Amazing service! Called for an emergency situation on Friday morning and they were there by Friday afternoon. Polite and friendly staff when you call as well as when they arrive. Class act all the way around. They will continue to receive all of our business!

Office lady rude, so much as called Me a lier concerning how many times I have had to have door repair. Three (3) times in three years. Said she would return my call in a few minutes. Three and a half hours waiting, I called her agian.Repairman was 15 minutes late arriving.Tried to blame new roof shingles for the door not working.

The guys were fast and got our door problem fixed quickly. They also made sure that the hinges were well lubed up and that the door moved up and down smoothly. Really appreciate the fast work.

Seemed to be a friendly place at first. That was until our door was delivery was delayed and when it did arrive, it was the incorrect color. They were unwilling to help rectify the situation. They went as far as to blame us. Even though they only had an extremely small sample onsite, they assured it matched all the samples (6 to 12 in length/width) and not to worry. When we phoned to express our concerns, they said we should hand have taken home the 6 foot door sample! Which wasnt an option when we ordered! Well go somewhere else for our new pole barn door!
