TERRIBLE, INSULTED AND HARASSED!!! DO NOT SOLICIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Manager refused service for the 3rd time in 4 weeks, unacceptable attitude. Sales staff totally untrained & inept. Told us they could not provide a simple copy request (which I ended up going home & completing on my home PC), woman manager defended her incorrect employee. When my wife & I stated we would make the copies ourselves, the manager followed us around the store and harassed myself & my 60+ year old wife with a fractured foot, refusing to allow us to use the copy card we had already paid for, stating she would take any copies we made in her store. 3rd time in a month we were harassed by this woman. Even though we were treated like dirt at your establishment...REPEATEDLY.... we will honor your managers request and NEVER...EVER... visit your establishment at this location or any other, EVER AGAIN. Please send you manager back to Flint or Saginaw or wherever she is from, because people in this area do not treat one another this way. PATHETIC

Not happy with the customer service... Having had problems before with In Stock items, I decided to call before making the trip and verify the item was actually in stock. After sitting on hold while the guy checked to make sure it was actually there, he came back on and assured me he had it right there. I arrived at the store 10 minutes later and asked for the same gentleman I had spoken with on the phone. He explained that he would have to have a manager unlock the cage and retrieve the item. After 5 minutes he came back to the counter and said sorry, but we dont have that in stock. But if you order it online it usually ships within a day or so. After verifying I was speaking with the same guy I just had the phone conversation with, I asked him why he just had put me on hold to check then came back and told he had it right there??? Never did get an answer.
