Received a defective motor and no assistance from CSH Electric Motor Supply! Purchased a CP R1459 a Circulator Pump new in the box as a back up. Went to use it 2 years later and it was bad. CSH Said Sorry only one year warranty! Learn from my experience!!

Fixed my electric motor for a fraction of new

The FLUE EXHAUST BLOWER on my 30-year-old furnace was starting to sound like a air raid siren. I searched for an exact replacement on the internet and found CSH had the only one that looked 98% like the original. Price was about the same (including shipping) as the knockoffs. Couldnt order it because there wasnt an add to cart button. Called customer service, they checked and it was in stock and she added the button. Ordered, shipped and arrived as promised on the day after my old blower completely died. It fit perfectly and was easily installed. Furnace humming now!

Very clean, organized place. Many items for sale that I wasnt expecting. If you flip homes, rent, or are building/remodeling. I recommend looking here for many items. The prices where great. My table saw motor had to be fixed. Dropped it off and it was ready in a few days like new! Great local businesses, I hope it does well and has successes as a business!

The gentleman working the counter was very knowledgeable and was able to cross reference my part to one they had in stock and at a cheaper price than anyone else. I drive 45 minutes to have the parts in hand and saved a $100 also. Definitely call these guys when looking for electrical, HVAC, or plumbing supplies.

Same experience as another reviewer here- a discrepancy with the specs of an item on their website, caused me to order the wrong motor. After receiving the motor and realizing it was incorrect I called the company to discuss a return. I paid to ship the motor back, and ordered the new motor. The original transaction was $170, I was only refunded $109 due to their restocking fee. On top of this, I had to order and ship the new motor, ultimately a $99 motor cost over $200 because of a discrepancy on their website, and when informed of this they said oh, sorry with no inclination towards fixing the problem on their website. Not someone who stands behind their services as seen by the other review with this same exact problem. I suggest ordering through amazon if you need an electric motor, where if its incorrect you wont spend $100 on the process of returning it.

First Experience not good. Shorted part. Follow up to complaint, ok. Offered to send the shorted part after I explained I had to source it locally. Did not credit shorted part.

They are an AMAZON seller. The product description on Amazon was not correct! So, when I returned the product, they charged me a 20% restocking fee and all shipping cost (to and from). This is not a company that stands behind there customer service! Caution!!!!!
