiently. Thank you Ed, you are an asset to the Culligan company in Owosso Michigan.
