Had oil changed on 9/10- only one worker which was fine because they were slow anyways. Oil milage was way over which I was aware of and was met with being argued with that my oil was clean and he wasnt going to change it. Literally had to argue with him to do it anyway and was only met with how tired he was. Never going back and completely unprofessional. Never ran through normal checks ie- brake lights, turn signal etc.

Had a great experience today. Dylan was honest enough with us to make sure we knew that my wife’s car did NOT need an oil change. He could have easily taken our money but he understands the importance of truth and honesty in business. We will be back when we actually need an oil change and we will tell our friends about Mobil 1 Lube Express and how they “do the right thing”.

Very trustworthy place!I had my oil changed at Graff in Durand prior to this. Even though I always get 5,000 mile oil, they put a sticker that had a 3,000 time to change. Came into Mobil today to get the oil changed. A gentleman named Ron pulled my dipstick a few times then brought it over to his coworker Dylan. Dylan then brought it over to me. I thought something was wrong, but they showed that the oil was still very good. Very trustworthy guys! Will make sure this is the place I get serviced from now on!!

They only get one star because zero is not an option. What a joke, went in today for an oil change and have never been treated so ridiculously. The men working were horrible, I paid for full service had to remind them to check my tires and still left one low. Then said there was a leak but never said were. Also during my check they claimed my air filter was checked and ok but the guy doing it stated it was inaccessible. All tire pressure set to 40 not even 2 at 35 one at 30 and 1 at 34. I was made to feel like a dumb girl who knew nothing. Well what they didnt know is I have car knowledge and my very wonderful boyfriend is a mechanic he works opposing shifts as I do so its hard for him to do an oil change when I can get it conveniently done while hes at work. After called them on the mistakes they said comeback we will fix it, well no I am sorry not happening you will touch my vehicle or make more money off me after this experience. I went to mobile hoping for the best and was treated as a dumb female who knew nothing and felt like they were nothing more than ripping me off.

I come from East Lansing to Owosso for my oil changes and quality checks because I trust the guys there. I got a $ 15 coupon too and that helps when my car only drinks the high quality stuff. 😀

Stopped in today for a quick oil change. Was informed that they’ve “had a lot of dip sticks breaking” and proceeded to show me a D-ring with 3 handles hanging from it. They busted off the handle to the oil dipstick “but we can still change your oil”. Seriously?!?!? I’ve had this vehicle 7 years and this has NEVER happened. He then tells me I can get it fixed and bring in the receipt and they would “ take a little off the price of the oil change”. Uh, no thank you, we’re done here. FOREVER. I’ll be bringing in the receipt alright, they can pay to fix it.
