I am always pleased at how pleasant the office staff is. I feel very comfortable with the whole process. I never have to wait more than a minute or two. Dr. Hass is very Knowledge and always explains exactly what my options are as far as my eye treatment goes.

The gal that showed me new glasses was in a hurry.. I questioned my bi-focal level being high on lens . I will try this new frames and see if it will be ok. The gal that fitted my new glasses was extremely nice.. I had to have my eye checked due to red bloody eye the same day.I was satisfied with my care I got.

I have been going to Hass Vision for quite a number of years now. The doctors are excellent. They also have excellent employees all the time. I highly recommend Hass if you are looking or thinking about changing.

The only thing they could improve is more frame selections. I prefer full coverage sunglasses with wide sides. They didnt have many options for women. My exam was through and all my questions and where answered. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

My family & I have been going to Hass Vision Center for over 30 years. The staff are very pleasant & helpful, we’re always greeted with a smile. We see Dr. William Hass, who is very thorough, knowledgeable, & takes the time to answer questions & explain things. The doctors are all on the cutting edge of technology & have the most up to date equipment, which helps them to better care for their patients. They also have a huge selection of frames for glasses. I would highly recommend Hass Vision Center to others, they’re the best!

I have only been there twice, but each time it has been a good experience! The staff is very helpful and the Dr. is knowledgeable and efficient, which I appreciate. The office seems to have state of the art equipment, which makes the exam thorough and pleasant!

Every employee from the first check in person to the billing person were all friendly and knowledgeable of each procedure and testing. I am checked in on scheduled time and have never been in the office more than one hour. Makes for a great appointment.

Just went on here to write a review because this group is so great and saw a previous review that was completely opposite of my experience there. Im blown away at the comments that were made. I cant imagine that person is writing about the same place!The staff at Hass Vision are nothing but helpful, kind and professional. They go out of their way to make sure you have a positive experience and leave you feeling confident of the care and services they provide. Came here yesterday got right in place is amazing I didnt even have an appointment but got right in there and my problem was fixed

I was a 1st time patient here, the issue wasnt the doctor it is his staff. They were rude, condescending, short and snotty. They kept talking over me, wouldnt address my concerns, didnt give me all of my prescription info so i wasn’t able to order Rx glasses. They quoted me the wrong price, didnt alert me of office hours, when i was going to come back the next day with the right amount of money. Hass Vision Center completely lost my business and I will be telling everyone i know about my experience. When your staff members are the 1st faces that a patient sees/speaks with, you would think they would be kind/helpful and accommodating. None of those things happened! Absolutely unacceptable!
