The first time I went through this place they did good. So decided to have them do more floors worst mistakes ever! The guy cut the flooring when it was supposed to be whole he said it was because it was flattened to much from the manufacturer then the carpet in my meditation room is just sitting on the floor with no tack strip and when he removed the trim he broke it up so bad he took it with him without telling me and then tried charging me $200 for me to fix his problem. They still have not came back to fix this and we had an appointment the 26th. I will never go to this place again

I was looking for some stair nose to match my vinyl flooring. Thompsons gave me the best price of anyone in town, including Home Depot. Once it was ordered it only took a couple of days to get it in and it matched perfectly with my flooring.

I have had several room done by Thompsons over the years. Every job is done with perfection. Today they completed doing laminate floors in our living room and dining area. Outstanding job! Looks so beautiful, I dont want to even put furniture on it. They are always so helpful and wonderful to work with. If I could I would give them 10 stars!!!

12.5% increase over estimate without notice!When inquiried about it Mrs. Thompson said not to worry about it. When brought small issue up they would not come out because the increase in estimate was not paid ☹️!

Thompsons has always been great to deal with, installation is done when it is supposed to be and always looks great, have had them do every room in the house, some twice.
