Like I said before I buy several cars a year and I have finally found a home to buy all my cars. Both Lori and Jared were amazing to work with.
We got to the dealership about 12:30pm on a Monday afternoon. I knew exactly which car I wanted as I had found it online. The car was at the front when we got there, our financing was already completed through Wanigas Credit Union, I test drove the car for less than 2 miles, our purchase was not complete until 6:30 that evening. We had to drive to Saginaw to pick up a certified check. This should have been an easy process. I had basically done your work for you. Spending 6 hours there with 2 bottles of water and a bottle of pop was less than a positive customer experience to be sure. My husband asked for the personalized license plate on the old car to be transferred to the new car. The old car was registered in my name, the new car was registered in my husbands name. This caused issues at the Secretary of State and left the old car completely unregistered. According to the Secretary of State that is against the law. We had to pay to re-register the old car.
Lori Young and her team are absolutely fabulous--customer driven, friendly, efficient, competitive, and always looking at ways to improve. We have been with Lori for over 20 years. I will always remain a loyal customer of hers.
I cannot even begin to express my disgust with the way you run your business!! I emailed you early in the day (and several times too) to ensure a vehicle was in stock and to make an appt to test drive it. I made an appt for 5-5:30, my daughter had to drive from Lansing and my husband had to leave work early and drive 2 hours to meet her there!! You sold the vehicle at 2pm and didn’t think it was necessary to email me and let me know?????? I promise I will be writing a review on every single platform I can. You guys are a joke!
I have had my truck in for service at least 4 times since I started leasing it a year and a half ago. Although I have been quite unhappy with the truck itself, the service department has always been great. I didnt purchase this vehicle at Youngs but with the service department being as good as it is, it makes me want to purchase my next one there.

DO NOT use there service department horrible service and sketchy business practices!!!! I took our gmc 2500hd in to get the door chime fixed and the horn replaced as it would sometimes not work. We chose to only fix the horn because the door chime was annoying but not safety related and it was going to be 1400 dollars to fix that part (super expensive since they wanted to charge 700 dollars for just the part and you can find it online all day long for 200) they then told us it would take 2 hours to change the indicator bulbs in the head lights at 130 something an hour for labor 😂 which come on takes 15 min and they already had a bulb in to check them, and then they charged me for the bulb they never replaced and refused to give the refund!!! Their business practices are really sketchy!! I have not even drove my vehicle 50 miles since getting it back from them and now it won’t even run!!! they want to now charge me to come and get it and see what’s going on instead of giving a warranty on there work to see if something happened when they had it apart, this vehicle has had no other issues like this ever!!! only happened after they worked on it! Stay far away from this place they will lie and try to get any charge over on you they can!!!!

Great fast service at a fair price
I had a oil change and tires rotated. They were able to get me right in and the service was fast. I am coming back for my recall and some other service work. I thought my oil change would be expensive, but it was not even a few dollars cheaper than the oil change drive throughs. The Service writers are amazing. Chad Macklin is the bestest. He made me an appointment for Monday and informed me on what I should get done. He is very knowledgeable, professional and made me feel like Young GMC really cared about my needs. I would of probably got my service work done somewhere else because I thought it would be cheaper, but really about the same price. Due to the great customer service I received from Chad at Young GMC I have chosen Young GMC for all my auto needs. I notice Chad was very busy, but he still took the time to help me without me feeling he was hurrying me along. I must say that is the best customer service I have had since the good old days, I am looking forward to doing business with Young GMC. I will be looking for a SUV in the near future and Young GMC is the first place I will be looking to purchase and plus all my service work. I was interested in the enclave avenir, which at that time there were not any on sight. The next morning they had one on site in the color that i had indicated i was interested in. They didn’t have the car I wanted but found it quickly dealt with 2 salesman and both were excellent. Worked with me on the trade and found food financing. I would definitely buy from here again it wasn’t the first time and won’t be the last.

Nice people. We came from 45min away to see a truck. Roger assisted us, answered all of our questions and got us a fair price for our trade in the make us happy with the deal. Even after we closed our purchase they continued to give us great service and threw in a little extra.
Service department ladies are rude....they’ll transfer you to a random desk with no one there so they don’t have to help you. Heaven forbid they stop gossiping to assist a customer.

They try to get your vehicle in and out quickly and I LOVE that they wash my car afterwards. The service staff at Young Buick are very helpful and friendly. Get your oil changed and a free car wash. The car wash is free and awesome. The waiting room is super clean, relaxing and with amenities.
Immediately responded to the need for service. I received an email from On-star and the engine light stayed lit, so I called the dealership and they got me right in to check it out. The service personnel explained thoroughly what the issue was and fixed it right away. I had my car back in about an hour and, they were kind enough to vacuum it and wash the outside. Very Professional.
