My truck was in for service & the dealership advertises free loaner cars .They had my truck 6 days with NO loaner. The part for my truck was the reason for the long time, a $38 dollar part held everything up. I know it was not the dealership fault about the part but I needed a car/ truck to go about my business, I lost income for lack of transportation Not a happy camper. The quality of the work & my service rep was very good.

Aaron Jacques, in the service department, was phenomenal in his help to resolve the problem we experienced with the engine in our truck. The auto tech, Aron, did a a great job replacing the engine and reassembling my truck (and I really like my truck - good job GM). I am very happy and I am telling everyone about my positive experience.
With the microchip shortage and vehicle shortage, the staff did an excellent job of communicating with me given I was 700 miles away. Amanda was wonderful at relaying any information and going above and beyond to make sure that the numbers were correct. Tyler was friendly and welcoming when I showed up and we got everything handled in a short amount of time. I was very very happy with the vehicle and would definitely recommend you guys to anyone else in the market for a vehicle.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, ended up with oil in the garage and driveway! I was a loyal customer to Young’s service department for 10 years and would have given them the benefit of the doubt,however when explaining how big the oil spots were, I see one of the employees mimicking me when trying to show the service manager T.J how big the oil spots were and doing it with a grin on his face.T.J. did follow me to my house and put some absorbent on the oil spill witch I did appreciate, but the damage in my mind was beyond repair! I will being going to another dealership who’s service department might appreciate their costumers!

The Good: Good inventory, and the facility was neat and clean.The Bad: Traditional car dealer BS. Holding your trade in keys hostage, making you wait endlessly for no reason, low-balling your trade, and dancing around what the actual price of the car is, preferring to go through the Whats your ideal payment route, then when you finally get a price out of them, the salesperson gets mad that you want to shop that price around.Look guys, its 2021. Everyone knows about car dealer tricks. The internet exists. You cant do business like its 1971 anymore.

First off the original purchase was smooth so thats why its 2 stars and not 1 but ever since its been horrible. I bought a used 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee extremely clean on the outside and inside. Seemed to be a good deal. I bought this car first week of December. Before I even made the first payment I had to replace the battery, the sun roof doesnt work and was never mentioned to me when asked what was wrong with the vehicle, and the heated seats dont work which also was never mentioned to me. Its now February so two months of owning this vehicle Ive now had the vehicle towed once stranded at 1am with a non running vehicle in sub zero temperature because the water pump went out. Had to have roadside assistance out to jump the vehicle because something is draining the battery. The driver side ball joint needs replaced. The sunroof is leaking and the whole ceiling and pillars are full of water (probably why the battery keeps draining). I emailed them originally about the battery needing replaced no contact back except a how did we do email from the original purchase date. I emailed again about the ball joint and water pump no communication back and I just emailed them a third time and no responses. So really quick to make communication over a sale but crickets when theres an issue. I live 1.5 hours away so not easy to just drive there. My personal lawyer has been contacted and will be looking into this as well. Do not buy a used vehicle from them.

With constant text/call updates to him calling the parts store down the road getting the parts his store didn’t have on hand at the time. He has your best interest in mind at all time and never makes you feel like you are just another sale. He takes care of you even after the sale. Slow service even when setting up appointments. 2 .5hours for a oil change and walk-ins are getting in and out faster. I ask for the car inspection and never get feed back or the paper that shows what they inspected . Youre supposed to get a free car wash with the inspection they always forget this. They do not follow up when a part they order for your vehicle comes in .JT the service manager was very rude when asking him what was going on.When I watched them pull my car out of the bay and the service technician brought in the papers took an additional 15 minutes for them to call me to the counter the employees thought talking about their weekend plans was more important then taking care of their clients.When I bought my car the salesmen texted and called me non stop boarderline harassment .For the past 3 years Ive been coming here its been just a bad experience. I am going to start opting to drive to a farther way dealership.Absolutely ridiculous terrible customer service absolutely wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone

I had a bad experience, They promised once I had my car dropped off it would be one week until it would be finished it is now going on 2 weeks. Every time I call they say it will be done today but then the next day comes and the next. They fill you with false promises, I understand there are other cars to work on but they have a priority And they need to learn to delegate so they can get the customers car back to them in the time they promised. Over all I am never going back. I would rather go anywhere else.

Took them an hour and a half or longer to fix a light and said they had to remove the rear wheels to fix the light up front.
Not only did they do an excellent job with the repair of our Tahoe, but our insurance wouldn’t cover a loaner, but Young’s saved us there too!! It’s nice to have a great and reliable dealership right in our home town.

This dealer destroyed my boyfriends truck. He gave them a running 2017 Chevy Colorado zr2 and they destroyed the vehicle. The truck has no transmission. There is no reverse and it slips and lurches well done dumbbells. Returning a 3 year old truck that doesnt run is unacceptable. THEY DESTROYED THIS TRUCK..

You guys found a car I was looking for within three days! Brought a car to my home to test drive instead of driving out to Owosso. Forgot my plate and registration in my other car and you guys let me drive back home with the dealer plate and picked up from me later that night. You guys made everything so easy and I didnt feel that rushed or obligated to purchase a car right away.

I have been trying to purchase Cadillac for weeks now. Nightmare dealer after dealer. Lucky for me I was connected to Alex Young and he got me into my new Cadillac! Thank you to the Young team. Contrast this with three other Cadillac dealers that were horrible experiences. Two of which I am looking to file a format complaint with the BBB and Cadillac.
The transmission went out on our truck when we were enroute to the dealership for repair. We called Jeff K. and he had their wrecker come get it (50 miles away). This was on a Friday afternoon. We received a call Monday afternoon the truck was ready. They exceeded our expectations and we are so grateful for the great and quick service.
Great service center they checked out my car and didnt charge me and they let me know I need some new tires. They have always given me excellent service!! They have great employees there!!!

Great service. When waiting you get updates and a time at when your car should be done. Other services are offered based on the knowledge of your attendant and mechanic, and mileage which is very nice.

2 and a half hour wait for an oil change. When I asked why it took so long, they told me it was my fault that I didnt check in with them. They called names for everyone else waiting. Maybe I missed when they called my name the first time, but no one tried after that. At no point did any one try to get my attention, or call my name. And the manager can only tell me sorry and blame it on me? Yet you guys have signs all over saying customer satisfaction is your top rated priority.

I hit a deer on the way home from work one night the next day I dropped it off with young Chevy in owosso. They fixed it right up in a fast timely fashion! The car looks amazing brand new they even replaced my aftermarket headlights and fixed my rear bumper which had damage from a previous accident! The staff was friendly and very professional and helpful! Overall extremely happy with my experience I will be coming here again for a new car or any future repairs! 10/10 recommend
