They took forever to find my prescription. Then told me to come back in a half hour. I get back and they hadn’t started. They said the pharmacist had to approve order. It was the pharmacist that took the order. I could come back tomorrow. Why not, medications aren’t important. Store manager had to help me get order filled. I have never been treated like this before at a Kroger.

Kroger always has fresh produce and meat. The store is always clean.

Its a everything Supermarket. The only reason for 5 stars is the Meat Department. The Butcher will take some time to explain the cuts of meats.. I found this very helpful to answer question on cuts of meat....

Whomever is this Della individual that’s working at your store, she needs to be fired. I’ve never met a employee who is so rude and arrogant not only towards the customers, but her coworkers as well. I can’t believe she has to act like an irresponsible adult because she doesn’t want to be polite to certain people she don’t like. I hope you’re reading this, and get exactly what you deserve. She is the reason why I’m not going to shop here anymore.

I had to put 3 different bags of three different brands back because of this gluten free label. I highly doubt that they have a high enough customer percentage with alleged gluten allergies to warrant so many gluten free products. Hopefully others will use the free market system to discourage products like these from taking over the shelves.#notmyfakeglutenallergy

I love Kroger. I have been a shopper to numerous locations throughout my life. This Owosso store is ok if you want to stop in, I myself am more of an online shopper. When I moved here I was surprised to see the Owosso location didnt have pick up service, which also would have been wonderful during this covid outbreak. If they gained that service here I would be appreciative.Also, speaking of the pick up service, its annoying that other stores dont offer all their items for purchase through pickup. I buy a product called the original zip sauce and its never available to select for purchase. Also pepperidge farm french rolls in the frozen section, they sell them, but are not selectable for pick up.

Krogs is pricy. Their deals are normally pretty good. Great service.

In self checkout the young guys were on the phone and talking to each other. I didnt know Kroger allows employees on the phone to just text friends without working. I needed help and had to wait a few minutes while a employee was finishing up a text.

I stopped on Mothers Day to pick up a few groceries. Always happy to shop there. My husband was in the hospital so rushed and stressed. Went quickly through checkout and I was offered a choice of yellow or red rose for Mothers Day, I choose yellowIt is still beautiful today in a bud vase. It was my one bright spot that day. Good location. Has the Natures Market section with the organics, non-dairy and healthy items. Prices are decent. Sales and digital coupons on your customer card helps a lot. The organic produce section has grown and its great.

I really enjoy shopping at Kroger. I get in get what i need and get out. It a very clean store and there produce is always fresh and i really like the bakery and the deli. The people are very helpful and friendly

Im happy with my visit most of the cashiers are very friendly and helpful today I ran into a woman who didnt have enough money to pay for her groceries I sent my daughter to help her and my daughter bought her groceries for and told her just pay it forward when she could things like that when you can help out people that you dont know gives you a great feeling of pride

I regularly shop at this store however- I have one numerous occasions picked up things I needed for a meal only find out as I am unpacking them into my kitchen that the ingredients have curdled, been visibly moldy or bags have been slashed open. Granted I should do a better job inspecting my items as I take them off the shelves- however I believe a trusted source like Kroger should have better quality control.

This Kroger has a WAY BETTER produce section that the Kroger my Family and I generally shop at, which is located on Lake Lansing in East Lansing. However, the Managers Special sale items are not nearly as good as East Lansing. I havent had to purchase one hair care product in almost a year due to the AMAZING specials... I like Owosso Kroger for some things, and East Lansing Kroger for others. And since I live in the middle, its convenient to shop at either of them. I love Kroger fuel points!!!!! I spend over $800 per month (sometimes more) so I get gas for a lot less each month! I would recommend this Kroger to anyone!

Kroger has probably the best fruits and veggies in town. Their prices are slightly higher than Meijer. Coke is on sale for 88 cents. Chocolate milk and regular milk lower prices and better quality.

Easy in and out, friendly staff and fresh veggies along with a well kept meat department. The staff at the meat counter will assist with cuts to your liking.

My main focus today was to have the scripts I no longer need deleted from my pharmacy history. I was told by the pharmacy tech it was not possible to do so. Im stuck with them for life apparently.If keeping your pharmacy stuff up to date and concise is a issue for you, look elsewhere. I switched to Krogers because of errors made at another pharmacy case their record keeping left something to be desired. Im going to look again, its been five years perhaps theirs more modern competition out there now.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new pharmacy. Ive been going to Kroger for years for groceries but never once thought of getting my prescriptions there. After having to search for someone just to be treated rudely at Walgreens, I decided to give Kroger a chance. I was immediately helped by Sue who made transferring my prescriptions painless. I have received nothing but fantastic and friendly service in the many times that I have been in.

This is one of the smaller Krogers. I love Kroger meat prices. They have some bakery items and a small deli section. Easy parking and also a gas station so Kroger points earn you money off gas.

Lately I think Krogers is dumbing down their people AND they are not nearly as friendly, this not counting employees are getting much harder to find. I hate plastic bags,,so I request dbl paper but they have a real problem filling them, either 2 items or a double paperbag so heavy it rips, which is what happened last week and yesterday, 2 different stores. All in all I use to love shopping this chain but not so much anymore, plus they seem to be more expensive.

Listen.... I just left the store at 8:10 pm. The radio was ridiculous loud. So loud disruptive I was ready to spit nails of frustration trying to listen to my husband. Shopping takes concentration. Please turn the damn thing down!

This is fairly typical for a Krogers. Doesnt have the best meat department, mainly due to space issues. Bakery and Deli departments have similar issues. Prices are ok and if you shop here regularly make sure you use the Kroger card. Other stores nearby will beat Krogers on most prices unless they have some amazing sale. For a smaller store its not to bad and you can get in and out fairly quickly.

Staff is nonexistent. Shelves aren’t stocked. What few staff members they have wandering around not doing anything, will ignore you if you ask them questions. If you are dying of starvation, I would not even recommend wasting your time here.
