The only reason we’re not giving 5 stars is because of the cashier. As a previous cashier trainer at a chain wing joint myself, I was absolutely shocked at how rude she was. Eyes rolling, bad tone, the works. (Yellow shirt, short brown hair in a ponytail with a black cap, and glasses working around 11am on Saturday 9/18.) I figured she was having a bad day, or maybe there was something off-putting about my mom and I as we ordered. But she spoke to each person after us the same way. Not cool. The drink was great, but we won’t be recommending this location.

Staff is super cool! The drinks are always great. Enjoy stopping here often.

Not a bad spot for a cup of coffee in Owosso. Staff is nice, a little all over the place, but thats fine - keeps the energy level up. The wait time can be a little long, thats something that can/ should be improved on. Overall, I would say its satisfactory.

Multiple disappointing experiences at this location. Drinks are often made wrong, the line moves very slow, and the place is dirty. Last few times employees seem more interested in socializing and standing around than working. What a shame

Everytime I come here, everyone is super sweet. In bigger cities, the baristas at other Biggby locations are normally kinda rude. Here, every barista I have talked to is very nice. The drinks also end up being delicious each time. They have also only gotten my order wrong once after years of being a regular.

These gals and gents that work at BIGGBY COFFEE in Owosso Michigan ( ROCK ), most days i go in there they know exactly what i want and on occasion have it ready before i get to the counter. I have never had a bad experience here . They are so spirit filled and kind i love my gals and gents. Give them a raise they work so hard and are on top of things always make me smile and laugh as well .Great way to go Owosso BIGGBY COFFEE ! ! !

Had never been to this shop before. Coffee was good. The others that were with me had smoothies. No complaints. This Biggby was surprisingly busy from the time we walked in until we left.

I always enjoy my local Biggby. I have been coming for many years and the staff here is amazing. I like when Im sitting inside that I am able to get a free refill of my brew. The buy one get one coupons that they send out make it more affordable for me to be able to go more often or split 50 50 with a coworker.

Second time this month Ive had the baristas not make my $7.40 drink as requested and then tell me Im wrong and not offer to fix it. Watching half your $7.40 drink get diluted with ice and then dumped down the drain is maddening. Ill be spending my $50/week at Okemos Biggby with their superior customer service skills.

Within the last couple of months, Ive visited this Biggby several times in hope that one of the times would be somewhat pleasant, but none of them really have been. The first time I visited this location, I was not greeted by the cashier (a young, short girl with brown hair) who was too busy chewing her food. She didnt even ask what she could get for me. She just waited for me to say my order. I hoped the next time I went back I would have better luck with the employees, and I finally did. I visited later at night and I was greeted by a short young man with glasses and freckles. He was working with some girl with dark hair in braids. Both were very friendly and started a conversation right away. They also made me probably the best biggby drink Ive ever had. My final visit to this biggby, I had hoped to receive the same employees, but I didnt. Two blonde girls were working and one of them had glasses. Both werent friendly and at one point it almost sounded like they were gossiping about their coworkers. I think one of them might have been the owner or manager or something (or at least she had acted like it), but I just thought it was wrong of both of them. This biggby is a little bit out of my way to visit, so after my third time coming here and the experience I had, I can happily say I have a better biggby near me. Its sad to say that I only had one good visit here, but I dont support businesses where employees gossip about their coworkers (especially in front of customers-like I cant hear you).

I love every visit to Biggby. Great service and fun, engaging staff. Good atmosphere with free WiFi. Clean building. Ive been to six other Biggby locations and this one makes the best drinks and has the best staff.

When the power was out for a week, and I had important internet assignments for class that were due, these people let me sit in their store and use their power and Wi-Fi for 4 hours. Ive always loved Biggbys coffee drinks, but this time - the people more than the drinks really warmed me up.

Great service staff, they will talk to you about the flavors and types of drinks you want. Coffee is hot, several brews are available on the floor.
