As a new business owner in the area I have been incredibly disappointed with this companies customer service. On multiple occasions they have failed to send my statements to the proper address or at all. Receipt of payment was request via email, which never showed either. When youre past due, rather than making one courtesy call to check in, they will disengage your password for your alarm system, considering you an intruder to your own business. Any business owner will know that the last thing you need with the 20 minutes you have before opening your business is to have to deal with a screaming alarm and poor customer service. I typically walk into my store hands full of bags and my toddler. So when my code isnt working, an alarm is screaming, my hands are full and my child is scared, it can get pretty overwhelming. Poor customer service on top of that will really make you want to keep their service. So, so disappointed.
Keeping people safe is the best way to go.
